So easy and simple with the pick up in store option. Ordered on line, 2hrs later it was ready for pickup, go in give your name and they hand you the order and the paper receipt to go with the emailed receipt on line! The service in store was fast, courteous and efficient. In and out in 2 minutes and that is amazing considering today is December 19th, the last Saturday before Christmas! Highly recommend! Also, FANTASTIC prices and deep discounts when ordered on line.

I love the buy one pair get a pair for 50% off deals. It makes it easier to get nice shoes for the kids, or is a nice deal when my husband and I both need shoes. They have a good selection of shoes and their inventory changes depending on the season.

If you have small feet like myself THIS is the place to hit the clearance racks! If you hit them at the right time when they have the BOGO sale, let me tell you ... I got 2 pairs of Nike running shoes and socks for $50!! Great place to buy back to school shoes too!

Would not recommend this store I was extremely disappointed with the customer service this team has. It was posted online the store closes at 6pm Sundays so I packed my kids up and drove the 40 min drive Into to town to get there at 540 pm while the staff was locking the front door I proceeded to walk to the door to see 6 pm posted as the closing I knocked on the door several times alone with calling the store no answer and was ignored at the door for 15 minutes. There was two staff members working the floor eventually had to let the remaining customers out when they came to the door I asked why the door was locked 20 min prior to the posted closing time and was told that’s their managers policy I voiced my concern considering I drove 40 minutes and it wouldn’t take long to pick out a pair of shoes and was told they only let customer pick ups in at that time ( again that is not posted anywhere ) and she wouldn’t of even known I was customer pick up because she ignored me standing out there for 15 minutes. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasn’t there I asked how the store is open with no active manager on duty she stated she was acting manager. She was very rude and not considerate denying a paying customer access to the store 15 minutes before POSTED CLOSING TIME. I will be calling corporate

Terrible selection of pre-teen sizes of shoes. An employee comes out eating, after we waited at the counter for more than enough time, with food still in her mouth mind you, to totally not know anything she was doing. Will not be returning.

Excellent selection with great prices. Plus 50% off second pair. The manager was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful to the point of ordering the not in stock size of my wifes shoe and having it shipped to our home

Terrible experience at the Springfield location. After searching we finally found shoes that were on sale for $27, but rang up double. Explained the listing, showed them where it was mismarked, but was told “yeah well people change them soo...” didn’t take that response so the Store manager says “it’s not her fault if people move the displays/prices around”, yet she couldn’t find the shoes the label even went to and had to search on the computer, then more or less brushed me off as pay the price listed or don’t. They had blatant disregard for my frustrations as a consumer. Needless to say my 2 year old took off the shoes and we left. Such a bad experience in an already tedious process of finding shoes he likes. 😒

Went into Famous Footwear before coming here. The prices here at Rack Room were better, many were $10 cheaper, some more.
