They seem to care less about their opening hours. Store doors locked 10 minutes prior to 9 pm closing and Now it’s going to cost another trip to return easy to break merchandise.

Love going here. Been here at least twice a week since its been open. Great store for all your Halloween needs but went today and it is already cleared out a lot. I feel like maybe there was a shortage of stuff this year. Its sad. Especially for us Halloween lovers!

Customer service is for the birds. Girl at the counter checking me out didnt even know how to use a coupon when I asked for a manager she said Im sorry I cant find one didnt even bother the minute I walked away she called over a manager.
