Scheduled a service over the phone. Was quoted $120.00. I take my truck on the scheduled day...they tell me Im not scheduled that day. Was scheduled on another day at another time. I showed the guy at the desk my receipt that i got when i made my appointment. The guy behind the counter was very rude and gave the vibe that i was bothering him...Unprofessional. They did decide to work on my truck that day. After waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room, not a peep from them about how long it would take except the service guy (Steve) i think was very nice and accommodating. I go to pay and my bill is 3 times the amount that they quoted me. What the F? At least notify me before spending however long. I had brought my own parts to be installed and yet i payed another 100.00 on parts alone that they needed or whatever. I was charged for a 30 amp fuse. Yet i got a 20 amp fuse. Steve did give me a little price discount on his labor and some of the parts he used but still. Anyway, at least i know not to ever return there or ever recommend anyone to go there.

Ive recently made a couple of purchases here for my new SUV and theyve been great. On the pro side, oversized items like the running boards I purchased often have complications and damage in shipping, which I was able to avoid by picking up local. They were also able to get them in much quicker than I could have by ordering online (same goes for a special order wiring harness I got).The only downside was that they wouldnt quite match online pricing, but they came close enough for me to support a local brick and mortar shop.Overall theyve been very responsive, got my stuff in quickly, called right away when it got there, and were fair with me on pricing. Ill definitely continue to use them and highly recommend.

This is my first truck and I am Inexperienced on what I’m looking for so I called to get pricing on a Tow Hitch for my Ram Truck. Not knowing my bed size (short bed or 6.5ft) and upon asking about different hitches and weight loads; I hear him and a co-worker making jokes and laughing. Extremely unprofessional and quite ignorant I asked why they were laughing and he ignored my question and tried to over-talk it so I disconnected the call. I got a call back as if nothing happened... I work too hard to spend my money somewhere were they treat people like this and many other business are deserving.

WOW, special ordered an install kit for my Toyota Rav4 Sport Receiver & the manufacturer dropped the ball. RON @ Frederick Trick Trucks location did multiple follow up with manufacturer & the manufacturer realized it made the error. Parts are on the way now! So Im taking a few minutes to 1 finger type a positive review for this store! With all the Corona virus craziness, just wanted to say Thank You, Ron & crew! Ill continue to purchase from you guys! Great people working here, very professional,they have done alot of work on my truck, the mechanic is very knowledgeable & the owner always answers question and gives guidance!!

They sold me new headlights and fog lights for my Jeep Wrangler and installed them. Austin, Brian, Richie and the rest of the guys are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they did beautiful work with excellent communication through the process. I will definitely go back to them for my next modification.

Tried calln with measurements for shocks i needed and the guy on phone wasnt least bit helpful called Torqued offroad with same thing told him in less than 5 minutes they had shocks ordered guess they dont need or want my business

Ron, the front desk sales guy, helped us find a sturdy hitch and power supply, hitch bike rack for four bike and a 18 cubic foot roof rack container for our 2019 hybrid RAV 4. Tanner did the installation of the items.Ron found the items that were sturdy and durable as well as practical for us. He was patient and very knowledgable. Tanner, their install guy, did an amazing job. He then explained how everything works. The installation looks like it was done at the dealer.Give them a call or stop by. They are open 9 AM to 6 PM during the week and shorter hours on Saturday. Installations are only done during the week. Our installation took less than three hours. We are raving fans of Trick Trucks & Cars in Frederick.

They changed me $180.00 do not offer warranties on there work and then same old Charging people xtra 6 dollars per tire forleaving used tires and then selling them tires to the retread guy. Just wish there where some real car guys in this lil town.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service! Kensington location is so much better! But because of this experience I’m not going to use truck trucks again period!

Trick Trucks installed my rough country n2.0 lift kit for me and they did an excellent job. Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready the next day. They also found and fixed a rusting problem with a bracket on my jeep that if left untreated would have caused the jeep to break down. I would recommend going to them if you need a lift kit installed.

I came to trick trucks to look at running boards and to inquire about having my truck lifted. Decided to leave after 20 mins of not being helped to see their employees outside smoking. I will take my business elsewhere.

Took my truck there for a stereo install and they kept raising the price three different times, after it was finished the aux, usb and electric port do not work....I called to let them know and they said sorry sir were dont handle stereo installations anymore. I will never take my business there again, the price of installation cost more than the stereo.

This place is a joke... period.. rich had fog lamps installed.. took em like 4 days.. had to bring it back twice.. over priced.. which I was aware of going in.. but figured Id get a profesional job done.. it was almost comical.. switch was put where they wanted it lights were crooked.. hardware was loose.. oem plastics detroyed.. people DO NOT TAKE YOURE TRUCK HERE! horrible experience horrible customer service and moderately expensive.

Cannot say enough about the great customer service, personal attention and quality work which I received at Trick Trucks Frederick.All the staff are friendly, efficient and attentive.I found the price to be very reasonable and when I was told my FJ Cruiser would be ready at a certain time, it was.I have been back an additional 2 times and received the same good service on all 3 occasions.Definately a highly recommended place to have tricks added to your truck!!!!!Alan Berning

Def friendly n respectful n a little crazy guys at times but n a good way lol n know what there doing when its comes to any king of truck n they def transform my 2010 tacoma into a work of art that def turn heads so no issues with there stickers on my rear window so everyone knows who i deal with n too much to list all the things they on this little tacoma kudos to trick trucks fred md ill be by soon
