I go to get a charm to add to a bracelet. Immediately I am greeted with hi if you need help someone will help you. There is no browsing because of the size of our store. So I am supposed to come in and know exactly what I want to purchase. Absolutely baffling. Fully lost a customer. For all potential shoppers just beware you have to know exactly what you want before entering the store.
I just went in this afternoon at the Freehold Raceway Mall location on Mother’s Day. Despite being very busy, we were ushered in immediately and sent over to Sue for assistance. I informed Sue that my one charm had lost a crystal and I was interested in seeing my options for repair. Without question or further inquiries, Sue just carried on a pleasant conversation with me while she swapped out my defective charm for a brand new one.I am a retail manager and was thrilled to receive this kind of outstanding customer service. This is the type of experience that will keep me tremendously loyal to Pandora and specifically this location!Thank you to Sue and the amazing staff at the Freehold Raceway Pandora store!

I have been a Pandora loyal customer for the past decade and never had an issue until yesterday when i decided to shop at this location for the first time and probably the last one. If would have not been at another locations, i would have thought all of pandora employees lack customer service skills and empathy. The person who help me to get my items was so not energetic at all. And yes, i said get my items because all she did was to grab them from the drawers because i knew what i wanted. but between her and the cashier, i got zero customer services or a moment when i felt that i was valued as a customer. Next time, i rather buy online if i cant go to any other location.
Fits well for something someone cheap n easy cause its cheap n easy.
We had to wait a long time to be waited on, but the lady in black that helped us went beyond service to take care of us.

So many charms...love the variety. Not a huge fan of the ancillary jewelry but the have many wonderful potential gifts.
They never have anything in stock. I chose 5 different things and my daughter chose 3 *NO LUCK. Just order on line. Not worth the trip
Waited forever to buy something. Two people running around taking names.. maybe if those workers actually worked and help customers the ratings would be better..
Awful customer service. I had to ask to even be acknowledged. Staff was extremely rude, and didn’t even offer to show me any new merchandise. They had their backs turned to me the entire time. Will never come back....I would much rather travel to a different location! If I could do zero stars I would.
Customer service was horrible. Waited in line for 15mins, knew what we wanted to buy, then walk in to be greeted by a sales associate who looked like she couldnt be bothered. Then she made a comment about the item (ring) that when the weather gets hot the finger will swell and the ring will fit.Never a pleasurable experience when I visit that store.
I went to the Monmouth Mall store but they did not have what I was looking for. The associate there Mary, was wonderfully helpful and called Freehold to see if they had my item in stock. Not only did they have her waiting on hold forever but the phone disconnected and when she called back no one answered! So I decided I would call myself. When someone finally answered the phone at the Freehold store the associate tells me “oh yea I forgot to come back to the phone.” While I appreciate her honesty I still find that was extremely unprofessional. I visit the store to pick up my item and I get there and they have a small line partition outside where they make you line up give your name and wait to be called to go into the store. Now this idea is great for a hectic day like Black Friday but not when there are only 3 customers and 6 employees in the store! I was absolutely annoyed with my entire experience and will no longer patronize this location.
Low budget jewelry and its fake.Now what my wife ever wanted.Shocked to find out they barely have any gold or real diamonds.Over priced junk.
Worst employees I have ever encountered. All of them are very rude and not energetic. I had to return to the store over three times because each time there was a problem. The shining cloth was dirty and almost to the point of being completly black, and they rubbed it all over the ring I was purchasing. They were not even willing to give me a box for the ring which I found very ridiculous. The lady tossed my ring in a bag and sent me out of the store very unsatisfied. I will never purchase from this location again.
