With the exception of one of the new employees (with red hair), the rest of the staff including the manager were not very pleasant or welcoming during my visit. I also found it odd that I wasn’t asked if I had any coupons I wanted to use with my purchase. I didn’t realize the sale isn’t automatically applied.Really need to work on professionalism of your more “experienced” employees. You may know the system but if you don’t exude good customer service, it’s a moot point. Kudos to the other young lady I mentioned, though. She was very very kind!

Today were the busiest shopping experienced at Bath & Body Works. It was longer than expected but its manageable as I guess Im patient enough to understand that holiday season is here around the corner. But love this place!

This was the first time I have ever been into this Bath & Body Works and let me tell you... wow! This one is amazing! The store was kept so clean, the employees were so nice there and also very helpful if I had any questions. This store was also so big compared to the ones I have been in. As of right now this is my favorite Bath & Body Works store to go to and I will definitely be heading down again to grab some more items!

I love bath & body works but the price is high so I wait till its by three get two the stores always clean and the sales girls are wonderful.

I usually love their fragrances. Nice service from their associates too

There was nobody else in the store but wanted me to use the specific entrance for this covid nonsense so i didnt spend any money. There was NOBODY to social distance from... I dont appreciate the hovering either....

With everything thats going in the world right now having someone all up in your face while trying to shop & especially in this store where youre trying to smell the product & you need to slide ur mask down a bit (humm not so good) with them trying to stay right in my face & not giving me 6 feet we just left & did my birthday shopping online...Sorry but I think I will be do this from now on. Just let people have some space to shop & look around.

The store was clean, well light, but the lack of staff made finding products prolonged. It was our cashier who took the time to help us locate products, and assist us while still checking us out.

I like it much better than Germantown store

I absolutely love this store, its one of my favorite places to go at the mall. They already have their Christmas Collection out and a lot of new fantastic scents! Even nice things to go with your house and new scents and awesome things too for the men in our lives! Check it out soon & you wont be disappointed I promise!

Be careful which employee your talk to here. There is one young lady that is very sassy and rude. We were just in the store to day and were told you should either spend $40 or we are not authorizing the 20% off $25 coupon we were sent to our email from bath and body work. In store only for today only coupon. She would not ask her boss to help it was only spend more money to get a discount. DONT tell me to spend more money, if i wanted to I would have. I wish I had her name. She was in your early to mid 20s and tiny with dirty blond hair and was wearing it in a bun.
