Wish they had xlarge in more of their clothes, one child is small, other is xlarge.
I drove 60 minutes out of my way to return (and was hoping to exchange) some formal dresses I bought online. I am always very thorough when reading the return policy, and the website did not mention that formal dresses purchased online werent allowed to be returned in store. I go in and explain my intention to the worker and she informed me that they cant accept a return but would accept an exchange... However Id have to exchange 3 dresses for the 3 dresses I bought??? Obviously I only need 1. But nonetheless, I decided to look anyway because I do infact need a dress still. Unfortunately, the quality of their in-store clothes is much worse than the online versions - most items had rips or tears or snags and were not nearly as nice as the dresses I bought online. So I decide to recheck the website to make sure Im not being unreasonable, and no where on the website does it mention this policy theyre talking about. I show the worker, she confirms and begrudgingly goes to ask her store manager (who is supposedly in the back of the store). She of course comes back and says the best we can do is a credit - I spent $280 on some formal dresses so theres no way thats happening. I told her thats extremely not customer friendly and that I realize its not her fault but thanks anyway. Then I wrote this same scenario to corporate and I got an automatic response about shipping it back and that I will have to pay for a shipping label (again, drove 60 min out of my way to go to this store bc it says they accept in store returns just to be turned away). This place is like a cheap Charlotte Russe clothing/quality-wise and I will never purchase from them again.
Extremely rude employees. The girls in front of us in the line to try on dresses had slipped down their masks because they were talking quietly together, the employee came by and (with her own mask down ) rudely told them to put them back up. We will put our masks up when Windsor employees wear theirs up. What a joke! The masks do absolutely nothing except create situations where people feel like they have the right to be rude and controlling. We will never shop here again!!!
One of the employees were very rude, I was looking at dresses, NO ONE was around and she comes practically running up because my mask wasnt all the way over my nose, still on my face mind you- I was taking a breather NO WHERE NEAR ANYONE. Thought it was unnecessary. Calm down with the mask rules a hair people. Be kind, not rude.
Love this place. Finally a place to find sexy clothes. Alyssa rocked. She walked me through the store helping find the right fits of each piece. Going back as often as possible for new ideas to rock out mg closet.
Today I accidentally ruined my daughters prom dress. I was calling around to the Windsor stores in Tennessee. I called Coolspsring Galleria and TESHELLE answered the phone. she was SO KIND. even though I did not have the tag for the dress she took the time to listen to my description and helped me figure out the Style # and where another dress would be located. she was very very busy ( you could hear her directing people into dressing rooms, answering other people questions and helping ring things up) but she gave me nothing but KINDNESS, CONSIDERATION AND HELP. She is a wonderful employee and I hope that her employers know how well she represented the company over the phone. thank you TESHELLE for your help. I was able to find a replacement dress. :)
They dont open at 11 as they post, they open the store very late.
I use to always come to Coolsprings and they were so nice very good service but this time they were very rude and always had an attitude. They got mad at us when it wasn’t our fault they didn’t do their job correctly. I don’t recommend going to that store, I got treated better in Opry
The staff is wonderful and the clothes are gorgeous. And the formal wear makes me want to find places to wear them!
I went to your store located at 1800 Galleria blvd in Franklin, TN 37067, hoping to find a dress for an event. My fiance and daughter were with me at the moment of the purchase. Mesa was the first person that took care of the first purchase that we made and while my fiance was taking care of the purchase I was looking for a necklace to complement the dress. I found one that I like, but unfortunately, I was not able to find it, so I decided to remove the one that was in the mannequin when I suddenly heard this lady (Aptos) screaming for the bottom of her lungs EXCUSE ME CAN I HELP YOU More than 4 times. Very unnecessary. I stopped in the middle of the store and I said to her. Im about to pay for it, Not steal it . I felt humiliated.Why this person did not offered her help, when I was walking in circles looking for the perfect dress or the perfect accessory?Why she could not approach me and offered her help, but instead she made me feel uncomfortable in front of the other customers?That is not the way a customer should be treated.
Im a stylist here in Nashville and I always have the best experience at the coolsprings location, very clean and tidy & Shannon is always a big help!
