Where do I start ? This place I amazing ! From the first visit having my hearing tested Dr. Daniel was awesome ! Took time to explain every step of the process and then my hearing aid came in and that appointment went excellent as well . Again he took the time to explain everything about the aid and was so patient with me and answered all my questions. I would advise anyone needing their services to pick them as their hearing center !!

PROFESSIONAL SAFE, PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.. IM 71 AND THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND NO MATTER WHAT, I WOULD BE LEAVING WITH A HEARING AID FOR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS BUT NO.......THE DOCTOR SAID I WAS FINE FOR THE TIME BEING. THAT IMPRESSED ME!!!!!!

I was fortunate to be sent here by the local VA hospital since they do not have a complete audiology facility. Dr Shearer was an absolute delight to work with. He did a complete hearing test and made perfect adjustments to my hearing aids I had received from the VA hospital in Phoenix. Highly recommend him.

My hearing aid broke and I needed it fixed. I was going to pay out of pocket instead of waiting for the VA to do it. I found LBH on line and it was near my house, so I made an appointment. Dr. Shearer was extremely nice and took his time and fixed it quickly. In fact he tuned it up for me. I have been back twice and will only go to him in the future.

The staff was top notch. The directions to the officer were very clear. The reception and check-in process was quick and professional. The hearing specialist that administered the hearing tests and hearing aid fitting was very professional. He took his time and clearly covered all items and answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. In my opinion, this is the Fredericksburg place to go for hearing aid testing and fitting!

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They let me know what each of the tests were for and they seemed more in depth than previous hearing tests Ive done. The tests were also more tangible, real world scenarios related to hearing loss. I hope I dont have another hearing problem in the near future, but Id go back hear (pun intended😅) first.

The Veterans Administration is outsourcing audiology consults when they cant provide a timely appointment. Live Better Hearing provided a professional and thorough consult. They followed up and are making getting hearing aides a more pleasant experience.

I’m very pleased with this office, it’s staff. Terry and especially Dr Scott Elbert. I had an appointment today and he found a problem with my hearing aid. Since it was still under warranty he sent it back and gave me a “loaner “. Every time I have been there, I ‘m impressed with his skill and caring attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. In fact I did this morning. I had breakfast at a nearby restaurant and spoke with one of the associates. I told her I was treating myself to breakfast out after the appointment and she said she needed a hearing aid. I felt very confident in recommending Scott to her. She was going to go there after work and make an appointment.

I have been a patient of Scott Elbert for two years now and he has improved my quality of life. He fitted me with hearing aids and checks them frequently to make they are being used properly and are working well. He answers any of my questions or concerns. Not only is he very professional when it comes to the care he gives my mom but he also has a funny side that doesnt miss an opportunity to tell a joke. Wonderful! I would definitely recommend. Front desk is absolutely wonderful and friendly. The doctor definitely knows what he’s doing, very funny, and very thorough. He doesn’t bs around and tells you straight up in a very funny and nice way.
