Love this store. A lot of very girly items. It is a little pricey but very nice stuff. I love how all the bags have a heart of them very classy love it

Love this place. Service is always great.
Went in today to return a necklace I’ve had for awhile, went to the register to get help. The woman at the register was extremely rude and unfriendly. Seemed like I was bothering her the whole time I was talking to her. Won’t be shopping at Brighton anymore after the experience I had.
Always treated with respect and that I matter!
The customer service is just alright. Not very welcoming and I suppose holiday season got the most of retailer service because the cashier attitude was off.
