Lillian Hardbower is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with. After reading your other reviews apparently your whole company is unprofessional. You have a 2.8 rating and it’s sad when you have employees like Lillian write a review for you to try to look good....... You only got the 1 star from me cause you have to give something. Go somewhere else people.
Unbelievably bad: of 4 items ordered from out-of-state furniture stores, they lost one item, stated they were delivering my sofa (so I gave my old one away), but delivered dining room chairs instead, lost the power cord to my power reclining sofa, and tried to get me to sign for delivery that wasnt delivered.
I had a very pleasant experience, all around, with these movers. The military contracted them to move my household goods from my apartment to my recently purchased house. The customer service rep, Sunny, was very polite and took all of my questions/phone calls without issue. The crew, Jody, Scottx2, and Danny, were all very nice and took great care with packing and moving my belongings. Im not sure why this company has bad reviews; maybe under previous management. Id recommend them to any military personnel looking to move.
Im not sure if my message went through but someone from this company scammed my autistic uncle into labor work for pay ... And he never received his money honestly its humilitating and sickening to scam disabled people. I would like to talk to someone about this situation ASAP!!
Thanks to Kloke Group of Fredericksburg for going WAY above and beyond. We had another mover scheduled, 2 weeks in advance, for a large piano to be moved. We were closing on a home sale and a purchase on the same day. The other company screwed up in a huge way and put our transactions at significant risk for falling through. Because of the amazing people at Kloke our sale and purchase were saved and we have met our only movers from now on. They were at our home with in at hour to assess the need and called in guys who were on the road returning from a delivery in West Virginia. They were AMAZING!
This was our last military move as my husband retired from the navy and the move was local. The movers came in without putting anything on their shoes which destroyed my carpet since it was during the winter time. They didnt put some of the screws in some of the furniture which I am glad I noticed it beforehand otherwise my daughter would have been in the floor perion my couch was broke on the inside which we had to go and getting another so far. When I contacted them about reimbursement for the broken sofa we kept getting the run around could never reach the person in claims we always had to go through the reception as to answered the phone then she would email the lady in claims and then after 3 to 4 calls and emails we finally received an email back from the lady in claims who told us she again needed the pictures we already sent. After a year we finally received an email stating how much we would be getting for our sofa which we were fine with. Then after a couple more months and emails we sent we received a letter stating that we would be receiving check within 30 days. It is now been 2 months since we received that letter and I was told that the check was sent in the mail over a week ago and when we called to see where the check was because we have not yet received it they told us that it was sent out and the case was now closed because they supposedly sent the check however we still have not received the check and considering their local Im sure we would have received it by now if I can get a package from my sister from Texas within 3 days then I think I can get an envelope with a paper check in it in less time. The guy who answered the phone told my husband he would look into it, sent the lady in claims an email and copied it to us yet however it is been over a week and we still have not received the check. If I had my way I would be contacting the military and letting them know to never use this moving company ever.
Moving can be a very stressful experience. The Kloke Group took the stress away and made this the easiest move Ive ever had. Everyone was very professional, kind, and went beyond the call of duty to take care of everything. I felt like my family was moving me. I really appreciate everything that was done for me from the estimate to the arrival of my belongings.
Id give no stars if it was up to me. The worst move we have experienced in years. Most of our belongings were damaged. Then when calling to schedule a pick up for empty boxes on the day and time frame that was confirm to me no one showed up (no phone call, no nothing) I wasted an entire day waiting around on them. Finally got rescheduled again for them to come out. The driver called me the day of service pick up saying he was 30min away(by the way the driver very polite and professional). Only to find out that his company sent him to the wrong address. I specifically had given the lady I spoke to when I originally schedule this pick up the address again just to make sure they had it.
I received a good quote for a moving container however they pushed my appointment out from my first reservation and ultimately ended up canceling on me.I do not recommend.

Military HHG moves: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!I highly recommend that you request your move coordinator change carriers from this company. We have completed 6 PCS moves in the last 10 years and this was by far the worst. The customer service at Kloke is the most disorganized, disrespectful, and unprofessional we have ever encountered. There are numerous ridiculous things I could list off, which we encountered trying to move our HHG with this poor excuse for a moving company, but long story short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will never use them again.
Scam. Avoid. They will break all of your stuff, and whats not broken will be stolen or lost.
I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from the Kloke Group. My household goods were requested for an immediate delivery, but were placed in storage for a month while I waited on their available delivery date. Once my delivery date arrived only 7 out of 8 crates arrived to my residence. After being given the run around from the Fredericksburg dispatch, I relented to accept a Saturday morning delivery. Even the Belvoir PPO contacted them andwas given the run around. Needless to say I am still waiting on my furniture Saturday afternoon. No one from the company has reached out to contact me nor can be reached at their offices. This has been the worst move that I have experienced in over 18 years of military moves. There is no escuse for this level of sub-par service. Why accept a contract for delivery if the company can not meet or even come close to the requested delivery date?
As a Traffic Management officer these guys get the job done.
Never use this company, tried to get a quote and one excuse after another. Wasted my time!!
