Cliff Ritkens is great!! I had to bring my vehicle into his Caliber Collision due to some unfinished and improper work done on my vehicle after my accident. Cliff was very friendly and professional and allowed me to fully explain the issues with my vehicle; plus he allowed me to vent my frustrations without placing judgment. He immediately got me scheduled to complete the repairs needed to meet my satisfaction of the work that was supposed to get completed before bringing it to his Caliber Collision. While checking my vehicle, he noticed other small inconsistencies and immediately had his technicians fix those discrepancies too. Cliff even went beyond his responsibility and contacted the previous installation to explain to them the troubles and inconvenience that was caused to me for incomplete work and made suggestions to do that right thing to gain my complete customer satisfaction. He communicated with me constantly and ensured I understood every step of the process. He is an excellent manager with exceptional customer service skills. He has gained a customer for life at this Caliber Collision. I highly recommend you use this Caliber Collision for any vehicle work that can be completed for you. The staff was exceptional helpful as well! Thank you Cliff for your efforts in making sure my vehicle has complete quality work and making me a satisfied customer. My experience with this shop has left me very satisfied. I was in a really bad car accident and took my car here. I did not know what to expect in the slightest but I was very pleased when I walked in. They had a very nice area where you could make yourself coffee, hot cocoa, tea and even apple cider and everything was very sanitized. Not to mention they were following the Covid safety restrictions. I was very surprised to see they even made freshly popcorn for this lovely family who had kids. It was very welcoming. Finally, I was very surprised to see that they had kept there word and had my car finished by when they said it would be done. It looks like a brand new car! I highly recommend this shop, they will not disappoint!

I hit a deer and chose caliber to do my repairs at the suggestion of many friends. The experience was even better than they described. Their customer service is the best of any business I have dealt with in the area. They kept me informed each step of the repair process. Because of delays from insurance, it took 38 days to get the car back but Caliber handled that with excellent communication, and advocated for my car to be returned to me in near perfect condition! Aside from my license plate, you would never even know I hit a deer! They did quality work and my car is running great!

Between loose bolts, uninstalled parts, non functional parts that were functional before the repair, this place has been a nightmare. First off, it took them three different periods of having my truck at their shop which equaled over a month, almost two. Now, it’s been a few months since I’ve gotten my truck back, and every month I’m finding something new that they either did tighten up to the correct spec, just straight up lack of care, who knows they weren’t any help when I reached out to them anyways. Parts that weren’t broken before, which were broken after the accident they claimed was “previous” damage, which would have been impossible as it was a hose that blew from the impact, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out, fog lights don’t work, they worked after the accident but not after they got their hands on it, I’ve got aftermarket lighting as well that they replaced along with the fog lights which have loose bolts with exposed wires in spots, oh yeah, and when I got my truck back, there was no coolant in the radiator or the reservoir, so god only knows how hot they let it get with a blown heater core hose. I would highly suggest staying away from this shop.

When my son hit a deer 3 weeks ago, I knew that we were going to have to file a claim and get the vehicle repaired. As an insurance agent, Ive heard all the horror stories. So call me surprised and impressed with how quickly Caliber Collision worked with my insurance company to ensure we had a rental car ready for us before we left the shop, accurately assessed and estimated the work that needed to be done, and delivered a vehicle that was repaired so perfectly you would never know it had collided with a deer a week and a half earlier. Additionally, they kept me up to date throughout the process, communicated constantly, and delivered my car well within the estimated timeframe of completion. I would always recommend this company to do repairs on any vehicle that has been involved in an accident!

I couldn’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision! An 18-wheeler blew a tire while on the interstate and the debris from the tire cracked my front bumper. Dealing with my insurance company they recommended using Caliber Collision, and I’m glad I did! The entire process was seamless from the start to the end. Working with Barry was one of the most relaxing vehicle repair experiences of my life! Every step of the way I received a text message on the status of the vehicle, I was never left wondering what state of repair it was in. The folks at the front reception desk handled all of my Enterprise rental car needs and organizing for me to get picked up and then dropped back off. When I received my vehicle back, in an extremely timely manner, I feel like it overall looked better than it did when I dropped it off, the exterior the cleanliness inside and just overall appearance…it was like getting a new vehicle! :) Crossing fingers I don’t have to visit them again anytime SOON, but if an incident does happen where I need vehicle bodywork they will be my number one first choice. Outstanding customer service, by a friendly and professional staff. This is the third time Ive taken my vehicles to Caliber Collision for minor body work and each time the job was done right, on time, and at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them for body work and painting needs.

Unless you have an appointment do not wate your time. Radley Collission and Downtown Garage, readil treated me with respect and gave me free estimates. NOT THIS CALIBER LOCATION. I presume if they will not takke the time to greet potential coustomers, that they may ignore issues afte service or repairs?.

A month and a half later and they are still not accurate with their time estimates. had to be towed back to their shop after they claimed that it was good to go! Its a good thing I didnt drive it out of there and had it towed, as my radiator and coolant reservoir were completely empty. Along with them trying to say that it wasnt related to the accident. Right... because I drive around with TWO blown heater core hoses spewing coolant whenever the truck is running. Makes sense. They said it would be ready Friday, yet another oversight extended that timeframe. They said it would be ready Saturday, is that right? No. Its not. That was an outright lie. They are closed on Saturday. These are just a select few reasons as to why you should STEER CLEAR. Highly disappointed and will not be bringing another vehicle to these chains again.

I left a very detailed long review on yelp. In short, they have zero customer service, zero communication skills, terrible work ethic as they took 5.5 weeks to finish my car that was supposed to take 2 weeks at most as it wasnt that bad. I had to keep calling to find out the status of the car because they dont communicate that even when they miss deadlines. My son lost his job thanks to them having the car for so long because we work to and couldnt get him to work a couple of days. He is still jobless now for a few weeks now. The pain job was not good considering the hood and bumper are 2 shades which also now look new while the rest of my car being a 2009 looks old so my car looks ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Caliber Collision repaired my car after a serious accident, repairing body,replacing the rear bumper, tail light muffler and repainting when done. They did a fine job and though it took awhile, they kept me updated with the work progress in a friendly, professional way.

This is by far the worst shop I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I had gotten into a fender bender and had minor damage. The car ran fine. It took them over a month and a half to fix my vehicle. It took them so long my insurance would no longer cover a rental and they did not offer a loaner. I had to pay over 3000$ for my rental which nearly ruined me financially but that aside my total was 13000 to fix my vehicle they nearly totaled a 2017 Ford fusion for minor body workPrice gouging? Absolutely. Every time I called to get a check up every person I talked to was extremely rude they would never call back when they said they would. They didnt not finish when they said they would which mind you was a month and a half. The last 3 days I was waiting all that had to be done was a cleaning and am inspection. 3 days? Really? Thats outrageous and then they said they put 5$ in the tank as a courtesy.... when I brought it in it had full tank..... so thanks? Yeah right will never use these people again would strongly recommend no one ever use them ever and if your insurance company suggest them get a new insurance company. Thats what Im doing right now and the only stipulation for the next insurance provider is they dont use calliber collision. Hope this helps anyone thinking about using this joke.... no scam shop. After being involved in an auto accident, I brought my vehicle into Caliber Collision as they work side by side with my insurance policy and it was the smoothest process I’ve encountered while dealing with the aftermath of the damage to my vehicle. Consistent communication was golden as Theresa updated me as each new information regarding the parts ordered, assembled, and painted. The delivery time was impeccable as I received my car 10 days earlier than expected ! There was a hiccup on my insurance policy with the payment but it was all handled with grace from the staff. Very professional and considerate from each person that worked there . Hopefully won’t be returning to CC in the near future but if so then my minds at ease knowing there’s an array of CC across the country eager to help . Not only did a simple bumper replacement take 19 days, at no point during those weeks were we given an estimate of when our car at last would be available until the final days. There seems not only to have been no sense of urgency about the restoration of a familys means of getting around, there was no sense of wanting to communicate, either.

Ive had both insurance-covered work done here, and out-of-pocket repairs, where I brought my own parts. Both times, they were friendly, quick, and did a great repair job on my car. I would definitely trust them to work on it again.-------edit-------I recently had a third incident where my car needed body work, so I specifically requested Caliber when filing my insurance claim. This time, it was a bird strike that took out one of my headlights and dented the fender. Once again, Caliber Collision came through, and got my car back into perfect shape, quickly.I was hoping to get it detailed while it was there, and they were honest with me. They said it would cost more if I got it done there, because they added a fee onto what their contractor would get, and provided the contractors number, so I could deal with them directly. I really appreciate that. In the meantime, they did do a nice wash and vacuum, in a addition to the repairs.

Once again, extremely satisfied with the overall experience and professionalism. The adjuster (Lorena) was extremely knowledgeable about both the insurance claim process . Likewise she has an extremely extensive knowledge about vehicle mechanics. Very impressed!

I have had three vehicles in for repair at Caliber Collision on Lafayette Blvd. In every instance repairs were made quickly and correctly, repaint was flawless and never had to bring back vehicle for any reason after repair. In my last repair, I was pleased to note that everything that I had left in my car at the scene of the accident was returned to me when I got my car back--including lose change. Only place I will use for any car body repairs.

Would recommend to anyone who got into an accident. Car looks just as good as when i bought it. They work with your insurance to the full extent. The only reason i rate 4 stars and not 5 is because i had to wait almost 2 and half moths to get car back( even though i authorized them to fix car 20 min after i got hit and waiting on insurance adjuster to go out multiple times to inspect car) Dont get me wrong it wasnt really their fault on why i had to wait that long. But at the end of the day i did wait 2 and half months to recieve my car. Great work great service. Go go back to callliber if i needed to.

My wifes car was rear ended so we took it to Caliber. They did a great job replacing the rear bumper cover and matching the paint. Fast forward a few months and I noticed water was getting into where the spare tire sits. I called up Larry and he said bring it in. They checked things and said possibly the spoiler needed new gaskets. So I replaced those and still had a leak. I called my insurance company and they called Caliber. Larry then called me and asked me to bring in the car and theyd check it over again. This time they fixed some seals around the tail light and rear windshield wiper. On my drive home it was raining so when I got home I checked and there was still a leak. I turned around and took the car back. This time they ended up finding some cracks where the rear quarter panel meets up to the roof panel. They resealed that and the leak is now gone. Its been a pain in the neck but Larry was awesome to us and treated us right through the whole ordeal! The front office staff are always really nice as well!! Ill be taking any future work to Caliber! Thanks again Larry!

My car was reared ended. Caliber Collision did the repairs on my car. They did a great job on my car looks like nothing ever happened, except ordering the part to replace the damaged one. They eventually had it replaced, but I had no car for another day again while they placed the correct part. This is the reason I gave it 4 vs a 5.

Larry was very helpful and great with sharing his experience in helping us through the process of getting our car fixed and dealing with the insurance companies.

I walked in and was told we dont do estimates on Friday after 3:30 p.m. When I called they said nothing about cut-off time on Friday. They told me to bring vehicle by and they would provide an estimate. Meanwhile, 3 guys were sitting in the office laughing and joking. I asked the receptionist if they could do it now since I had limited time and didnt know when I could come back. After asking if they would give me an estimate, she came back and told me I needed to make an appointment for another time. The same guys went back to laughing and joking around. They close at 6 p.m. so I am guessing the last 2 hours of work is for non-productive employees. Fyi, I had no problem walking into a competitors shop a few minutes later and getting a quote right away.

My 2014 Ford Fusion has been rear-ended twice at stop lights through the years, from people not paying attention. Caliber Collision has fixed it up perfectly every time, with friendly service and frequent updates based on how your car is doing in the shop! Will continue to tell insurance companies that this is the exact place I want my cars fixed.

I got rear ended twice in the same month in two different cars. Caliber did such an amazing job with the first car that I made sure they handled the repairs for my second car. Their customer service went above and beyond. They had refreshments and TV in the lobby and they called every day with an update. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Center. This was the best car place I been to. Cliff is a hard worker he was nice to me for a first time driver. He went through the steps of what theyre going to do. And their waiting area has a coffee machine and a popcorn machine so if you have kids they would enjoy themselves when you get things settled plus they have tv too for them and you. So if you have any questions go to Cliff he will so you around and help you out like he did for me.

I experienced my first accident due to someone else not paying attention to the road. Dealing with car insurance claims etc etc for 42 days back & forth has been by far VERY stressful. Caliber Collsion not only has been awesome to keep me informed of every step, but they also have given me tons of advice & are very understanding & helped put me back at ease. Fortunately/unfortunately Ive had many positive experiences with Pohanka Collision in Fredericksburg. I only say unfortunately because my car has been hit or damaged somehow a few times in the past two years. I have taken my car to Pohanka every time. The office staff/estimators are polite and professional. They explain the process very well. They keep me informed as the work progresses. The technicians/auto body staff do excellent work and my husband and I have been satisfied with each repair. I feel their prices are reasonable but how often do you have to compare something like that? I would definitely recommend them!

We have used Caliber Collision on several occasions and have received excellent service each time. The latest was a rear end collision on my almost new RAV4. They worked with my insurance company and did a great job. There was a minor problem that called for a follow up but they handled it very well. I took a while but their time estimate was right on and they kept me appraised of their progress on a weekly basis. The also give a lifetime warranty on their work.I recommend this shop.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful, especially the service manager Stacy. I am really happy with the repair of my vehicle, and the continuous updates. The repairs are top notch so far. They even took care of some slight blemishes that previously existed. A little bit of overspray but thats the nature of body work. Nice detail job, car wasnt cleaned before we took it in. So I guess I would not hesitate to come back and would recommend them to friends as well.

Took my car there after I had been hit in a parking lot. It took a week longer than expected to get my vehicle back, no big deal I had a rental. I looked over where the car had hit me and everything looked great so I left. Less than 5 minutes off the lot I notice a crack in my windshield. Im highly sensitive to anything hitting my windshield as it was shattered on 95 a few months prior. I had not heard anything hit my windshield. I immediately turned around and went back, returning to the shop less than 10 minutes after I left. They said it was done after I left and also pointed out 2 huge addition chips in my windshield next to it. There is NO way all of that could have happened and I not hear anything hit my windshield. There was no point in fighting as it was a he said she said situation. Shortly after I got my car back I noticed one side of my car getting really dirty, and there a slight wobble to my wheel when I hit the brakes. I didnt think anything of it, was rarely driving my vehicle at the time and it didnt come up much. Within the month we took a trip to MD and I mentioned it to my husband, as he was driving during the trip. He said he felt the wobble too and would check it out. He thought maybe the rotor was bent in the accident and it didnt get replaced. He threw it up on a lift when we got to MD, as his brother is a mechanic up there. The boot on the passenger side axle was ripped in 2 places splashing oil on the side of my car and the caliper causing it to stick and had warped the rotor. We were told that this is something that is often done by accident when the work that we had done from the accident was done. Our insurance told us to call them up and schedule an appointment to have them look at it again. When we called they told us over the phone that it wasnt their fault that they wouldnt do something like that and didnt even look at it. The fact that they didnt even want to look at it speaks volumes. Definitely wont go back, those who do, make sure you look over EVERYTHING very well before signing it out!

Passing through on our way down to Florida and the front quarter panel on my wifes car popped out of alignment. We were recommended to contact Caliber Collision by the local AAA service center. We couldnt be more pleased. Not only did the owner/manager Scott inspect the damage immediately upon arrival but made the repair while we waited and had us back on the road in less than an hour. To top it off we were not charged for the missing bolts which lead to the loosened quarter panel. We both could not be more pleased. If only we lived in Virginia this would surely be our go to body shop.

I brought my 2018 Toyota Camry in for a large scrape on the side of my car down to the metal. I have the pearl white so I was a little nervous; however, I found that There was no reason to be nervous. Caliber Collison did an AMAZING job blending the paint to match. You can’t even tell there was ever anything there. They called everyday to give me a status of my car. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. Hopefully nothing else happens to my car but if it did, I would choose Caliber Collison in a heartbeat!

Customer service needs work! Repairs were fine and communication started off satisfactory. However, car was promised back on a Friday. I received a call Friday at 2:30PM that repairs were done, but they had a line of cars to wash, and wouldn’t get to mine. They requested to return the car on Mon. I agreed. No call on Monday, so I called after 4PM and was told the reason for the delay was a grease stain they left on my headliner (was this the real reason for the delay on Fri?). They wanted to delay until Tuesday so they could send it away for cleaning. I agreed (but shouldn’t have). Never contacted on Tuesday so I called at 5:45pm. My POC, Larry, had gone home, and my car was still not ready. I requested a call first thing in the morning on Wed. Wed morning I didn’t receive a call...had to call for an update at 8:45AM (despite confirmation Larry had received my request for a call). I finally picked up the car Wednesday evening. Grease stain and circle stain where they tried to clean it is still very visible. Will have to replace headliner to fix. No offer to compensate me for the sloppy work and damage to my car. No offer to compensate me for the $180 I had to pay for a rental car cracked windshield that occurred during their delays trying to clean their mistake, and not even an apology when I pointed out the stain was still evident. USAA recommends them, but I’m sure that’s just a corporate agreement. I won’t return to Calliber and I don’t recommend any USAA customers do either. USAA has another recommended collision repair shop in Fredericksburg. Use them. Perhaps their customer service is more on par with USAA standards.

I brought my car in for an estimate for a dent on my hood. The woman who was working at the front desk came outside with a clipboard and attempted to take pictures. It was clear that she was inexperienced, as she struggled to take a picture of a significant dent for about 10 minutes. During the process she slammed her clip board down onto my hood, clip side down. She then told me that they would send estimates within a week, which they never sent. I will never do business with this company.

The work that was done on my car was exceptional and at a very reasonable price. Also, the work was done in a very timely manner.

Since I would be charged for the rental for days after the repairs were done, I asked if I could receive updates so I had an idea of when my car would be done. Every Friday and Monday they texted, saying it would be a while, until one Monday they told me it was done only a couple hours before they close, when I work in Tysons. Then when I received my car, it still had damage, so they had to take it back.

They did some awesome work! They even buffed out some scratches that wasnt part of the job.

Don’t bring your car to the Fredericksburg location to get it repaired!! I had a small amount of damage on my car, was told it would be about a week and a half to get it repaired. I brought my car in the week of the 24th of September AND IT’S STILL THERE!!! I was finally told it would be ready last Wednesday, and to expect a call. I finally called in later on Wednesday just asking for an update since I’d have to leave work to be able to make it down to get my car before they closed. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday and I’d hear by noon. Noon came around, no call. So I called in. Was told the person who was in charge of making sure my car was done was at lunch and would call me back but my car should be done by 3. 4 comes around and I call back in. Again the person that knew was no where around so I couldn’t speak with him and was told no one knew what was going on with my car. Finally got a call that evening from the person and he said if everyone did their job my car was done, but it was raining outside so he wouldn’t check to see if it was done that night so I couldn’t get it until Friday and he’d call me in the morning. I finally call in Friday afternoon and was told that the paint people messed the paint up and it had to be fixed. They’d try to finish it up Friday, but it would probably be Monday. Now it’s Tuesday, still haven’t heard anything, and they’ve had my car for over 3 weeks for just a small amount of damage. If you want your car back, to know what’s going on, and to have it fixed right DON’T BRING IT TO THE FREDERICKSBURG LOCATION!!!

After two weeks plus without my car, I picked it up in a freezing driving rain on Sunday (Yes! Pohanka is open on Sundays!) so I didnt walk around it to check out the work. I did this morning and all I could say is Wow, this looks SOOooooo good. I took in the details. One that stood out was the reflective tape on the sides. The car would have looked silly with bright shiny tape on only one quarter so someone replaced it all around the car. One of the hubcaps (are they still called that?) had to be replaced and to my amazement, someone had noticed that another hubcap was cracked and it was also replaced.Inside was spotless. It probably hasnt looked this good since I bought the car ten years ago. I did not expect my car to be returned to me looking as good as the day I bought it.From start to finish Ive been impressed with the caring and professionalism of the people I interacted with at Pohanka. Heather walked me through the in-take and explained that if hidden damage was discovered, she would let me know what the service people found. Jamie called with updates so I would have an idea what was going on and when I could expect to pick up my car.My brother, who used to own a body shop and who is very protective of me, is going to check out the work, but I have no doubts whatsoever that he is going to find any problems. If Fredericksburg Pohanka were a restaurant, Id say that everything from the greeting at the door, to the appetizer, and through to the mint at the end of the meal was excellent. Thank you. I so appreciate your thoughtful attention to ensure I have a safe car to drive.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful. I am really happy with the prompt repair of my vehicle, and the continuous updates.

Dont honor their warranty. Stepson had work done there under insurance claim, 6 yrs later clear coat starts peeling off. They claim it wasnt their work, must have been redone by someone else. Funny how the exact same area is bad as they did and they refuse to fix their screw up.
