I agree with the previous 1 star reviews. American Home Patient has terrible service, and unless I am proactive in ordering supplies, I do not hear from them. In addition, supplies that should be delivered every 90 days at the same time, are delivered on separate days. I was very pleased with my previous supplier, but my doctor chose American Patient to renew my prescription and upgrade my equipment. I will switch back to my previous supplier right after my next delivery.

It is too bad you must give a star to leave a review. They dont deserve any. Customer service is terrible both locally and at distribution center. They delivered a BIPAP machine, discussed how I sleep and left the wrong mask and didnt leave a chin strap. When I complained they questioned how I sleep again and said I had the wrong mask. Took 5 days to get the right mask. They say they will call to send needed supplies on a schedule they provided. No calls. I has to order filters that should have come with the machine and were to be replaced, that didnt happen. On 9-11 I ordered filters as of 9-18 they hadnt even shipped. I ordered one 9-18 parts that should have been shipped twice already nothing yet. I asked for a chin strap I should have gotten on 8-1,nothing. They accept zero blame. They seem to be interested in making sure you use the machine the proper hours to get a sale, like only interest. After determining that they left the wrong mask they send new and they try to charge me $68.50, thats BS. I will ask my doctor to use a different company. They dont deserve a star. Shame. They had an order to deliver a machine by 10/6 delivered it 10/25.

I have not even gotten to their location but find that they have the worst customer service EVER. NO return calls. Called to verify my appointment....NO RETURN CALL. TERRIBLE SO FAR. Hope I dont die with the cpap they give me.

Hole in oxygen tubing they sent me and they say they put my order in but neglect to do so. They dont get back to me to resolve the issue, so I still dont have my supplies. If I dont get my order I cant breathe.

American Home Patient ( AHP ) has supplied improperly sized and poor quality non-OEM filters for my CPAP and refuses to address my concerns. I even called Medicare to complain and the Medicare supervisor put me on a three-way conference call and requested AHP supply proper filters. I will call Medicare and advise them of the continuing problem.I called a few times to speak to a supervisor but the representatives are well trained to push you off-they promise to have a supervisor call back but that never happens. AHP is a low cost supplier and the customer service shows it. Avoid AHP if you can.
