Second time trying to go and place is closed with the gate down. Waste of time don’t even try going.

2nd time in a row they were closed during regular business hours.

The place is constantly closed when you show up. The gate is down, but the website says its open. Frustrating place

Short staff however the employee was polite.

1:15pm on a Friday and you guys are closed? You should update your hours! So people don’t drive to your location to find out your closed!

This Lids is particularly fantastic. Customer service ans personal connection can make the difference in any business - Billy and Becky order after order take care of me, with quality and care. The one mistake that ever happened in course of multiple orders was immediately resolved. Thats how you do business!

They sell hats and I Found a hat.... thats about the only review I can give it lol. The person at the register was more interested in talking to his friend. And I kinda wish they had more of a variety of large hats

Heather was so pleasant and helped me find the right size hat I needed. She knew what she was doing and very knowledgeable and assisted me with all my needs. Definitely recommending this store to all my friends.

I have called the store at least five times. I have never gotten an answer. I am convinced they do not want to make a sell. Poor customer service.

Great selection of hats, I always go for out of season Markdowns they fit and look the same.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Had a few i loved that were on sale.

They had hats, they sold me a hat, it was fine. Its a small location, so not much of a selection for teams from out of the area.

My got to spot for hats. You can get them custom made at the stores.

The way I was treated and a husband and wife made me sick to my stomach. The store associates were very rude and nasty.
