The customer service is OUTSTANDING, but I am highly disappointed with the candles from this particular store. I have purchased over 10 candles within 2 years of residing here AND THEY NO LONGER SCENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE, NOR AN ENTIRE ROOM. I returned making new purchases believing items were just old ( ones that were on sale), but it’s simply not the case. I’m not sure if there is a new formula or factory change, but I will be using another high end brand instead. Ive literally burned 3 Yankee candles in the house at the same time because I was so frustrated one scent would not work to fill the home like they used to!

These folks are top notch professionals and some of the sweetest ladies Ive ever dealt with in the retail world. It is the only place I go when I want candles or scents for my house or car.
