I have ordered many elevator shoes from many companies in the past and I can say,” Richlee’s have the best priced and top quality boots”. I even returned a pair with no problems and my new black cowboy boots are awesome and their insoles are superior to anybody else’s by far. I am 100% satisfied, period.

1. Received only 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes ordered, even though they showed in stock. Was never notified of back order.2. Shoe height increase was slightly less than 2, even though they stated 2.5.3. Of the 2 pairs I received, one shoe made so much noise when walking in I had to return.4. MOST IMPORTANTLY... be aware that you have to pay return shipping on all returns, even on defective merchandise. And merchandise can not have been tried on anything other than carpet as to show as never been tried on. They even tried to charge me shipping on shoes I never received and said shipping was charged on the full retail price of the two pairs I received. When I read them their shipping policy, they rudely agreed to not charge me shipping on full retail price.

Very bad experience!I ordered one size online and they shipped another size, when I called in to make them aware about the mistake they were denying about the mistake even when I showed them proof, now I need to return the pair of shoes on my shipping cost, they didnt even bother to make their costumer Happy.They have just lost me and my whole family as costumers, we are switching company after 12 years.

Insoles top leather becomes unglued & causes ripples that hard on the soles of the feet & becomes uncomfortable to walk, not good for on the treadmill in the gym.
