I have been using these guys for 15 years. They provide quality services at the best prices around. But this past Saturday 4-17-21, was exceptionally noticeable because of the customer service and professionalism shown by the shop supervisor David. I served in the Marines for 23 years and have served with and mentored many young men that were in superivisory roles inside the military as well as in corporate america. While Wheels Unlimited is not a military unit, it was truly refreshing to see a confident young man passionately carrying out his duties as leader. As I mentioned earlier, I have been coming here for 15 years and have had nothing but great experiences. But this young man truly made this visit probably the best visit so far. Great service, attentive to customer needs, and ensuring that guys were servicing other customers timely. Did my heart good to see this. I will always reccomend Wheels Unlimited to anyone looking for great tire services!! Thanks again for the great service this weekend!!!!

So today I needed to get my tires balanced. I went to a place that referred me to tires and wheels unlimited. Im very picky on who I let touch my truck. They did a great job took good care of my rims 35x12.50x20 deep dish and also the price was half of what R&R wheels and tires on rt 3 wanted.

It would have been much higher! If it werent for my last experience there. the heavy-set guy that drove the white BMW always help me out/hooked it up! The last time I went there I was in a jam! And one of the employees heard me on the phone telling someone my situation! The taller short haired guy! (Looks like hed be related to the Chambers) decided he was going to try and charge me $100 for a used tire! Easy to say I will not be going back!

David was able to schedule my install the same day I called. Excellent service; great price, installation was flawless and tires balanced perfectly. Ive been driving by this shop for years ... glad I finally gave him a call. We will be taking all of our cars to David from now on. Great job! Highly recommended!!

Came here for a quick tire patch...from the lady at the front desk to the guy plugging our tire, they were friendly and fast. (Thank goodness we only needed a plug).We stopped by Mr. Tire first...2-3 hour wait and they told us to try Goodyear...1-3 hour wait...called NTB...2 hour wait.Found Tires & Wheels Unlimited online, and they services us in under 20 minutes.Definitely recommend this place!

Came into Tires and Wheels Unlimited and left with one of the best experiences in my life. Quick service and very helpful workers. Robbie, who I guess runs the show was very helpful. After taking time to change my wheels 3 times he still had no issue with doing so in a very professional manner. I also had an encounter with a guy name Aron who was very knowledgeable on the type of wheels and size I needed. He could tell I was a little undecided so he just changed all of them which he didnt half to do. I want to thank the owner of the company I think his name was Chris, who unlike most owners was out there working as well. He treats each person and employee with kindness and respect. Just to wrap this up Tires and Wheels Unlimited is the way to go. Facts! Thanks again guys!

Had new rims and tires installed on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Excellent customer service, and the guys went out of their way to ensure everything fit correctly. The place doesnt have the best curb appeal, but dont let that fool you. I would recommend this place to anyone. Competitive prices, and the non-corporate, more personal customer service feeling. A+

It was busy, so that was a good sign. A very diverse clientele. The guys that work there were all very polite. I had told the guy helping me that I had to use fix-a-flat because of a slow leak that I have long believed to be the valve stem. His first suggestion was to not get a new tire but to change out the valve stem and see if that takes care of it. Really? Talking me out of money? Both front tires were in bad enough shape that I got the replaced anyway but that first interaction did it for me. Im new to the area but Ill come here as long as Im around.Thanks guys, great job and great prices.

Tires & Wheels Unlimited has been my go-to tire place for several years now! Their prices are very reasonable, they take care of their customers, they are fast, and professional. Today they even helped my daughter out when her tire blew and got her back on the road within less than thirty minutes!

I had blown out my tire as I was about to get on the highway. I parked at a nearby restaurant and attempted to change out the blown tire and put on the spare. I couldnt get the blown tire off and the spare needed air. I walked over to Tires & Wheels and the helpful staff drove me back to my car, took out the blown tire, replaced it with the spare. Didnt charge me anything. I told them that I needed to drive about 50 miles and they recommended I put another tire on to replace the spare so I drove it back to the shop. They replaced my spare with another tire in about 10 minutes and charged me a very reasonable fee for the tire and cost of replacement. Really lucky I happened upon this shop.

Went there as a walk in to replace two rear tires, size 22. They mounted, balanced and torqued lug nuts to vehicle specifications. Better quality service than any fancy wheel boutique shop. This is now my go to place for all my tire needs.

They are so very help and explained everything that was wrong with my tire. I will have all my family go to them and the price is reasonable. Thank you so much.

Pulled up to have them look at a tire that kept losing air. The really nice guy came out took the tire off, fixed it and charged me $12. Quick out standing service and a bargain to boot!

I first went to Firestone, stood in line 30 mins, and was told that they couldnt replace the single wheel that I brought in because they closed in 3 hours??? What a joke. I called this place up and they told me to come right over even though they were closing in less than an hour. They were professional and polite. There were 5 other customers in front of me when I arrived, and they had me in and out in 20 mins. Awesome service!

While the manager said he didnt know how that could happen I will not be going back and will tell everyone that I know to steer clear.Was told by employee to go to Simmons down the street and bought another tire because they were nice enough to help me with no charge when this company did not take care of me.Only giving one star because you have to.give one star.

This shop is great. I feel like I brought my car to a friends garage having never met these guys before.First of all, I have to say Im far better at electric work than I am at anything mechanical, that said, the guy that worked on my car (apologies, Im horrible with names) was extremely patient with my stupid questions, explained everything in easy to understand language, and at no point did I feel like I was getting screwed over. I was charged a great price when he was done (he had my car ready for me by the time I was off work the next day which was great) and he even said something along the lines of its no big deal man, a lot of places will charge you for new rims which would set you back at least a few hundred, maybe over a grand, but you just needed a weld, otherwise the rim is good to go. I gotta say, the honesty after I flat out told him I knew next to nothing about wheels/rims was really refreshing. He let me know he fixed the main problem, re-balanced my tires, topped them all off with air, and charged me a price that I thought was so low I actually asked is that it?! The wheels have been perfect since.Any time I have something I cant fix myself as far as rims or tires go, this is the first place Im headed.Thanks a lot fellas, I really appreciate it.

While driving on I-95 to washington dc my tire light came on. Thinking something could be seriously wrong and traveling by myself I pulled over and checked on my phone for the closest tire repair shop. This was a Saturday morning so I assumed I would spend a good part of the morning waiting to be seen. I pulled in waited about 5 minutes for the gentleman to tell me to pull my car right up.He then put air in it then took the tire off, put it in the water checking for any punctures or nails. He looked for a good 15minutes. finding nothing he put it back on and told me it probably just low from time and wear. Then he said no charge.I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes!! I never had another problem with the tire the rest on my trip. Very courteous and honest!!

Best service ever ive been going here for all my tire needs for awhile ... i was told by walmart that the hole my tire was unpluggable but i heard about this place from my dad and they plugged it no problem for 20 bucks less than 20 minutes there theey work so fast and just today had a knot in my tire got a used tire put on for less than 45 dollars. theyre greeeatttttttttt!!!!!!!!

Extremely unsatisfied ..... they put a very bad tire and they charged me a lot of money. They took almost 2 hours to do the job while theyre standing and talking. Bad customer service with attitude . Dont go there unless you want something you dont want !!

Went here about a year ago. Changed my tires on jacks in the parking lot. Rude attitude. When I picked up a nail a few months later they said they would not even honor the tire dealer warranty. I had to take the tire to sears to get a replacement.

They have help me out twice now with my new tires and rims.
