Ive used them twice, once at home, once at work, and they were super friendly and great to work with each time. Simply schedule online, provide insurance info, and the rest is taken care of with you barely having to lift a finger. Such a smooth experience.

Hard to get an appointment with your insurance, but I put that on the insurance. However once there, they did a good job and were done much quicker than anticipated.

Way to expensive. I tried calling but only got a machine. I want to talk to a actual person over the phone. I seen on Facebook a lot of people are aggravated about the same reasons as me. This windshield on a 97 Geo Tracker LSI 4 DOOR should be no more than 240. And prompt service.

Had a wonderful experience with them. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and showed up on time. Replaced my front windshield and gave clear and precise instructions.

Cool little wild place, everyone friendly and professional for sure. I guess my job was well done🤔 I dont hear any air or see any water leaking...lol they reattached my alarm LED with new double-sided tape and provided me with new velcro clamp strips for my EZ pass. So if you have stuff stuck all over your windshield they have you covered. There was a little debris scattered about the dash and instrument cluster but I keep a portable blower in my car for detailing and cleaned it right up. Anywhere you go for anything you will often need a little cleaning no big deal. Other than that they could use a couple of waiting chairs without armrest for big guys, Tight😮, Definitely will go back there again and recommend this place. It was too hot out in my opinion to opt for mobile installation. I think its easier for them and you will get better quality by going there and waiting instead.

Made an appointment and took my vehicle there. They said they would look at it and call me when it was ready. 3 hours later and no call from them. After an hour calling about 5 different numbers for safelite I finally get a person. Come to find out that the damage was not repairable (which I understand) but the fact that NO ONE bothered to tell me this is unacceptable. They are literally supposed to be a service shop.

Great experience. Had a rock hit my brand new car on highway. They fixed it 1 day after I called it inScheduled and prompt service and resolution. Happy customer behind wheel.

I arrived early 45 minutes early to my appointment and the gentlemen helping me stopped what he was doing to take a look at my damaged windshield. Took the keys and as soon as he was done with the previous car he started working on my car 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. The work was completely very quickly and it looks great. He thanked me for coming in and said I could give him a call with any questions or concerns.I would highly recommend this shop! Thanks for your speedy and professional services!!

Their mobile installer working at their shop did the work in about an hour. He was friendly, fast, and the windshield was level and appeared to be a factory installation. Previously it was not level and evenly matched between the margins. He said was because some techs dont trim the side edges to make them completely level. Also no debris, on top of the car, and almost nothing inside. The oil change reminder sticker and transponder were both reinstalled.

HORRIBLE PLACE N MENAGEMENTI had windshield replacement but the safelite tech scratched around my windshield and side mirror and no one respond this awful incident !!! I just had new paint last week. my car had flawless painting but right after the windshield installation. found scratches. obviously, It was clamp marks around windshield.I even told manager please extra careful with my new painted car !!!

Had a cracked windshield from a rock on the highway. After a poor experience with a different company, I was pleased to be referred to Safelite as Ive had a positive experience with them in the past. Kyle, the technician, called ahead and showed up on time. He had the right parts, answered all my questions, and was very kind. The replacement only took about 35 minutes. This is the kind of customer experience you expect, and Safelite delivers!

Safelite AutoGlass was an excellent experience. Made an appointment, they were right on time, and the work was superb. Had my front windshield replaced and again, excellent quality all around.

Just wanted to thank my technician Benjamin and pass on how impressed I was with his services! Its not often to find an honest, friendly (But still professional) person who was completely up front about what the actual issues were with my vehicle! I was thouroghly impressed that he was honest and even gave me the option that would have saved me a couple HUNDRED dollars! I still had him replace my windshield(even though it was not what was causing the horrible leaking issue in my Jeep!) And am thoroughly pleased with that outcome as well.Thank you again! Everything was smooth sailing. The work was completed on time and the serviceman was very professional. I was very pleased and highly recommend using their service.

Scheduled and paid for windshield replacement. Tech showed up and asked if I had someone here to help him...lol...no, thats why Im paying you. THEN he tells me is an additional $800 (total of $1339!!) Nope not ever using Safelite.

Overall a pleasurable experience. They told me it would be three hours because they had to reconfigure one of my cars cameras, and they were actually done in 2 hours.

Safe litemissed half the windshield chips. didnt even bother cleaning the windshield to find them. had to call safelite to determine what they did / didnt do.  manager only tried to make excuses for technicians incompetence. spoke with technician who said she was going to reschedule to return. never heard back from her.

I made an online appointment here to have a windshield replaced on a 1999 Infiniti. I would have called to make an appointment had I know the online ones do not guarantee the work will begin at a certain time. Instead, the online appointment just means that you can bring it in that day and theyll have it finished by the end of the day (even if you specify a time to bring it in). So if you dont want to be there all day, call instead.They did an excellent job, my only compliant is that the report I received via text said the other windows had been cleaned as well. I was disappointed to see that they actually had not been cleaned, but they only had one staff member at the time so I guess it should not have been all that surprising. I would have rather waited an extra 5 minutes and had clean windows. However, given the friendliness of the staff and the apparent care they took to replace the windshield, I wouldnt hesitate to return again if I ever needed their service.

This was the first time Ive ever had to get my windshield replaced. I was notified ahead of time that Andre was on his way. He was extremely friendly, and was able to get my new windshield on within 45 mins. It looks great!! Ive already had my mom use Safelite for chips in her windshield.

Windshield chip that was repaired splintered and cracked within a week.Called the company and spoke with a supervisor from the Ohio call center who told me the wrong information concerning the insurance claim.Frustrated with the level of customer service.

Worst experience ever. I had my window broken at a baseball game by a foul ball. I called and was told they are to busy to come but if i drive my car to the workshop they would crash wrap it until they could get to me 5 days later. I had to get family to pick up my kids because they could not ride and then drive this car down the road in the pouring rain. I get to the site and no one is there. I call them back and they attempt to contact someone at the site but no answer. They tell me they have done all they can do and i will have to try to drive my car a hour doen the road the next day to maybe be able to get it crashed wrapped. Mind you I have sat in the rain for over a hour at this point. Worst customer service experience ever and hope that others never have to go through this nightmare of being lied to and ran around.

Ive had a number of windshields replaced at this Safelight location in Frederick, MD but this is the first time Ive attempted a repair & I was really impressed - I can hardly see the original stone ship or related cracks - great work! All the personnel were very friendly as well, and its been that way each time Ive come to this location.

I had my entire windshield replaced at safelite in frederick MD. I was told it would take an hour and a half, and it was ready in an hour. All the employees working are kind, polite, and very helpful. I was also informed that if there were any problems at all with the windshield replacement to not hesitate and call them immediately. I have had mine replaced now for about a week and drove in the rain and the windshield is perfect! Thank you for the fantastic customer service! A+++++

Two dings in my windshield seemed like they might be growing. Friends and family urged me to have them repaired asap. After looking up auto glass repair companies online, none of the ones in my area responded to my calls or had disconnected numbers. Safelite did not have the greatest reviews and I was leery to use them; however, I had no choice. Much to my surprise, the person who answered my call had excellent customer care skills and I quickly had a repair scheduled and a quote. Within a day my car windshield was repaired at my home by a courteous, prompt, and professional technician. The work was done well, warrantied, and at the cost promised. I would recommend Safelite.

8 hours wasted....and counting.My daughter had a major crack in her windshield. After having to reschedule a few times due to weather, we set up an appointment for a Saturday. After they arrived and started taking the window out, they realized they didnt have the right windshield.4 hours wasted.Today, they came back with the right windshield (arriving at 12:30 for an 8-12 appointment), but realized the rearview mirror setting was crooked, so they couldnt put it in.Another 4 hours wasted.The service techs were as couteous as could be, and they said Id be getting a discount for inconvenience--but no one has told me what that might be. And worse, I still dont have my windshield replaced.

They were on time for my appointment. Friendly. Professional. Install was done right first time. Gave good explanation of work and care for new windshield.

Dropped off my BMW 6 series at around 10am on a Saturday, and picked it up at around 2pm that same day. Great job was made. Clean and they even put my EZ Pass transceiver to the new windshield. I was told by a BMW service center that the rain sensor may not work if not using a non-BMW OEM windshield replacement. A few rainy days of driving proved the BMW service center wrong. The rain sensor is working as they should be. Other great thing about Safelite is how courteous technician was. A+ service. Price wise, I paid about $500, only a third to what the BMW service center quoted me.

Staff was friendly and they did a good job on my windshield. The price was also responsible for the replacement.

We found them to be fast and courteous and we are happy with the job that they did.
