Joe is great! Highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new mattress. He was very patient, understanding and informative in the process of picking out not only the mattress but also the full bed set. He definitely has a great skill in this! Walking out a happy customer with a new mattress, frame/headboard, mattress cover and sheets. Will not go anywhere else for any purchase like this.

Joe is amazing and very knowledgeable. Explained what we were looking at and what the differences were between the beds- super patient as we looked at about a dozen different beds and jumped between ones we liked to find our perfect sleep. Even gave us tips on warranties and what mattresses were the best overall deal. Threw in some pillows for us as well—so glad we didn’t just order online, my back and insomnia are going to be very happy!

Cant say enough how happy we are with our entire experience! Joe is a top-notch professional and helped us select the best mattress for us and wasnt the least bit pushy. When the installers came to deliver our mattress and platform, they didnt have the parts they needed and one of our remotes wasnt working. Joe came at 8:30pm on a Saturday night (after working all day) to correct the problem. If youre in the market for a mattress, dont go anywhere else and definitely ask for Joe!

Impeccable service all around. Joe was a great help, the entire experience flawless and with a personal touch. Joe even hand delivered a replacement bunkie board on his own time. Highly recommend, if you go in see Joe he is extremely knowledgeable and his customers service skills are top notch.

Went to mattress connection and saw a sign for mattress sale and such a wonderful experience, they showed us multiple mattress and answered all our questions, will definitely be returning for future mattress needs and will definitely recommend

Do not buy here! they say one thing then do not stand by there word! Bought a mattress set from them, yes service was good until we Had issues with the mattress! Joe was great at telling us if we bought it and it wasnt right they would stand by it and replace it for the other set we were looking at . It was less expensive. 4 months into it mattress started to dip, called they came out and saw nothing they are not allowed to lay on bed, how are you going to feel the dip?) I called again, they came out again did same test (bed is worse now) still nothing! This is the worse company I have ever dealt with . Called manufacturer and they said it was up to the store. so it hasnt even been a year and I have to go buy another mattress. Again DO NOT BUY HERE! Going to post this on my Facebook, and Yelp hope others do not buy here!

Just ordered mattress from the mattress connection and talked to Joe. He went over and above for me. I am a disabled person and cant get to the store he talked with me through the best mattress got me a super deal. I would recommend this store and this person to anyone.

Joe is excellent. We went in today to get a mattress with an idea of what we wanted. We told Joe what we were looking for and he not only showed us those but other comparable ones. He was not pushy like other sales people and did not try to force you into the most expensive model. He listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the best fit while still staying in a respectable price range. I would recommend this store to everyone.UPDATE 15SEP20: I had to come back and give Joe some more praises. We’ve had our bed for almost a year now. During a move, part of the adjustable bed frame broke. We put off fixing it and then found out I needed emergency surgery. My partner called Joe and within two days we had the parts we needed and a working bed. Thank you so much Joe. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything ASAP so I could have a comfortable recovery when I returned home from the hospital. If we could give you more stars we would.

The staff here are really great and know exactly what bed is right for you personally. I have a bad back and have an extremely hard time getting comfort and sleep at night. The sales guy there David reccomeded this one bed which im not gonna lie felt like a dream! Anyway he gave me a really awesome price for it, and well 21 days in i must say i couldnt be happier with my purchase and will most definitely go here whenever I need a new bed again. Thanks so much, you really have improved my quality of life, thanks to finally getting the proper amount of sleep.
