Took 2 laptops to them, 1 was set to be ready the next day, the other one was set to be ready in 3 to 4 days, went back the next day and it wasnt done, so I went back the next, and the next and that day it turns out they hadnt even ordered the parts they needed for my other laptop, I went the next day and finally got the one that was supposed to be ready the day after I left it and checking it out they didnt do anything to it other than wipe the drive I went there for them to fix the laptops speakers, replace a missing key, wipe the drive, and fix the mouse 1 button and only one happened in 4 times the days they said itd be ready and the cheeky rep said no refunds before he gave it to me, Ive yet to get back my other one, I sent it there in working order with just hinges that had to be fixed, last time I saw it, it was in pieces I hope that its just as it was with what I paid for fixed when I sent it there. Moral of the story DO NOT send it there unless youre looking to get ripped off.
