Love hot topic at freehold mall great customer service as soon as you enter love it

I was at hot topic with my clients today 8/12/21 and for some reason my clients debit card would not work, so the guy there his name Luke literally went in his wallet and paid for my clients shirt, I think this was so awesome it brought tears to my eyes there are really still good people out here… if Luke manager is reading this he should really be employee of the month… GREAT JOB LUKE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU REALLY MAD MY CLIENTS DAY

I went there last night and when I tell you that all of the staff came up and asked if I needed help, I mean ALL OF THEM. The customer service is so great and they were all so very helpful. My friend came along and was struggling to find stuff they liked. The team members Adeliyah and Grayson were quick to help and we were able to proceed on with our purchase. We had something on hold and the team was very nice about it. We finally payed at the end of the night and my friend even started a membership because Adeliyah told us about their benefits. All in all, I think I had one of the best Hot Topic experiences here. P.S. I also met the manager here and she is a literal ball of sunshine. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I love going here to get 100% cotton clothing. Plus everything here is fun!

Didnt end up purchasing anything since they didnt have my size. A bit crowded, but what merchandise they had was cool.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. One of my favorite stores. Just and FYI corporate, They need a bigger store. Better to showcase the merchandise(and move around).Finally the dude below, helped me when I was on a strict time schedule. Wow. My daughter was super stoked about her Valentines days gifts. I saw about 5 shirts that I like but the need more Office stuff and Funko Pops.

Hot Topic has some unique stuff, but at a price. I feel the for what you are getting the items are overpriced. (A t-shirt goes for over $20). This in particular was small and a little cramped. Overall the place was nice though and it did have some cool stuff

The manager was nice enough to help us find my daughters clothing selection in the correct size at another location, upon finding that he could not order it to be shipped to my home on the online store. He then proceeded to delight us even further by giving us an additional discount when he discovered that my daughter had fell and cut her legs on the concrete earlier that morning. He really went out of his way to make our day!! Awesome service!!!

Ive been there quite a few times and whenever I go, I always end up buying something. Their service is wonderful always. I usually buy shirts or some small prop from there and the purchases always go well.

Big variety of items, anime T-shirts super cool

I really liked the place. They sell all the stuff fans might want. They sell things like toys, clothes, Mugs, collectables, Official merch and more! Fan of Kpop? No problem! They have BlackPink, EXO, MONSTA X, Super M, BTS, and BT21. Im pretty sure they have more. My only complaint is that the stuff is expensive. The shirts are 20+ dollars and some BT21 stuff can get to be about 70 dollars. Other than that, their costumer service is great and everything else is awesome.

Great store if they sell what you are looking for. Excellent place for rock band t shirts and NJPW shirts.

Hot topic has got to be one of the best stores to shop at, there are pop figures and very cute stuffed animals and they have anime tee shirts and many other things so if you like anime and cute stuffed animals and pop figures then this is the store for you.
