So far so good. I will reevaluate when I get my vehicle repaired and returnedNow not even a week later, much sooner than I was told the job( mirror and passenger side window) were done in fine order. And no sign of the accident or the repair. Well done.

While I was not involved an accident that involved a lot of damage, I was more concerned with the paint matching the rest of the car on the bumper cover. I will say that Downtown Garage did an excellent job matching the paint. My 15 Equinox has a white diamond pearl coat that is very difficult to match and Downtown did the job the FIRST time not the second or third as other shops have in the past. It has been a wonderful experience to find a competent local shop that has met, if not exceeded my expectations . They shall receive my repeat business if needed. Before and after photos

I have been a customer of Downtown Garage and Auto Body for over twenty years. It has been a delightful experience. They did an extensive body repair on my 2001 Toyota 4Runner which was impeccable and UNDER THE ESTIMATE!! They have done other maintenance on this vehicle and on my 2001 Chevy Astro work van. All on time and at a reasonable price. The office staff and shop manager and estimators are ALWAYS polite, conversational and efficient. They truly live up to their motto, QUALITY WILL PREVAIL.

Took my beautiful Pearl White Subaru Outback to Down Town Garage after a piece of $#!+ did a hit and run on her, and tore the front bumper up. I called Ultimate Subaru to see if they did body work, and was advised they refer all body work to Down Town Garage. After reading the reviews, and word of mouth with people I know I felt comfortable taking my Ru there. I got her back yesterday and she looks great. She was washed, vacuumed, and the bumper that was repaired is as smooth as glass. The paint as far as I and 3 of my friends can see is a great match. I was not given updates through the week, but since it was only cosmetic work I took it as no news is good news. The staff are friendly and professional. Any questions I had yesterday Wanda put me right at ease. I was also comfortated knowing Ru has a lifetime warranty. This is my first time using Down Town Garage should Ru need any body work in the future, and I hope she doesnt I would not hesitate to take her to Down Town Garage. I dont know the specialist​ that repaired Ru but if you read this THANKS for doing such a great job I truly appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I have had bad luck and this place is the only thing where everything goes right. They give you an accurate estimate and I out their quality of work at about 9/10. But to an untrained eye, their work is perfect. I had work done here twice and each time, the staff was awesome as well as the service. A little pricey but worth every penny cause I know I dont have to worry about their work. Highly recommended!!!

Everyone there was really nice, from the receptionist to the mechanic. I called every other day to check on the status of my car, which needed quite a bit of work. I feel like I was probably being annoying calling so much, but they were always very polite and gave me updates on what still needs to happen. The work was finished very close to when they estimated it to be done.

Cant say enough good about these guys. I have used them several times and always am 100% pleased. I had a car where they basically replaced the back half of the car 11 years ago and the car still looks great and paint still matches perfectly. So their work will stand the test of time which is critical for me. Whenever I need body work I just go there. Brad is great to work with, taking time t5o explain things and make sure Im happy! They also do mechanical work (which Im embarrassed to say I didnt realize until last week....).

I was so impressed with not only the customer service I received from Brad and the staff here, I was amazed with how my vehicle looked after getting it back.Finding customer service like this is rare. I also hardly ever writw reviews about service.Yesterday I picked up my car after it being there for about a month from a hit and run. I was called 1-2 times a week with updates and progress of the job. On my home from picking my car up my tire was punctured with a nail or screw. I was probably about 6-7 miles away from the shop. They immediately without question came to my rescue. They brought a jack and hooked up my spare for me. In addition to that they took my tire back with them and patched the hole free of charge. I came back this morning and they swapped out the tires and my car is like new!Above and beyond amazing customer service yall!

I was involved in a minor collision and my insurance company sent me to Downtown. I had not used them previously. The staff was consistently professional and courtesy. They got the car in and out when they said they would and the work looks beautiful. I will happily use Downtown again. Special kudos to Wanda, as she is the individual who assisted me throughout the process.

Downtown garage is great. They have done body and paint work on three vehicles for me and the quality and timeliness have been first rate each time.Additionally, they stand behind their work. I once found a small paint blemish almost a year after work had been done and they fixed it in a day with no hassle.

Had front end damage on white BMW, it took them 5 days to repaint hood and front end, and fix bumper. I am completely happy with the work! Car looks great! Phenomenal customer service as well.

Being an automotive technician I am sceptical about someone else but myself working on one of my vehicles. I have to say that the front bumper on my Suburban came out perfect! Perfect fit, perfect color match and the paint was smooth as glass! I would recommend them for your body shop needs!

Worst experience Ive ever had at an auto body shop. It starts with poor customer service. The work was poorly done, I had to go back in a second time because the bumper fell off slightly by the time I got to work and had scuff marks that looked like someone was carelessly rubbing against it. (There was also a scratch on the rear tailgate that wasnt there previously). I was fine with the issue at first because the adjustor was very cordial and mentioned I could take it back at any time to have it fixed. Well, one day before work I dropped the car off and had one of my coworkers pick me up.. Spoke with a young lady that day, and she had told me that they would leave my car out front with the keys hidden, which I was happy about! My coworker was nice enough to take me back to pick up the car... And what do you know?! The car wasnt there! I went back in the next morning to pick my car up (thanks to my coworker who was inconvenienced more than I was), the car finally looked decent. The only reason this place deserves a star is because of the adjustor who I felt was genuine and kind. Other than her, I wouldnt recommend.

Not a good experience. I took my truck there because they were on the insurance companys list and close to home. They did the estimate and scheduled me for repair two weeks later. I called them this week to find out what the status was after I hadnt heard anything from them, and they not only didnt have the parts, but Im pretty sure they never ordered them because they wanted to schedule me for another visit two weeks out. Unacceptable level of service.

My Class C motor home had damage on the right front lower side of the coach caused by my hitting a berm on the side of a very narrow road. Downtown Garage accepted the job and did an excellent job repairing. The only reason I only give Very Good is because it took a while longer than I would have expected, and they didnt really keep me informed of what was happening.The repaired area is as new. You cannot tell that any work was done.

I drive old classic cars because I like them. They are cars that most kid mechanics shy away from. Not the guys at DT. They have taken care of my Rolls Royce, Jaguars, and TC Maserati like their own for several years now. If there is ever anything that I dont like. THEY FIX IT.

Ive been dealing with Downtown Garage for close to 10 years. They are a good and honest business. They do great work, have excellent customer service, and they are very affordable.

I did not have work done here but the experience of getting the estimate done was smooth and simple. I left with a detailed estimate in about 20 minutes and was happy.

The customer service is horrible. They never call to provide any updates on if or when your car is ready. They quote you one amount of time to complete a job and then do not notify you if that time is exceeded even if you are planning to pick the vehicle up. There was no communication the entire process unless I called them for an update. Unfortunately, we had this as an option to fix our car that was damaged by another driver insured with Erie. They are an authorized repair shop for Erie insurance. DO NOT PICK THEM!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a garage. First, they couldnt find my car, then, they lost my car keys, and ive had to wait an entire week for them to even look at my car. I was told that it would be looked at on the 2nd...now they are telling me the 3rd. I have to spend money on a rental car. I dont have the extra money for this. This is rediculous.

Took our vehicle here for repair that included a wheel replacement. Either the shop or insurance was cutting cost and used a resurfaced wheel that didn’t match. Brought to the attention of the shop and asked for a new OEM wheel they ran it by insurance again. Cosmetic work done well.
