I cant recommend Luxse Ky enough at The Phone Doctor enough! An absolute gentleman and the most pleasant person to interact with. He saw me immediately on a moments short notice. His work is methodical, professional and Id daresay, clinical (most impressive, Ive never seen anything like it!). He records every step of the process and takes the utmost pride in his craft. Two thumbs up, and 1000% approved!

I have always used this company for my phone repairs for over 10 years now, and I actually got introduced to them by another friend who also used their services. Very good quality products, customer service and I love the vibe of the store. My phone is very important to me, since I carry all my contacts, work and family info, I mean, everything! I want to feel safe with who fixes it for me.

Okay so I get you have good customer service and you enjoy taking care of the customer! But the fact that you’re ripping people off with the prices of your cases and screen protectors hits me in the wrong spot!! You’re taking advantage of people selling your $5 cases and screen protectors for $60!!I understand you have a business to run and money to make to survive in this world, and I understand the customer doesn’t have to purchase your products! But this is what a review is for, to inform at least some people that decide to look at the reviews that this business is overcharging for most of the products that they sell!Please everyone do some searching before spending your hard earned money on less than quality goods!!

Nick was absolutely amazing helping me fix my phone completely- I came in needing a new screen protector and left with a great new case, pop socket and screen protector. When my puppy stepped on my phone, my screen was cracked and Face ID stopped working and now my phone is absolutely perfect and like new! Nick couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgeable. 10/10 service will definitely use again!!!!

The guys there are awesome, I have a weird phone OnePlus 6t and they were able to get the part and do the repair by the next day. I had a cracked screen and I went to a couple different stores and bone of them wanted to help me. But the phone doctor hooked me up! The screen feels like oem looks like new, and feels like new.They also had a huge selection of accessories they helped me pick out a new Bluetooth.I definitely recommend!

Big thank you to this establishment… originally I came in looking for a fix for my phone as it would not charge. No matter what we did, it just wouldn’t turn on so we brought it here a day before my family and I had to leave the area… the workers were very professional and it only took a few hours to fix it. Turns out there was a problem with my logic board in the phone but the best thing is, is that they replaced my cracked screen free of charge. Highly recommend!

He charged an elderly lady $50! for a screen protecter snd $50 for a cheap amazon case its obscured and she was so sweet to and he justified it by “the customer was satisfied” he even posted it to tiktok afterwards

Went in this past Saturday with a cracked/black phone screen and not having the money in my budget to fix my phone. The manager Nick was able to pull up my past information (from where I had originally had the battery replaced last year) and he was so helpful with figuring out my warranty, pricing, etc. I informed Nick that I lived about 30 minutes away so I offered to come back another day to pick up my phone but instead he made me a priority and after only a few hours (on a very busy day for them), I had my phone back good as new and I couldnt complain about the pricing as he had gave me such a great deal for being a returning customer. I definitely recommend these guys - especially Nick. Thank you!

Not being rude in any way but he sells phone cases for $60 you can get a real OtterBox for that price and claims they are OtterBox and his screens he claims that are factory but some of them are Chinese you people do not realize that youre getting ripped off and can find cheaper rates and better professional quality somewhere else

My daughter cracked her screen twice within 14 days, so I got to see Nick and Brad more often than I’d like. Regardless of how much it pained me to have to pay for repairs again, the guys provided me with fast, friendly, and professional service. I highly recommend their services!

I have driven by here 100x and thought it looked odd. Well, when you bust up your iPhone and Apple wants me to drive 35 miles to spend $175, you’ll try anything. I am so glad I did.$29.99 and it took 10 minutes to replace the screen!!! Brad and the Master technician were very nice and explained everything. They did a complete evaluation of my phone. Then for grins I showed them my Android and they tested it and pointed out what it needed. It needs more work and will take a few hours, so I will have to do that later.They also have some great accessories and cases. I may have to visit for those soon as well. Fantastic experience.

A week or so later, I noticed that the same issue was re-occurring so I took it back and not only did they fix it the second time free of charge, but they added a case. I was told 3 different times on 3 different days that my phone would be done. They never fixed my phone. Wish I could give them zero stars. After failing 3 times I just bought another phone. Not sure why I would trust them ever again or go back at a discounted rate.

Incredible work done by the guy there. I went there with a totally cracked Iphone 8 with a literal hole in the screen. It cost nowhere near as much as it honestly should have given that the phone looks brand-new.The place closes at 5, and yet the guy sticks around an extra couple of hours just to get the job done and ensure that his work quality is sky high.Theres also the fact that the guy threw in a glass screen protector on the house, just because we got along.My phone literally looks better now than it did when I first got it. This guys work is worth every single penny.

He was a great guy and was helpful but the job wasnt done the right way. My google pixel screen only lasted about a month and a half and I was told it was the type of glue he used. Screen literally popped out and went black like it was nothing. It also didnt have the same screen quality

My iphone se 1st gen had an overheating and expanding battery. I visited 123 Phone Doctor in Frederick MD. I needed a new phone battery and replacement screen and a screen protector. Phone Doctor replaced my batter and screen and screen protector in just one day! Great job! Looks and works like new!

These guys are great! I came in to get my IPhone 11 screen fixed and it looks as good as new. The store wasn’t even open yet but Kevin, who is a USMC veteran was nice enough to let me in take a look at my phone and address all the concerns I had with previous screen repairs that were sub par.The work their master tech Luxse did was phenomenal and even offered a free phone case after he found out I was a first responder. Got my phone fixed here 1 month ago and my phone has been having problems non stop ever since. Im a truck driver so my phone is important to me and I travel a lot so I took it to a shop near me and they said it was poor repair and there was missing screws. Dropped my iPhone on the bathroom floor and the screen shattered! I tried to use it but kept getting glass in my skin. So I looked up phone repair shops around Frederick and 123 Phone Doctor had the best comparative rates as well as repair times. I brought my phone in, completed check-in and decided to go shopping to pass the time. They were done earlier than anticipated. I kid you not, my phone looks brand new. Heck, even better. They replaced my screen and installed that additional glass protector. I am so grateful because they didn’t have to go the extra mile.I am glad I found them because my broken iPad and other phones don’t need to be trashed anymore.Thank you very much!!!!

I was very desperate, feeling like I lost all of the pictures and videos of my 2y/o daughter when my devices screen went black and I could not unlock it to transfer everything to my new phone. He was so, so. Looked at my Galaxy A50 and told me that to replace and install an antenna would be $250 dollars! For a 90 cent peice. He told me that the 250 was paying for his expertise in phone repair. If you WANT A REAL phone repair sales man, go to CDC phone repair off industry lane. He is much more worth your time. The guy even put a ton of glue on the backing of my phone which is totally unprofessional. Ive worked in the phone repair business and that is certainly how you do not seal a phone back up.

Went to Lucky Corner Viet to have some lunch.. I noticed this phone repair store. Went inside because I needed to get my screen protector done. Both staff are very friendly and professional. They advised me to get the Liquid Screen Protector and I am not regretting it. This is now my go to place for phone/laptop repairs and accessories!

I took my brothers phone that had extensive water damage to the Phone Doctor and they were able to fully restore his phone like new. They explained the process & recorded the phone evaluation. Overall great customer & repair service.

I went in to get a new screen protector, and came out a very happy customer. I decided to also get a new case which inexplicably fixed my speaker issue, but PhoneDr knew!! It really pays to go to the pro when you have a phone problem. I could not be happier and will definitely return if I ever have another issue.

Lux and his crew were fantastic to work with. My Samsung Galaxy S8 Active took a hard fall and wouldnt power up unless connected to a fast-charger. He was able to take a difficult phone to work with (everything is shoe-horned inside and the battery is extremely difficult to get to) and get it fixed and working like new in just a couple of days despite the difficulty of the task. While the cost was about the same as the deductible on my insurance plan through my carrier, I was happy to pay it for the repair as Lux was able to save all of my data, photos, etc.Ill definitely be back for any other needs and will be getting one of their liquid screen protectors in the near future. A+ business and up-front about costs and what to expect.
