My experiences here are consistent with Brownes-Dulles Nissan in Ashburn, VA. Above and beyond with accurate diagnostics and thorough repairs without rework.
Believe it or not they beat the local mechanic prices for rotors and pads on my Nissan maxima, difficult to get a rental from them though if you are planning on doing that. Enterprise isnt far though!
Normally when I go to the pohanka service things are great however this time things were different, not only was the service not a good as usual .The new state inspection sticker was put on and left the glue from the last all over windshield also there was plastic shrould that was coming loose and no one said a word about it also I found out that the contract I thought I bought for maintince does not cover parts, why I bought every thing else with this car why wouldnt i want that who made that decision? Back to the maintenance I BET MR POHANKAS car would not have glue allover and parts broken under car I happen to love my maxima your mechanics should treat it like its mr POHANKAS car also I have pics of the glue and shroud if you want them
Attempted to take my Nissan 370z here for some parts replacements. Person behind the desk had disparaging comments about my car, didnt understand what the parts were that I needed, and took 25 minutes before finally telling me they didnt have the parts I needed and it would take an additional 2 weeks to order the part. I ordered the part from Amazon 5 minutes later, received the part 2 days later, and did the work myself, which literally took 30 seconds. They did not convince me that my car was safe in their hands.
I have been a Nissan customer for over 7 years. The service and caring that I get everytime I take my vehicles for service has always been a pleasant experience. Today I brought my car for repairs and Cassandra and the service department went far and beyond what they do. They pinpointed the problem quickly and ordered the parts immediately. They provided me with a rental car and took care of my car. They truly make you feel like FAMILY. I highly recommend Pohanka Nissan to everyone .Angel R.

Word of advice to anyone coming to get their car serviced here - dont go on a Monday, especially if you have a few things you need worked on. Unfortunately, you cant call and make an appointment like some dealerships and expect your car to get handled at that time - its all drive ins.I came in last Monday and got two fluids flushed, an oil change, and my car inspected. I also asked to have my belt replaced but they forgot about it till the end when I asked if they replaced it. The service advisor, Nick, was very nice and helpful; however, I spent 4 hours waiting for my car to get done, which is ridiculous. I got there close to 4pm and left just before 8pm. He thought they wouldve been done in an hour and a half but they didnt. I wouldve come a different day or had less work done and come another day for the rest had I known.On top of it, I messaged Nissans service department last Tuesday, 7/30. Tristan replied to my message. I told him I had a nail in one of my back tires (I bought my tires from Nissan months back) and I wanted to see if it was possible for Nissan to fix that the next day since I was considering bringing my car in for the belt replacement, too. He said he was going to forward my request to service department to see if it was possible (I guess I wasnt messaging the service department even though I selected the option to talk to someone from there in the message?). He asked for my phone # and email address, which I provided. As of today, 8/1, I have not heard back from anyone at Pohanka. I ended up taking my car elsewhere. Definitely not a good service experience this time around.

Inaccurate information provided over the phone from the service department. The price and time for service was significantly higher than stated. Either I was duped, or the personnel require more training. At least the parts department was more forthright and pleasant.

Lost my business. I bought my car here in 2012. Ive been getting calls day and night from them saying my car is due for service. I take my car in at 830 on Wed for service that theyve been relentlessly calling me telling me I need. Im told it will be two hours before they can even look at my car. I work and have limited time off. I also cant leave my car with them all day. I could not wait 2 plus hours since I had other appointments that day so I asked to make an appt for another day...and found out they dont take appointments! So my choices were wait 2 plus hours to even get my car looked at or find another auto service shop...you can probably guess what I did. Thanks but no thanks Pohanka! I wont be back!
I had been a loyal customer of Leckner Nissan for five years, but when ownership switched to Rocking Nissan, I became so frustrated with the service that I sought services from Pohanka. The fair pricing and efficient service was a huge relief to me when I was very stressed about car repairs. I came back a week later after my initial visit for an unsual sound (unrelated to the repair that was just made) and the service team welcomed me and triaged my complaint to get me quick and efficient service. As a female that (shamefully) knows very little about cars, I truly and deeply appreciate the service I have had and will now make Pohanka my service center of choice.
