They tried to charge me $415 for a starter motor and I found one online for $55. I ended up spending $600 for them to fix it. I will never be going back to the place ever again.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I bought a beautiful Honda NCW50H Scooter for the asking price of $1699 from Honda Cool Springs. Once finished, Honda had added over $700 in fees bringing my cost to own it over $2400. The people working there were awesome and they also have a great selection but the amount of the additional fees caught me by surprise. My purchase included a $249 document fee (payment for paperwork), $369 freight set up fee (transportation from manufacturer to dealership). These two additional fees werent disclosed until they were loading the vehicle on my truck and I was signing the paperwork. They did give me a free tank of gas! A fill up usually costs no more than $2-3 so theyre definitely winning...lol. All in all I do love my Scoot and fully enjoy riding it around town. Be prepared if you see something you like. I endured a puncture on my tire & tube coming into work. I removed my wheel and took it over to these guys and they had a new tube put in for me in an hour! Saved me, I would def recommend checking these guys out and if you get in a pinch. Give them a Call!!!

I called this store to see if they had any of the Honda Pioneers in stock that i was looking to buy and no one answered the phone. I left a message with my number to call me back. Finally i decided to ride down there and when i got there everyone was sitting around playing on their cell phones. Then when i did talk to a salesman and he gave me the out the door price on a $15,000 pioneer it was $18,000 with the doc fee and all the other fees they add on. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Solid selection and competitive pricing. Too bad no one wanted to acknowledge us or help close the deal. Customer service was nonexistent. Went to Sloans where we were treated much better.
Went there and walked around inside and outside for probably 30 minutes and not a single person came up and talked to us. There were 3-4 salesmen just sitting at their desk looking at the computer. I came with cash to buy but no one was wanting to help. 10x better experience at Sloans.

The pricing is really good but the staff is what makes me not want to buy here. I walked in the store to check out what they had and wanting more info on a new Honda shadow phantom but not one salesman was there. Just a guy at the parts register. Then I walked next door to look around and I noticed a few salesman sitting around. They noticed I was there but no one got up to greet me, what kind of business is that? I was prepared to purchase a bike there and had a down payment in my pocket but no one to speak to. Amazing deals, just bad salesman. I gave it a 2 star cause of the deals only
I love the atmosphere, but their prices arent as nice as some of the others I have seen. There isnt much of a discount on previous year clearance items like there is at the business next door. However, I like the atmosphere and the people better for the mere fact they dont push a sale on you and seem to be willing to work on the deal with you!
In March of 2015 was browsing their website and saw a 2014 at a good price. When I called to ask some questions about it, they let me know the 2014 had been sold, but they would make the same deal on a 2015! Good friendly experience when I showed up. I even bounced back and forth between models and still got the same great deal on something comparable. They made me a happy customer and I will refer any friend to them!
This was my second time purchasing a bike from Cool Springs Powersports- I was happy to see that the same people who helped me ten years ago were still there. The buying process was super smooth and easy since I had already picked out what I wanted before coming in. In all I think it took me an hour from when I walked in to when I rode out. The staff was able to explain everything I wanted to know and were very pleasant to hangout with while I waited for paperwork to go through. I will definitely be back for the next motorcycle and probably the next one after that.
Bought my first pioneer here. They were really helpful made it quick and easy.
If you need to buy a new motorcycle, ATV, utv, or dirt bike this may be a good place to go. But if youre looking for a decent service department, make a hard pass. None of my emails with questions were returned in a timely manner, and when I went into the service department in person the only individual that seemed to be there couldnt take time away from working on a utv to help the 3 customers standing and waiting for him. I stood around for 15 minutes while he was literally next to the service desk working before I decided to leave, needless to say I will take my current business and any future business elsewhere.
From the 1st phone Call and until the good bye I was treated really good I like those guys

We were there 30 minutes and sat on the motorcycle and no one even spoke!!! Very helpful sales staff. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgable about their products. I was hoping to find an affordable 4 wheeler, but even the least expensive ones were pretty expensive.
Good selection of bikes. Totally unfair on trade in allowance. They want you give away your bike and pay big 💰 for theirs. KBB means nothing to them! I won’t be back! Customer loyalty means nothing to them either. Go to Chattanooga it’s well worth the drive!
I was on a trip from Austin, TX to Natural Bridge State Park, KY when I picked up a nail on a very worn rear tire. They special ordered a tire (over night) and the next morning it was mounted in time for me to make a rider gathering. They did everything right including a bearing check. I checked the tire often during my tour to make sure it wasnt leaking; it wasnt. I recommend their services.
My Honda Eu7000is has been in the shop 3 weeks and I purchased it on 6-1-18, I returned it on 7/1 at 9 a.m. in the morning and waited until 4pm. Before anyone looked at it. I was told at 5:45 pm that I had bad gas and that it would be fine, the generator failed the very next day, I have never bought a product from a dealership & returned it and felt so unsatisfied with the service. I have taken it to a different dealership where they have loaded tested the equipment and solved the problem.Sincerely Kenyatta Pumphrey

So, I wasnt planning to pull the trigger this soon, but everything went so well that Honda of Cool Springs made it happen! I had a Cruiser and was thinking about a Tourer. The Memorial Day specials were too good to pass up. Charlie Jess was responding to my online inquiries quickly off hours, so I went in the next morning. Ron DeFrancisco (who has been there since 2005!) arranged for an excellent value on my trade and an unbeatable price on the new bike. Steve Bitz spent plenty of time with me preparing and going over the bike...and I rode it home! VERY customer friendly experience overall. Worst service department know to man stay away
Found a New Honda ATV listed for $3197 on the internet at a great price -- After getting to the store and they added over $1300 worth of documents, assembly and freight fees, i found the deal not too good... sales person was nice, but this is your typical advertisement with hidden fees - Buyer beware! Did not purchase due to the shady advertising.
Its OK, but understand the dealership is right in the middle of one of the most wealthy counties in the whole nation, and is priced accordingly. Ive tried to buy 2 bikes from them now, Their best cash price on bikes after all the markups (destination, dealer prep, doc fee, etc) is about 15-20% higher than other dealers in TN. Just finished a small parts order and it was 30% above MSRP retail.Im not slamming them- theyre close and convenient, clean store and decent selection (and appear to have a good customer base), but if youre price conscious there are many more attractive options.

Bought a 2015 Pioneer 500 for a good price. They were not the cheapest (advertised over the phone) in TN, but had what I was looking for and was close. The first call I made to the dealer I asked about pricing and was told I would be called back the next day, never got the call and made the call back myself. Made a deal over the phone like I said it was a fair price on the machine and the sales team was friendly and answered my questions. The only problem I ran into was accessories when I got ready to purchase I wanted the stock wheels and tires swapped out for aftermarkets, so I found a set on the showroom floor (already mounted on other wheels) and asked if I could purchase those. After a long delay because they had to call some other manager I was told the tires and wheels mounted had to stay together. Need more wheel and tire packages to choose from, I would have rather rolled my machine out with them then instead of later. Once I got home and realized that the center caps on my stock wheels were missing I made a call to Ron and he expedited the 4 center caps to me quickly by mail since I live a couple hours away. Overall good people and knowledgeable staff.
Great bike shop, Ken had my VFR done faster than expected, cheaper than quoted on the big 15k service!!! Not a bad day at the dealership.
You can tell that the staff does not care about what you want or like or even selling a bike. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t tell if they were racist or just not interest in selling a bike.

He showed me the ins and outs of our new Recon, introduced to me to the staff we would be dealing with for service and parts, and gave me a small tour of the facility. Ron and Sarah did great explaining the finance and answered all my questions. Everyone was very kind! We were very impressed with the staff here and we will be returning for all of our recreational needs! Its clearly a family owned business and they care about their customers. I have had no experience with the sales team but if they are anything like their service department.........amazing is all I can say. I recently had work done on my 06 Yamaha Rhino that no one else would work on. They only did what was neccessary and their prices were very fair. I will not take it anywhere else for service. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you dont check this place out.J.P. is the service manager and is the most knowledgeable, polite and proficient representative of a company I have ever encountered. Joseph in service I believe came from the same mold. If this is the way HCS chooses their employees no wonder they are #1. When I decide to upgrade to a new side by side this is where Ill be headed. I own a 2015 crf250r Honda I bought it from there and they have done all the service work on bike, well last year they checked valves and didnt put seal on good and then when my son went to ride it blew the seal and Honda said it was there fault and fixed it well back in aug 2016 they replaced sprockets and chain, my son hasnt had time to ride it cause of basketball so in march he went to ride it and chain was loose my brother tightened it up and noticed there was no case saver, my son rode around the chain popped of and broke some teeth on small sprocket and cracked the case then my son put bike in back of truck so the chain is rusted from sitting out in the weather.so I took bike up to Honda and they said that it was not there fault so then I contacted Honda headquarters and jp service manager said they was not a fault but they was the last people to take anything apart so they left the case saver off JP is blaming by the way the chain looks it is rusted thats from sitting out in the weather, all I want is for them to fix my bike cause they are the ones who left the case saver off from the last time they worked on it they are at fault here.

Wish I could give these people no stars. Though the tech that worked on my generator was incredibly nice and helpful, they kept my 6 month old generator for a week because they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Three months later Im having the same issue with my generator. After arguing with these a-holes I called the wonderful people at Howards Honda in Donelson and they told me about a known problem in my generator that is causing it to act this way. When I called Cool Spring back they were totally unaware of this issue, which was probably my issue the first time I brought it to them. They told me they dont sell a lot of the type of generator that I bought so they dont really know much about them. I think thats a pretty poor excuse co sidering i spent $4500 and I will never ever give these people my business again. Brentwood Tool is a wonderful alternative if you dont want to travel to Donelson. Do not give these people your money!!

I walked in while I was trying to restore a 1998 XR400R, getting maintenance fluids, etc. The workers knew a lot about the bike, had good technology with diagrams having tips on how to do some internal work that arent in the OEM service manual. Had 2 different guys, each very nice. Lady was nice and called me when my kickstart sprocket was in store and ready, which was handy. The man fitted me for a helmet which helped so when I shop for one Ill know my size for each brand, which he really went the extra mile helping with, even knowing I wasnt going to buy in store. Cool guys there, they are nice and know a lot about their passion.
