Updating shoes or just getting an ideas what shoes for gift giving this Christmas. Even those fitness clothing of my favorite brands. Lots in my lists!!

So we took my grandson fir shoes at your store. I asked them to measure his foot. I have never in my life seen anyone measure a foot so poorly. Then we picked out one shoe after another and of course none were in his size until we got up to the really expensive ones. For as much as you want to sell shoes you could at least keep in stock a more tween size selection. My last trip to your overpriced, unhelpful store.

Veterans beware!!! Rob/Robert is an absolute incompetent manager, and really shouldn’t be a manager to treat people the way we were treated. Two times I’ve come in previously and received our veterans discount by entering our name and discharge date, not having my ID. Today, Rob was there and said he would not honor it without the actual ID present. Really? When we have our information and can enter specific DOB and date of discharge? You must not have ever served your country, that’s why you’re so quick to treat vets that way. And why now do you not honor without ID, yet two other managers did previously? You’re incompetent, and we’d rather not even spend our money at your location. You, Rob, should not be a manager! You’re customer service is terrible. Even a smart manager would have said, “Okay we’ll honor this time but you must have ID next time”, got the sale and happy returning customers. You must be new at managing, but we won’t be returning to your establishment!!!

Been shopping here for years. Always good experience

Purchased sneakers. Came back the next day but forgot receipt. They only would only exchange for the same shoe. Only wanted to give 1/2 back toward another pair even though the girl who sold them to me was there and remembered making the sale. Simply not good practice.

Floor staff know absolutely nothing, we waited 40 minutes for 1 pair of shoes for my daughter.

Had the worst experience at this store the staff was rude and had no customer service skills. I do understand that the store was closing but staff members could have been polite about the way in which they spoke to me and my family. I would not be shopping at this store again.
