Angelo is the absolute best hairdresser in the business!!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable on all colors and styles!!! 5 stars all the way!!

The customer service here is so abysmal that I canceled my appointment. Even when I walked in to schedule the receptionist working cut me off saying that they didnt take walk-ins despite the fact that I was there to schedule for another day. The whole process was handled so unprofessionally, she didnt even write down what service I was getting, prompting them to call me back a week later to ask what it was that I was supposed to be scheduled for. Then I get two calls on the day of my appointment stating that the stylist wants to leave early and that I need to come in as soon as possible...like now, almost 3 hours before my originally scheduled time. If reception is this badly trained and unprofessional, I dont want to think about how terrible the actual services must be. Should have read the other reviews before scheduling.

Israel is the best barber out of all the barbers they had their, I just gave him a picture and then he exactly copied it and he did trimming, he took his time, and my hair looked AMAZING. Im definitely going back again with the same barber.

There are plenty of places to buy your supplies much cheaper, the owner of this company Mark Raphan is not about customer service. Being a customer 10 years with a hairdresser, and a frequent Freehold Mall shopper, living minutes away. When something is wrong with your haircut, your experience, your purchase dont bother trying to correct their errors or getting recompense, just eat the mistake and your the looser. I know Mark and this shop from the opening and now that he has become a big man its cut throat to his loyal customers. Dont shop or go to these facilities, even the good hairdresser are broken by Mark Raphan. You have been warned.

First, the red headed sales person talked derogatory about her co-workers in front of customers. Second, there is no return policy posted. Only after you purchase an item do you realize store credit.

Just took my son for a haircut today and its was the worst experience. My 9yr old son left in tears because the hair stylist messed up his hairline, one side is is far back as though his hairline is receding. Its just worst feeling to see him cry about how his haircut looks and know that I cant do anything until it grows back. And to make it worst I was still charged for the haircut even though the receptionist saw the mistakes and told me if they tried to fix it it would only push the hairline further back. I hate that place!!!!! And I want to let everyone know.....Do not go to the white lady thats in the second to last chair on the left side as you walk in she is horrible!!!!!!!! If youre not comfortable with cutting curly hair just say it! Dont go around giving 9yr olds receding hairlines like theyre going bald!
