Ive brought my bike there for several repairs and a couple tune-ups. Theyve replaced two rims, adjusted my derailleurs, and brakes, and a few other minor jobs. They do excellent work and at a very reasonable price. Theyve offered good advice on accessory purchases. Its been a while since we bought a bike there but I would not hesitate to do so given their excellent track record.

Ive been bringing my familys bikes there for the past 3 years. This is my go to bike shop for purchases or repairs, Paul and his mechanics are the best. Their knowledgeable friendly and always professional.

They are enthusiasts themselves and truly know what they are talking about. They treat you like old friends and break it down in a way anyone can understand.

The service at this shop is poor. I went last weekend to purchase a mountain bike and received no assistance at all. Instead, both associates were busy browsing the web and couldnt be bothered to look up and ask if I needed any help. Not a good LBS at all.

Horrible Horrible service, used to browse through there toms river shop, owner or manager was always very rude if someone didnt want to buy something right away, I assume thats why they lost there store in toms river. I dont understand why someone like that would choose to be in a business like this. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store if you plan on shopping around for a bike, otherwise you may be pushed into a bike that you dont like or spend money you may not have.
