Terrible, unorganized customer service. Went one evening to have fabric cut and waited over 15 minutes after putting my name on the computer board. Finally had to leave. Went back the next day and again put my name on the board. Two employees were standing behind the fabric counter and made zero attempt to move. Finally a manager walked by and asked them to help me. Another customer walked up in front of me and they started helping her without blinking an eye. As though they had been asleep and not paying attention the whole time. Completely unmotivated and unprofessional. A shame since its a new store.

I can always find what I need for my crafting adventures in this large store. Picture framing department did an excellent job too.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help their customers and find solutions. Also theres a great selection of goods at this location.

This location is the BIGGEST Joann store I have ever been to. The selection of fabrics was immense. And the selection of other craft items (happy planner, cricut, framing, home decore, wood, yarn, and so much more!)was huge. There was entire sections for most crafts imaginable, sections for crafts that I didnt even know that Joann carried. Not to mention their large selection of home decore, Ott lights, craft furniture, this location really did have it ALL! There was a misprint of a sale sign but since I caught it the manager gave me the price on the sign. One of the cashiers is also a school teacher, I over heard her talking that shes working at Joann because her students are doing a service project for the babies in the hospital and she is buying the supplies out of pocket! So working there helps with the cost.

Recently remodeled and gorgeous! It has lots of crafts and art supplies and great home decor.

1st: The Frederick, Maryland location shorted me 2 inches on my fabric on curbside pick up, leaving me only able to create 2 of my products instead of 4 which, in turn, is losing me $130. So not happy about that.Lucky for them they are the only place to get fabric here.Other then that, the fabric is fabulous, the curbside pick up was very well done, fast and friendly.

Joann fabric! What is up with you all? This is your 2nd opportunity you missed to expand the store! Someone im corporate is being sloppy or stupid. You all could have gotten the Kmart location and made a superstore! With more space and classrooms. Somebody seriously dropped the ball.

This place has everything you would need to make things from scratch. They also have a lot of Christmas stuff. That are having Black Friday sales starting so the deals are pretty good. Staff were nice & even though there was a line of 8 they quickly added more cashiers to ensure customers got through the line quickly.

I wish this was by my house. It is so large and well stocked. Staff friendly, many, many sales!

I was able to find everything I needed to make a dramatic theater door. The staff was very helpful and willing to give advice whenever I asked.

Well stocked store, lots of sales. Things were clean and markings on the floor and signs around the store reminded people about social distancing. Associates cleaned the countertops between customers at the checkout. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is one of my favorite JOANN stores. Its spacious! They have moved things around but not hard to find

I would strongly recommend against relying on Joann for any picture or art framing or mounting services. Even if it seems like an affordable option, think again. I had them dry mount an art print and an old map, neither of which was done correctly. Their master framer processed my order, and, in doing so, they cut off part of the map somehow and couldnt even properly align the foam core board to the art print. This should be seriously basic stuff.

Large selection of material. I was impressed with the selection of arts and crafts for kids. plenty of parking. It was difficult to find help in the store. The fabric counters ran efficient by taking numbers. They do offer curbside pick up.

Jess was great at the Cutting Center very patient and well-knowledged.

Very impressed with the variety and quality of fabric and product available at reasonable prices. Fabric cutting table was orderly and quick. Ladies at the sewing machine center were also helpful and friendly. Checkout was completed in a timely manner as well. Cant wait to go back!!

Has just about everything. Work the coupons right to get the best for you buck. Online, text, mail and sales. Got my wedding flowers and glass center pieces, beautiful.

Terrific customer support from the Husqvarna manager of the sewing machine section of the store. She was just full of great information to help in our purchase. Highly recommend if you need advice on a new or used machine.

I have not bought anything yet but me and my mom went there and we went in the baking section and I saw I lot of cute stuff I need to get it so if you see some one with a lot of baking stuff its me

JoAnns has a lot to offer, very large fabric section, would like to see a lot less fleece and more cotton fabric/patterns.

I just wish the yarn supply was better but its nothing different than alot of stores right now

Visited today October 5th and was checked out by the manager Betsy. After the register failed after swiping my card we had to repurchase with cash, on a $40 total gave $60 in cash and received a dollar in change. We pointed out the mistake and were told the issue couldn’t be resolved until the next day and we could come in tomorrow and receive our change. THIS IS THE MANAGER telling us we have to back the next day for our cash?!?!? We asked for an explanation and couldn’t be provided one other than “thats policy”. This is the poorest customer service experience I’ve ever received, how is it possible for a store to steal cash and then told if the drawer comes up over we can have our money back if we come back for it??? With no guarantee that how many other mistakes were made by that manager on the register. Avoid shopping here if you’re not looking to lose money or get decent service.

My thing is yarn. My problem with Joanns? No one ever knows about the yarn. No one person is in control of the yarn. Some one in corporate i suppose thinks it is a good idea to keep rotating the yarn around. You go back to find a specific yarn and it is not in the same place. And does anyone know where it is? No. Well actuary it is hard to know what anyone knows as their standard response is no. That way they do not need to become involved. I once got a young lady willing to help and when she went to a superior for help they shut her down and suggested she learn to do the same. I LOVE that they take multiple coupons at check out. Being able to buy multiple skeins of yarn at one time is great. When queried by ACMoore or Michaels what would make them better my response in ALL CAPS is being able to use multiple coupons at check out. So i return to Joanns and hope i can find my yarn on my own.

It was busy, but plenty of help. The store was tidy though they were low on some stock.

Large inventory and once you have the coupons its not so pricey.

Joann has a great selection of items, but its so disorganized that it took me almost an hour to find 6 simple items. They also only carry certain items seasonally, and some of which make no sense. Why are wind chimes only available in the spring? Its not like theres only wind in the spring. The prices are also kind of skewed. Certain items that I expected to be a couple dollars ended up being $10+, and some items that I expected to be much more expensive turned out to be much less (which was unfortunate, because these werent the items I needed). It turned an estimated $15 craft into a $36 ordeal. Overall, I was happy with the items I took home, but it wasnt necessarily worth all the trouble.

Luv going to JoAnns. Went to get velvet fabric to make pillow covers for my sofa. Only found one color I was looking for. But the clerk helped me find two other alternatives. Worked out well and I got to use coupons from my app. Luv this store.

Great store as always but the staff is pretty awesome. How I base this is in patients when I need to do more than one transaction to maximize my discounts and coupons. Also by the way they respond to a question I ask nearly every town. Where can I find............... ???? The good staff will take me to the items Im searching for and the not great ones will give me a vague direction of where said items may be.

As a 27 year old dude, I can’t really tell you when was the last time I came into this store. As I kid I think I did. But when I decided to volunteer to make a piñata, here I am.First off I didn’t want to ask for help. Everyone looked busy. After all it’s an August Saturday afternoon. After breaking down and asking for help with my list. I got help from the store manager unbeknownst to me at the time. She was extremely helpful and kind. She looked busy, and I could tell. But even so, I was cordially helped.I walked to the register and was told that I looked like I was lost. She was completely right and subsequently told me that the lady who had helped me was the store manager. She helped me with my purchase and even gave me a coupon when she didn’t have to. Her response? “For the customer.”Wow!If I can give them more business. I sure as hell will. I was absolutely taken back at how kind they were. And super helpful. Even on a busy day.Thank you.

JoAnns is my candy store. I always find something unique.

Love the store but..the employees act like they did not want to assist you in any help. One employee I spoke with for assist just rolled her eyes at me and never assist me on finding a item.

Best Joann location Ive ever been to.

Big store. Think their prices were higher than the competitors. Too many displays in the isles making it hard to move around with a wheelchair. It was nice that they provided a wheelchair to use. It is a big store and cant walk around.

Great staff and organized store

The limitation to only 5 customers at a time is restrictive in such a large store. Should perhaps limit 5 in the cutting line at once if they feel that the cutting line is the largest exposure.
