Just had Leo and Mike transfer shingles from the ground to my roof. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED with their professionalism, expertise, care, caution, and customer interaction.I watched them work throughout the placement of my shingles up to the roof, and it was simply a pleasure to watch true professionals in action.

Waited 1 hour and 20 mins outside the store to pick up an order that was already paid for. Called them 3 times. Every time they said they would bring the stuff in a few minutes. Before covid 19 they were ok. Now they are really bad. And they didnt have many customers I was the only one parked outside the store most of the time. I know they are a big company they dont care.

The guy at the counter knows his stuff. Made it so easy.

Very easy to get to. They have a big yard to move around in. Super friendly people made my delivery a pleasant experience. Very large inventory of building materials to fulfill your needs.

Delivered materials to my front yard instead of on the roof. Was told that there would be another truck to deliver to roof out later. When I called the number that was provided by google. No one answered. I had to drive in and speak with the dispatcher who said there was no other truck and he asked who would tell me that. I told him that his driver said that. There was no money refunded to me for not delivering product to the roof. I am hoping that all of my materials arent stolen out of the front yard before the roofing can get completed. Really not thrilled with the experience. Less than helpful. No customer service should be expected.
