Thanks to several friends recommendations, we have been taking our 2004 Pilot and 2013 Fit to Triangle for maintenance/repairs. We loved our other mechanics before and were leery of changing, but Traingles convenient (Monday-Saturday) hours, loaner cars and amazing service team make it helpful to get our vehicles serviced.Their team is honest, provides thorough communication and wants you to be satisfied. Their mechanics go through things thoroughly and they never pressure you for services. Theyll advise you of what needs to be done urgently, soon, future, etc.Our 04 Pilot recently had too many issues to repair thanks to a hungry mouse family, so we opted to purchase a new to us used 2011 Pilot from their sales lot. Knowing they had gone through the vehicle thoroughly and only put out reputable vehicles, we had the peace of mind knowing that we were purchasing a reliable and affrordable vehicle. Jimmy their sales associate was very kind and helpful, as we navigated the different components of finalizing the transactions. We highly recommend Triangle to others!

On Tuesday - July 20, 2021 my car broke down on the interstate. I was traveling with my son, daughter and dog. I was traveling from Pocono — Pennsylvania back home to Central Florida. I called numerous mechanic shops but no one could help me. They were all backed up until the following week, due to Covid. Finally - after speaking with Triangle Motors, they offered to try and help me. They too were backed up and had people ahead of me but compassionate to my situation, said they would see what they could do. Tina the manager, along with her staff of kind, caring and knowledgeable mechanics repaired my car within an hour. My biggest fear was getting stuck Maryland, incurring the unplanned expenses of a hotel and being taken advantage of. Triangle Motors was so compassionate to my predicament. They refrigerated my medicine, offered me a cool place to wait with my dog and did an excellent job on my car at an affordable price. I am so grateful to Tina and the outstanding mechanics at Triangle Motors. This was my daughters first car buying experience and after a few false starts she found a car that she really liked and felt comfortable with. Excellent service, very economical prices, professional and well-mannered staff! I drove their rental cars for 4 years (2016 - 2020) and never had any problem. They charge fairly. They service the car on time and provide help in emergency situations, for example, one day the car wouldnt start (battery was dead) and they sent a technician to my home for help. Once the car had broken down in winter storm, I had to leave it by the roadside. I informed them and they hauled the car back to the city the very next morning. Well, I used their services for 4 years! Do I need to say more? Why would I use their cars for 4 years if I wasnt happy with their service! :). I plan to continue using their services in the future as well. This time I will take my car for routine service and maintenance because I know they offer services at a reasonable price. I was looking for a repair shop that specializes in Honda’s. I had an issue with a check engine light and some type of fluid leak. A friend recommended Triangle Motors. (They’ve used them for years) Easily requested an appointment online; was contacted the next day by Tina with an appointment time. Rachel was great in communications with myself and the mechanic on my repair issues. She even offered the use of a loaner car while they kept my car overnight to ensure the repairs. So far the repairs are spot on and I will make a decision on an additional repair that was recommended. Superb customer service! Great follow up. Would highly recommend.

As a car buyer in the market for a Honda vehicle, I knew right from the moment I walked into Triangle Motors this was the first and last place I would have to look for a new vehicle.It was around 10/11AM on a Tuesday, right in the middle of a big rain storm. Tip: this gives you a lot of leverage as a buyer. Beginning negotiations in these conditions also tells you quite a bit about the type of business youre choosing to spend your money with.I met Jimmy at the sales counter, informed him I was interested in either a CR-V, an Odyssey or maybe even something else. He looked at me, he looked outside, he looked at me again and said Okay well before we go out there all you gotta do is pick. Great, ball in my court. Lets get a van today!Jimmy busts out his inventory list! I give him a couple bullet points as a baseline. X is what I have to put down, this is what Im looking to spend total, and these are a few silly demands I can move up or down on in a vehicle. Apparently they dont build the Honda Odysseys with stowaway beds but thats not Jimmys fault.We start looking and find a couple vans in my price range! Next thing you know hes got one in the color and mileage that I want! Then he says Lets grab a raincoat and take a look! Woah. Dudes not just sending me out to get wet and soggy, hes leading me on an adventure now that weve answered questions I didnt even know I had.It seemed like Jimmy knew he had what I wanted before I could even dream it. And then there we were standing next to a van in the rain with the doors wide open both realizing we could be talking within the comforting confines of this fine 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L we were negotiating over. Not our finest moment but certainly speaks volumes about the lengths Triangle Motors goes to provide top notch service.There was a wonderfully pleasant negotiation period where all sides (First United Bank, whom Triangle works with for financing, Triangle Motors, and myself) were able to come together to find a favorable outcome for everyone involved. Clutch went in my 07 Honda, they were able to get me right in and take care of the issue. We took our 2003 Honda Accord into the shop to have the air conditioning checked out. I received a phone call promptly the same day from Tina. Tina informed me that the fan needed to be replaced and the system will need to be recharged. We also had an oil change performed as well. We were informed that the total cost would be approx. $750. We picked the car up the same day and paid the invoice for work. We brought the car home and the air conditioning is still only working intermittently. All the staff was very professional and friendly. They called me to go over repair and price before doing anything. I was told they would get the pet needed on a Monday (I dropped off the car Friday morning) and I was surprised to get a call sat afternoon telling me my car was done. I drive an older model, manual, Subaru, and take my car to triangle for oil changes because they are open on weekends and my Subaru specialist isnt. On more than one occasion Ive found their feedback alarmist to say the least. For example, this past weekend they changed my oil and sounded the alarm about my vehicle. The gal who called told my transmission is bad and my radiator is leaking coolant, but the mechanic wouldnt touch it for fear of damaging the radiator. Their written report included scary things like transmission very noisy--likely bad, along with other comments about my radiator leaking coolant, a quick leak in a rear strut, and a need for rear brakes and 4 tires. The prices associated with each of these services was really high, too. As you might imagine, such a report evoked panic from me. I was thinking I needed a new car. No point replacing a transmission on a 12 year old car. Good thing I made an appointment with my Subaru specialist, instead of taking their word for it....My Subaru guy disagreed with most of what Triangles report said. My transmission is not noisy, or likely bad. In fact, it is functioning normally, and the noises are consistent with a late model, manual transmission, with high mileage. Usually, changing the fluids and adding a conditioner takes care of this, and if it doesnt, the noises are nowhere near loud enough for him to conclude it is bad and needs replacing. Weve been watching the rear strut for some time, and it is seeping, not quick leaking, as it has been, and it is no worse than it was the last time Triangle erroneously noted this on one of their reports. Theres also nothing wrong with my radiator. Although theres evidence of a PREVIOUS leak, there is no CURRENT coolant leak, or swollen hoses, or danger related to my radiator or coolant. They tightened the clamps on the hoses anyway. Just to be sure. Interestingly, despite the thorough inspection Triangle brags about, they missed a burned out headlight and warped front rotars, which means I ALSO need front brakes, and they missed the power steering fluid which badly needed changing. I do need 4 tires though. They got that one totally right.In summary, theyre a cost effective option for an oil change on the weekend. After that, question everything.

I had issues with the battery in my Chevy malibu. I called over to Tina and they got me in within 30 minutes. Tina kept me well-informed throughout the whole process, made sure nothing else was wrong with my car, and even fit in an oil change to have me out of there within about an hour. They were professional and knowledgeable and the car works great! Highly recommend.

I absolutely hate dealing with car issues but triangle motors made it beyond easy. I was having issues starting my car dropped it off and within two hours they gave me a diagnostic as well as options. They also let me use a rental and change my oil without me asking. Called Triangle for a rental while my car was in the shop. When a 2 day repair turned in to a 7 day repair because of a defective part, Triangle was super understanding and extended the rental for me without any hassle. Excellent customer service! I was in dire need of a car rental because my vehicle was in the shop. On my friends recommendation we went to Triangle Motors and spoke to Jimmy who was at the rental desk when we arrived. When I explained my situation he was so helpful and willing to help that he waived the security deposit and only charged me for the weekly rental price. I ended up having to rent the vehicle for 3 weeks. He was very understanding of what I needed and was continually going out of his way to help me. So I first heard about you guys doing a food fun raiser for an oil change which during these hard times I could definitely support. I wont bring my Honda anywhere else. They make my 2005 Civic feel like new every visit. I travel from Rockville each time, and its absolutely worth it. They fully explain any issues, find you the most economical solution, give you a rental if needed (cheap or sometimes free depending on the work), and pre-covid would make you a comfortable remote office to work for the day. Highly recommend. Many of my friends also bring their Hondas here and recommended them to me.

We needed to rent a second car on a month to month basis until we could save enough money to buy a new car. Before coming across Triangle Motors we were renting from another National Rental agency. The intermediate size car was costing us over $950 per month. When I stopped in, I first spoke to Jim. I told him my situation and he immediately showed me some options. We ended up in an SUV for under $450 per month. Yes, it was an older model and not perfect. However, it saved us over $500 per month plus we were in an SUV. Routine maintenance and any issues were promptly addressed by Jim, Tom and the maintenance team. I highly recommend and without reservation, you go see Tom or Jim if you are in need of a long term vehicle rental. You will save hundreds of dollars per month. Tom, who is the rental manager was also very flexible about my payment options. I am thankful that I came across Triangle at a time in our life when we needed a vehicle and a friendly, professional team to serve our need. I will always call Tom or Jim first for any and all car rental needs and I will always refer them first.

One of the best service center we took our van to. We had battery dying problems plus the two sliding doors problem, all of them was fixed bythe end of the day. The lady by the name of Tina gave us a follow up calls twice just to let us know the update. Their prices was unbelievable especially with the 100k plus club free oil change. I rented an SUV over the Christmas holiday week and was very satisfied with the service and value. My Priceline quote for the same 8 days for a compact rental car was more than 3 times what I paid at Triangle. The car was older and had many miles on it however had many luxuries like heated seats and a backup camera. Service was friendly and prompt with no issues.

I have been appreciating the excellent, caring, reasonable services of this establishment for more than a decade. Fast, easy, affordable, friendly. Excellent service. Only complaint was the rental smelled like it had belonged to a smoker.

I took my vehicle here for a new transmission. They went above and beyond what was asked and also took care of other problems that they found with my car. They kept me updated on everything, timing, payments, diagnostics. Tina, working at the front desk, is an excellent employee. She took great care of me and my vehicle and always took the time to explain every last detail to me. She is an excellent employee and I would recommend asking for her when you come. This is a great company and I am definitely coming back in the near future. 👍🏻

Ive been coming to Triangle since Ive been a driver, and my family has been coming even before that! We LOVE triangle. Their staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and make you feel comfortable. We are always very happy with our service and know our car is getting exactly what it needs, when it needs it! Cant say enough good things about this place!

Bought a used Honda civic less than a year ago. Just had it repaired to the tune of 2500.00 dollars. It lasted two weeks and broke down completely.They wanted another 1000. to FIX it. Either just plain bad mechanics or just policy to rip off people.Recommend never using these guys to fix anything.Will never go back.Would like not to give the one star rating.

I’ve been taking my car here ever since I first got it (approx. 7 years) and have had no problems! They always do an excellent job, so I have never had a problem (other than regular maintenance) with my car! Recently my starter died and I had to have my car towed to them (initially they didn’t have time available) but I had to get back to school (located in Towson) asap since I had class the next day. Justin was able to have my car repaired the same day and I was back on the road even though they initially didn’t have time available.

I brought in a 1999 Toyota Camry with various issues and 182,000 miles. The staff recommended that I do a complete check of the systems on the car. They found the issue I was having and a couple of others that would have been potential problems in the future. I experienced great service and the price for repairs was fair. I would take my car back without question and suggest to anyone in need of repairs to go there first.

I have been going to Triangle for years. They have always taken great care of my cars. I find them honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. I recently purchases my daughter a Toyota corolla and was sad that I wouldnt be able to get her car serviced at Triangle. However, it seems due to high demand from their existing customers, Triangle has now expanded to servicing cars of all makes.

Great place for service! Staff is friendly and helpful. They get me in asap, let me know how long the service will take and what needs to be done. If something is not immediate they advise me it can wait for the next service. I trust their knowledge and pricing. They keep my old car moving!

Ive had several service appointments at Triangle for my high-mileage car, and Ive been very happy with the work and customer service. I dont feel their mechanics have ever recommended any excessive or unnecessary extras, and customer service has always been patient when Ive asked to think about something and call them back. Definitely considering buying my next car here!

Ever since I bought my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid, Ive never had a problem with it. I took it to Triangle Motors since they specialize in Hondas and Acuras. My car is closing in on its 100K mile marker, and so I scheduled an appointment for 100K service. I received a call the following day stating that my car doesnt need that service yet, and was offered the more affordable 30K mile package (due every 30K), and so I went with that option. Everyone I spoke to was very straightforward and didnt try to upsell me on any other products or services that I dont need.Triangle motors has been consistently friendly, helpful, and honest, and I know I can count on them for any service my car needs.

I love Triangle Motors, and everyone that works there! For years Ive dealt mostly with Tom and Jimmy on the rental side, theyve always addressed me by name, accommodated my schedule and made feel like I was at home if I had to wait. Yesterday I finally purchased a 2004 Honda Accord. Jimmy went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I will continue to service my vehicle there and of course recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. Love my Honda!
