Lack of customer service and being friendly. It takes very little energy to greet and acknowledge someone when they walk into your place of business. I turned around and walked out after realizing they were just going to stand behind the counter and continue their personal conversation.

Rude staff on 1/31. Take your money to Cool Springs Wine and Spirits instead, they’re much friendlier there.

The guy standing at the counter was so preoccupied texting on his phone, he didnt bother to look up when I walked in. I told him I was looking to purchase a bottle of McCallan for my husband and asked if they carried any and he said no. I turned around and there were three different McCallan 12s on the shelf. I didnt like their selection so I asked if he had any recommendation for Japanese Whiskey. He shrugged. Needless to say, I didnt purchase anything from this store and walked out.

Normally people here are wonderful. Never once have I been asked to wear a mask. There is no mandate or requirement for the county. Today a power hungry clerk said I needed a mask. I politely refused and stated I was ok and have a medical exception. He continued to refuse service to me. Sadly I will no longer be doing business at a place that treats people this way.

The tall skinny young man with black shirt hair was very rude to me and belittled me about my knowledge of spirits. It was very rude. I will not be back.

Nice liquor store. The prices are reasonable, their staff is friendly, and they have a wide selection. They are also quite helpful. The last few times Ive stopped in theyve made suggestions that always paid off. In some cases it saved me money, so its not like theyre just trying to upsell. Its legit advice. Id recommend this place any day.

The staff at this store make it my favorite place for wine, beer or other spirits in the whole cool springs area. Saras wine selections are always excellent and Jody will steer you the right way when it comes to wine or liquor, including if youre looking for a good value-priced option for a party. We ordered all of the beverages for our wedding through this shop. They accept returns for unused bottles, if that is a concern. We are lucky to have you guys in our neighborhood!

Its a great spot. The folks are friendly, attentive, helpful, and most critically for a good boozery, theyre knowledgeable on their extensive inventory. Ive been really happy with scoring a few obscure vodkas and bourbons there, as well as using their growler fill service. High marks all around from a guy who knows his way around a liquor store.

Great selection and very personalized service. Our “go-to” every time. Their weekend wine tastings are very helpful in broadening our perspective and we often come away with new knowledge and a wine we would not have otherwise tried. Highest recommendation.

Ive never had a poor experience there, its always been fantastic. Being someone who likes to do my own thing, get what I need and get out - I dont mind going in there and taking my time. Ive never been pressured, and everyone seems to really know their stuff. On multiple occasions they have offered to let me try something (knowing I wasnt going to buy it), just to show me how great it is. Love these guys!

Great staff and a family run store. Just ask for anything and there is always someone knowledgeable willing to assist. Also stop by on Friday nights for their wine tasting offerings or occasionally theyll have custom picked whiskey barrels to try.

The selection is very good for a small neighborhood store nestled into a shopping plaza next to Publix. The prices are a bit higher but the store is well stocked and very convenient.

I went to this location because a friends recommended it, I will not return. I’m not sure if it was because of the way I was dressed, or the questions I asked the staff, but they seemed fairly rude, pretentious, and unconcerned with any questions I had. I have worked in that area of Franklin for years and I will take my business to any other wine and sprits store even if it is out of my way! You’re selling wine and sprits, you’re not eradicating diseases or stopping world hunger.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection is plentiful, and the environment is attractive.

Super friendly and helpful staff and a lot of unique stuff that you just cant find at some of the bigger stores. They usually have a hand picked barrel of whiskey and some good stuff in the craft beer section.

Supposed to be up until 11 monday- thursday closed at 10:45 just got off work and cant get a drink cause some stores dont go by their hours. And i picked this one over other stores that were open until 11
