I bought a frameless glass door. It didn’t close properly. I called several time and my messages weren’t returned. I went into the store and the woman who assisted me was disinterested and rude. I booked a time and took off work for them to come fix it. They didn’t show up. I had to take a second day off. They charged me $500 for the repair that wasn’t don’t right the first time. A week later it wouldn’t close again. They wanted to charge me another $500 to come out. No way. Saving up to buy a new door from someone else. Not worth the money or time. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

If you need your windows replaced in a timely fashion, look elsewhere!! I was listing my home for sale, and unfortunately went with Freehold Glass because they were close by. I had to drive there, and leave a cash deposit for half the work. They claimed it would be DONE in 7 to 10 days. I stayed home from work THREE separate days, and they didnt show up!! (Plus they dont even bother to call to cancel...i had to call them!) TWO MONTHS LATER, Im still waiting for several windows to come in because they kept ordering the wrong sizes. My realtor had to actually cancel showings, because Freehold Glass couldnt handle getting my windows replaced. Also, I spoke to two separate women during this ordeal and they both are equally rude and ignorant. Ive dealt with many people during the sale of my home, and Freehold glass caused more disappointment and anxiety than everyone else put together!!

I went with freehold glass because they were close to home. i ordered a piece of glass for the top of my office desk. i was surprised at the seemingly steep price but left a cash deposit and ordered it anyway. upon picking up the glass, i loaded the glass in my truck and went to pay the remaining balance. i paid the remaining balance and took the glass home. A MONTH LATER i get a phone call from someone there saying that they under charged me for the glass and that they wanted me to give them more money for the glass i already had a receipt for and already picked up and took home the month before. Trust these reviews and save yourself some trouble. DONT DEAL WITH FREEHOLD GLASS THEY ARE OFF OF THEIR ROCKER.

Do not order glass from this place. I paid for it over the phone and went to the store to pick it up. No one is there to help put it in the car. I was unable to get it. I asked for my money back and they refused

Worst customer service and they charge exorbitant. They dont remember what they speak on first call and raise the rates on second call.

Worst experience ever. Said they would have my glass shelves ready within a week...it now 2 weeks and still no shelves. The folks there are rude and does not seem to care. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND

Called Nov. 1st 2017 - Phone message says they stopped operations.
