Eye Country staff was so helpful! Easy to coordinate with as I was traveling and ran out of contacts. They let me know I’d need a copy of my current prescription and when I stopped by they were so quick, kind, and accommodating! So glad I found them!!!

Im so glad that I took my personal eye care to Eye Country. Ive taken my elderly mother and was very impressed with the care they gave her and how thorough they are and decided to make my own appointment. I used to be an optician and am particular about my eye care, especially with Type II diabetes and maintaining good optical health is very important. You can trust your eye health to Dr. O and the staff at Eye Country!

Excellent eye care at a very affordable price. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Everything is clean and disinfected before your arrival, during your stay, and after you leave.The eye care given is surpassed by none and the total price at the end of your visit is very fair. Usually only half of any other eye care provider:)

Amazing customer service! The entire process of my exam was smooth and easy. The staff was very kind and attentive. Johnnie was even nice enough to help me find the perfect glasses after my exam. She was knowledgeable and patient, always had a smile!

Hands down the best eye practice Ive ever been to! We move quite a bit and have seen many optometrists. Dr. O was able to pin point the cause of an issue my son has been having that had previously gone undiagnosed. He saved my son from the possibility of having major complications down the road with his early detection and referral to a specialist. Thank you to Dr. O and all the friendly and diligent staff!!

Great place for your eye needs

I had a great experience from walk-in to walk-out. Friendly, warm, and attentive to detail. The office is warm and inviting, Terry the receptionist even offered me coffee as I browsed frames waiting on my appointment. The eye examination was efficient and the doctor has a understated, quick, dry sense of humor that put me very much at ease. Johnnie the optician who helped me was genuine and sweet and she always had a smile on her face. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

I just moved to this area. The Dr. Was able to identify the problems I have been having with my right eye. My prior Dr. Had not been able to find this. I have found my new eye doctor.

I am from Chicago. I am visiting my son on vacation and experienced an unusual floater in my eye. My daughter in law gave me a referral. She told me Dr. Oosterbaan was the best. I called for an appointment and was scheduled the same day. Everyone at Eye Country is sweet, kind and made me feel at home. I was given the most complete eye examination Ive ever had. Dr. O was very calming, thoroughly explained my test results and went over what was happening to my eye. My fears were put to rest. Im so blessed to have experience this service and will not worry the rest of my vacation. I really wish Eye Country was in my town as I would change eye doctors in a heart beat! Terri at the front desk is always so pleasant as soon as you walk in. The techs are always patient and kind when running their initial tests, even though Im a bit of challenge on the pressure test. Dr. Hans is an amazing Doctor who is happy to explain to you what he is looking at and what it means, and will gladly answer any questions that you have. The new female optician is super helpful and took the time needed to help me find the perfect frame, by asking questions like what is your lifestyle like and what will you wear your glasses for. Ive been going here for a few years now, and am always more than happy with the experience. You wont find service like this at those big box chains Eye Doctors, thats for sure! Thanks again Eye Country!

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve been waring glasses for over 20 years and this has been my best experience at an eye care clinic. They haven’t seen the last of me. Thank you Dr. O you’re the best. I suggest you ask Johnnie to help you find the best looking frame. Can’t wait to get my new awesome frames!

This guy is obviously in it only for the money. Staff is new and ill-trained. He ran a large, un-necessary tab on me and my insurance company for tests that need not be done. Im glad I bailed before he got into my wallet even more. Never again! Stay away from here.

Best eye exam I’ve had in a long time! Having a family member who has macular degeneration, I always have a ton of questions about the health of my own eyes. Each one of my numerous questions were answered and Dr. Oosterbaan never made me feel rushed.

Horrible! I had my childrens eye appointments set for months and I call today to confirm my three childrens appointments only to be told that Dr. Oosterbahn is going on vacation that week. No one tried to call me and its rude to schedule a vacation when you have already scheduled patients for that time. He evidently doesnt plan well and doesnt care about his patients time or effort to set up appointments. The woman I spoke with, Katy, was a little snotty about the situation and really didnt seem apologetic. Stay away from here if you are organized and plan ahead of time because it is a major inconvenience to have to find someone else.

Very professional great and helpful staff

Very friendly staff. Problem I had, glasses were not right. Couldn’t focus as well as my old glasses. When I told them that I needed to move glasses to the left to see clear. They bent the nose piece, after a few weeks the nose piece broke off. They charge me $90 for a new nose piece. Not sure lenses were cut right.

Zach and Johnnie were great about adjusting my new progressive lenses. The supplier, however, took a long time to send back new glasses.
