The representative that helped me was very knowledgeable about the devices. She also knew the policies and procedures well. She told me exactly what to do to get what I needed. I went to the store right as it opened so I didnt have a wait. My visit was 6/4 at 10am.

Comcast is a sad place of business they are not a place that care they get over you any way they can they want to charge over $3200 for cable to be hook to our home I dont understand why they have to charge us for construction to run wire to get cable they shouldnt even be in business

This review is not about this store but the company and service. I changed from Verizon to Comcast about 2 years ago and nothing but issues and equipment failures. The last straw was ending unlimited internet 2 weeks ago with no notice. This caused me to go over my limit and incur charges for overages. I changed my plan and now pay an extra $60.00 per month for the same service just unlimited volume. This is the only company I have seen take advantage of their customers during the pandemic and should be ashamed. Since no formal notice was given a formal complaint has been submitted to the FCC for bad practices and hopefully will cause them some issues. Find another provider if you are searching for a new ISP.

Came to do work at my home and absolutely destroyed my lawn, wasn’t home to ask them to put plywood down or I would have. Just down poured the day before and they ripped through my lawn with heavy equipment - genius. Called a rep to have them come out and look, nobody came.
Paula was very professional and ensured the space was cleaned. Took extra time to explain mobile service switch over. Very pleased.
Went to the store to return some equipment. Process was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and polite.

They straight up would not sell me a phone. I told the rep that I have purchased the internet, I just cant activate it until I move and that all I wanted was the physical phone and sim card to activate later after I activated the internet. I was told they didnt know if I could do that. They went and spoke to another rep who was the Phone guy and he listened to them for about 10 seconds and said no. They didnt double check with me or try to give me any options or take more time to understand my situation.I told them that I was able to purchase the physical phone online and all I needed was to have purchased the internet package to do that. I didnt hit Purchase because I wanted to see if I could get the phone today. I was told by the rep that I found a Loophole or something. I could tell at this point they were just trying to get me in and out as soon as possible.Went back home and sure enough Im still able to order the phone. It will ship in 2 days and Ill get it before Ive activated my internet....
Lots has changed since last time I went inside before COVID-19, now people waiting outside before going inside and the staff comes out and ask questions, such as whose here to pay their bill, if one say they are, they allow you to come in and assist you with paying through their bill machine which is very easy and quick. Thanks

It was a very good visit and I was able to get everything I wanted done for my cellphone. It had an issue with the sim card not being recognized. The sale representative at the door worked the trouble out with sim card but since it was damaged he replaced it free of charge and updated the Android OS. Then I wanted to lower my cable plan to save money he did that to bad it could not been a much higher savings like Verizon would give long term costomers. If only I was 65 already then I would get a better savings.
They were amazing! Super nice, super helpful and super efficient. I have had so many problems with Xfinity customer service, if I have any questions, I will go into the Xfinity store first!

I, like most, am not a fan of Comcast. It is a corporate issue, but the good people of this store are kind and inviting, knowledgeable and swift. We were set up easily and courteously. A much more positive experience than we expected.
I ordered xfinity service and had the phone shipped to me. After paying a month upfront, as well as taxes and fees. The phone arrived without a plastic cover on the face and the screen was scuffed. The store didnt have any in stock and expected me to drive an hour out of my way or to pay again for them to ship another phone. Very poor business!
The inability to maintain steady connection during peak hours baffles me. Youd imagine that a multimillion dollar company would have efficient ability to provide steady internet. If I was using outdated tech, then I would easily take the blame for this; however, daily between 4pm to 6pm and on weekend nights you will see a steady decline in connection.

Just walked in and was immediately greeted by a customer rep. Very pleasant young man. His name was Francisco Mantilla. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of Xfinity. Answered all my questions about their cable, internet and phone.We changed my plan, and got new equipment. No problems at all. Smooth process.It seems that everyone has issues with the CABLE GUY, but not me very enjoyable visit. Also saved me money!!!Thanks Francisco!

Not the store itselfs fault but comcast is ridiculous. Had them give me brand new service and they offered self install. Well that would work amazing if it wasnt for the fact the 800 number input my address incorrect in my account and the services wont work!! Called the 800 number they said sorry we cant help you till tomorrow. Smfh first night in my new place and cant even watch tv.. way to go comcast

Just have to get this out of the way. Comcast has a company is terrible. I feel as though they are trying, but still terrible. With that out of the way this particular store has been great the two times I went in. They broke everything down for me including taxes and fees. They looked for ways to save me money, but it comes down to the fact that as a company they are terrible and greedy.My four star rating is solely based on the knowledge and friendliness on the staff. I wish they knew more about the comcast streaming service (you can only sign up and ask questions about this particular service over the phone), but it is a great place if you have questions and actually want to talk to someone face to face.

When you come to the store it is rarely because you are happy. Usually there is a problem with your service of some sort and you just want help. Everytime I have come to this branch, I have had a painless goo experience. Today was no different. Alonzo Muse helped me with a device exchange and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. His customer service was awesome and I appreciate that especially on a Sunday when most of us don’t want to work. 5 stats Alonzo!
I am trying to figure out just why Comcast would close its office in North Stafford? Not enough customer base? That would surprise me since every time I went in there to do something there was a line of people waiting. It certainly isnt for customer service since now we have to drive 13+ miles to turn in or exchange equipment. I guess the only motive for their closing this store was simple greed. Not surprising though. Not going to miss Comcast. They dont have it where we are moving to in WI. Probably not enough people to make it worth their effort. Thats OK though because Verizon is taking full advantage.

I went in to review my bill with an Xfinity rep. We were immediately given a representative to work with. Mr. Muse took excellent care of us with every question we had! Each possible aspect of our service and bill were reviewed, and we left very happy that we chose to visit a store instead of just calling an 800 number!

They give you a promotion for cable and internet 64.99 but charge you 13.99 for taxes making it 77 something, then charge an additional 13.99 making it 98. Which we’ve been paying the whole time for the “ promotion “ but now in February there prices naturally go up making it 102. Which they don’t tell you they just apply. Don’t waste your time, major rip off!

Truly surprised! The service agent was friendly and took time to example even though others were wait. I didnt feel rushed to make any decisions unlike calling customer service. It seems the focus is more on the customer and our experiences.

I wish I could give a very detailed interaction of my time with an associate starting a internet service. But honestly it was so insanely quick and efficient and transparent that i was out within minutes with a dumbfounded smile.I know all too well about Comcast and their infamous (well earned) reputation. But this was a completely separate beast and for the better. Their contract was so short that It was read through in its entirety before I finished filling out a profile.Still I was leery even after such a jaw dropping store experience. But so far the internet has been consistent, fast and havent seen any throttling behaviour that goes past minor frustration at worst. It seems they have gotten their act together. At least for me.I am a constant streamer, online gamer, and wifi user with a smart home. Always on the lookout for toxic big american company data throttling, Ill update if this changes. But for now. Seriously. Its been a delight. And the price definitely doesnt hurt either.
Typical Comcast experience, I was forced to wait for 45 minutes just to upgrade equipment. There were only 3 other people waiting and the employee at the door could have helped us.

Avoid Comcast and Xfinity at all costs!!! I have had nothing but issues with them for the year that I have had them. The internet is always going down (at least once if not twice a month) the cable service is constantly being interrupted, and if you work, you will never see a technician as they tell you they can only send one out weeks after a problem and expect you to stay home for an eight hour block to wait for them to handle what they messed up when it’s convenient for them. It also takes a “legend of Zelda” type cheat code to navigate their automated service just to talk to a human being. And now this... This “professional” company has surface laid a wire from my cable box to another cable box three houses down to give them service instead of activating the cable box in front of that house. Anyone who has given five stars to this service works for them...
The worst service (customer & internet/t.v.) I have ever experienced. All I will say is this..for current customers, if you know your bill comes out of your account on a specific day - and if by the following day it’s still in your account, get on the phone and call xfinity customer service.They are quick to claim your payment could not be processed. Only to speak to a manager they claim “we have a glitch in our system”
So much easier than trying to deal with customer service by telephone.
Will not provide service to my house. To my understanding my address is only serviced by Directv (Horrible), Cox (Just as Horrible) and Dish Network is out of the question.
Slow service. Person who helped me was very nice, but limited knowledge of products. I knew more just by watching YouTube videos and reading Google reviews. Biggest complaint is that they dont have a phone number! Theres no way to actually call the store. Seems to be an issue with most xfinity mobile stores. So frustrating.

This is terrible service. The representative always claims they will call back and are having technical difficulty but then never call. Ive been waiting for my phone to be serviced for about 3 days now and Comcast completely didnt show up to their own appointment. Because of their awful service Im being held back from working my new job from home. Please use a different service.
Waste of time. horrible customer service. went in to get cell phones for me and my wife. was told as long as I have xfinity internet I was approved for the phones without a credit check. down payment was more than I thought so had to run to the bank to switch money around. returned to the store and had to wait an hour to see someone then got denied on a credit check after being told there was none . and a 700 credit score is not good enough for them . will also be looking in to changing my internet away from xfinity because of this
Customer support is awesome never had an issue getting concerns fixed from start of service to end. Anytime i called they didn’t quit until a resolution was found. Comcast upgraded my box to the x1 once it was available in my area and it was as easy as going to store and picking up new box. I moved to where there is already xfinity and of it wasn’t for that i would have transferred my service. Comcast has come a long way. Everything was easy the whole time i had it and i would get it again. They didn’t balloon my rates sky high and disconnect was as easy as starting service a simple phone call and returned equipment to store. And xfinity mobile is the best phone plan there is and when i had a problem with apple replacing my phone xfinity stepped in and tried helping everyway they could even calling apple to try and resolve the issue and to Comcast corporate offices to help find a resolution. I honestly can’t say enough about the company as a whole.
Great and fast service I was warmly welcomed and all my questions were answered ...definitely recommend going into the store where I can speak to someone face to face than over the phone. Makes it a lot easier to work with comcast.

I met with Brayan. My problem was in transferring information from my Samsung S5 to my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. He solved all my problems. He even went beyond the call of duty to fix issues with some of my installed apps that worked on the S5 but were not working on on the Note 9. I left extremely happy!!!

A Comcast employee came to my door when my wife was home stating he is a manager and knew everything about my bill and payments. He was trying to get us to change our plan to another. My Wife told him we are fine and not interested. When I got home from work he seen me outside and said he spoke to my wife and she asked him to come back to talk to me. (What was a lie!!!!!) He was trying to sell me everything possible. My Wife was on the back deck and heard him talking to me. She stated that with this time and age that Comcast should not be coming door to door trying to sell more service. He creeped her out and with the return to talk to me behind my wifes back what he was doing really pissed me off to a point of canceling my service. I will be checking Verizon and Dish due to this incident.The employee is Paul Lee from Manassas office and I live in Fredricksburg.
Worst cable and internet service I’ve ever had. I would give them minus 5 star review if I could, the internet is half the speed of what they said it would be and the cable goes out all time on perfectly sunny days. DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICES WITH COMCAST!! You’ve been warned.

I returned a TV Box because I never used it. The lady shut my internet off. And its impossible to sign back in to it at home. I called the line and they said that they had to send a technician out. The day before I move out. No point then.

Minus five stars. The worst... FACT: We bought a new house & Comcast strung us out for 6 weeks. They kept saying “we are putting the order in now”. They flat out Lied. Finally after talking to Corporate, we found out we can’t service where we live ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We are still getting calls from them to schedule work they can’t do. The Fredericksburg sales team are the absolute worst.

Opened my account two weeks ago and just tonight at 9:45pm decided to cancel my account for no reason... tried to get it turned back on and guess what....sales department closes at 10pm.... worst company ever! Hopefully, they refund my money and find another place that cares about their business....Dont ever get cable tv or internet thru them... Ive been waiting two weeks for them to setup my cable Tv, and no one has showed up to my house... the cable setup guy said he did, but weve been home all day and no one knocked or drove up to check....

They were the worst cell phone provider ever!!! They are limited on what they can do and they use Verizon network’s anyway it took them 2 hours to have my number moved to export to Verizon!! The one good thing that was done was the manager he helped me the whole time to resolve the issue.
Refuse to do business with them. I have had them out to my house 3 times now(contractor). All three times they came out they were unable to perform a task so to Comcast’s inability to have knowledge of what they were talking about or their lack of doing something they said they were going to do. How can a company that is one of the worst reviewed companies in this Country stay in business?
