I purchased a breaker panel from this Maurice store. An hour after it was installed, the breaker tripped and would not stay on. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that they sold me a used, scratched up, and worn unit (see picture). My electrician confirmed this. I called the store to see if I could get a replacement since they sold me a defective, used unit. Both the salesperson and manager were very unreasonable with me. They treated me like I was lying to them, even though I had the receipt and have no reason to lie to them. They would not help me at all. They claimed they dont take returns and would not sell a returned unit. However, my electrician told me he returns things to Maurice all the time, so who is really lying here? I havent experienced this level of poor customer service in a very long time. I would not recommend this Maurice store to anyone. I called around to other electrical supply stores nearby to look for a replacement and they were all willing to help.
