Yasin helped me today in the store and was great! He helped me with everything I needed and was even able to sell me on a few extra products in the store! Overall great guy great business and will definitely be back!

Went in to the store at “GNC, Clemson Corner7820 Wormans Mill Rd, Frederick, MD 21701” for a purchase of Item #386590, 70 serving. The store price was 69.99 where as the GNC website is selling it for 64.99. I asked him to if he could price match with the corporate website. And the website clearly states that GNC price match. He refused to do so. Told me to go buy it online which was really not what I was expecting. I have been a GNC member for a long time and did not expect this type of unprofessional service from a merchant. Very disappointed. Attached price match policy of GNC for any further reference.

The owner / manager is very personable, I visit this GNC weekly and Bi-weekly. Always consistent in greeting you when you arrive and always checking in on your needs and if there is anything you need. He will also get stuff in if needed or run out. I will continue to purchase from this particular GNC just because of the owner / manager and staff. Thank you for being my neighborhood GNC!

Witnessed a woman attempting to get the manager/employee fired for trying to help her return an item that normally wouldn’t be accepted. She was already upset when I walked in but I immediately knew what was going on when she was complaining about a lack of masks after the lifting on the COVID mask mandate in Maryland. She then proceeded to convince me of the wrongdoing of the manager but I have been to this GNC fairly consistently and always have a great experience with that manager specifically. She was definitely more upset that she was clearly in the wrong and made a scene but still didn’t get her way. I held my tongue for most of the encounter until she told the manager he wasn’t America. And to “go back to his country”. I was forced to say something at that point as she decided to finally leave. The manager and I could only laugh when he explained how he was from Columbia, MD. This woman had no moral ground and only showed her true colors. I am writing this in defense of this store as I witnessed this incident and would not want someone like this to slander a hardworking employee after not getting her way.

I went to this GNC location to purchase protein powder. I am new to using products like this so I figured it would be good to talk to an employee that is knowledgeable. When I entered the employee asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. After telling him I was trying to increase my protein intake he immediately selected 2 products without explaining either. Then tried to add a hgh pills at the counter. The total for the two original products came out to be 180. When I asked him to remove one he tried to convince me otherwise several times. I purchased one product for 80 dollars. When I looked up the product at home it only costs 70 dollars on GNCs website. Not only did I feel like I was being hustled by the employee in the store. I also was overcharged off for the one product I did purchase.

It seems to have what you need to stay healthy and vitamins for ever stayed healthy.

I am a pro athlete. I have been to many gncs all over the states. By far this is the best GNC I’ve stepped foot into. The staff, cleanliness, product knowledge and overall customer service is absolutely exceptional. Would highly recommend this store, especially the manager Yasin who is absolutely great at what he does.I have a 6br house in Frederick MD and every time I visit Fredrick I always make sure to stop in and get my supplements from the only GNC location in that area(Thank God for that).Again I would highly recommend the GNC of Fredrick MD. I was amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the owner was and how he knew about all kind of products and their pros and cons. I got what I was looking for and he gave me discount that I was not expecting . I will recommend this place to anyone and I also left the store with some knowledge about certain products that I had no idea what were for.

The street sign outside the door said ‘50% sale today only’. As my daughter approached the counter to purchase, the clerk said it is not on sale. She told him about the sign and he wouldn’t honor it. He said it’s the corporate sign and had no control over it. I asked if I could speak to the Manager and he said he was not there. He took my name and phone number down. I then asked for the “Manager’s name” so I knew who would be calling me; and he proceeded to tell me that he was the Manager. I commented ‘so you’re going to consult with yourself tonight in order to call me tomorrow’? He said he thought I meant District Manager. He then said it’s only 29.90 which didn’t cost much so asked me what the problem was. I told him to take down his sign in the yard if it’s not correct and it’s about the integrity of the store. Needless to say, we will not be honoring this location. The Manager’s name is Yahim, although he says he just works there and doesn’t work for corporate, he is not willing to honor such promotions. I was very disappointed with the conversation and outcome.

I stopped by this week to restock on my multivitamins. When i was done with my purchase the sales clerk asks hey what do you think of this crazy president we have. Then goes off on this I hate trump rant. Totally out the blue. First off if I wanted to discuss politics it would not be at a GNC store. Second everyones entitle to their own political views. I dont need some dude at GNC trying to educate me on politics and labelling me because of my race. Sell your dam vitamins and hold the politics. This dude totally assumed that because im black Im automatically a democrate or at least anti-trump. Whether I am or not should be my concern.

Terrible experience going to this store, an awful manager attitude towards a customer, he just kept arguing the point and tried to win the case which was nonsense! You CAN return the products mostly in the US IF you’re NOT satisfied with the product. He said his store wasn’t a sample store!! What a rude guy! Is this the normal service for GNC store? Worst GNC franchise representative! Glad to leave the store without spending $$$ there.

Been to this store twice in the past three weeks both times were closed. First time I was there at 10:40 am still wasnt open. Today was same thing but atleast there was a sign on the door, be back shortly.

Hours on the door and website claim 10 am opening. 10:30 and its still not open!

They have what i want
