What a lovely place. Great selection, nicely laid out. I found a sterling silver brush, comb, mirror set Ive been looking for, and an Ivory handled scalpel for my antique medical equipment collection.
Loved meandering through yesteryear here. Found a few treasures to bring home too. Definitely a great way to spend some time.
Lots of really cool antiques from swords to books. Spent way more than I thought I would, but, love everything I bought.
I am rating this establishment with one star based on my experience. This store has some beautiful things and is on the higher end of the pricing spectrum. While doing some casual errands on a Monday afternoon, I decided to stop by and check out some art to possibly add to my collection. While shopping, I was approached by a female associate who asked if I could be helped - harmless enough, however she went on to ask if I would like [them] to set anything behind the counter to free my hands up while I was shopping. As I typically do, I had tucked my phone and wallet under my arm and was carrying my keys and had not picked up any product. I got the distinct impression that this woman thought and was possibly accusing me, of attempting to shoplift. I know through my years in the industry that a common theft deterrent is to ask someone whom you suspect of stealing if you could set an item aside while they shop to indicate you know that they are trying to lift something. I am not sure if this is what this associate was implying but it made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable! I guess this is the type of place where you need to dress up in order to be taken seriously. As I said, I was running casual errands and just stopped by obviously not looking the part. I will not be shopping at this store again which is a shame because there were a few pieces that I would have loved to add to my collection of 19th century art. To the owners and/or managers of this establishment... We live in a yoga pant society so lets not judge people based on what they look like. There is no reason in the world to be so stuffy when you share a retail community with off price and outlet shops. Quite frankly, there are many other antique stores that are in the vicinity that are better where the people seem to be nicer and not so stuck up.
So much fun to explore. Lots of unique items you dont see elsewhere. Love the new collectables level. Very interesting LLBean exhibit upatairs.
Big multi-level antiques store, fill with amazing furniture, bric-a-brac, paintings, and collectables. Reasonably priced, nice markdown on pieces in less than perfect condition. Large assortiment of standing clocks. Friendly service and clean condition. We will definitely be coming back here for furnishings.
Excellent, friendly service along with a good selection of antiques
Most the stuff is priced more than full retail value, but nice stuff to look at
Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. The 2 women at the register spent more time talking than asking someone if they needed help. Customer service needs work, too much of snobby attitude. Opted to make my purchase elsewhere.
Nice merchandise at a reasonable price. Store staff was very helpful!!!
A wide range of antiques, big and small. Im interested in the case with many metal soldiers.
Very cool place prices are too of the mark.
Very expensive, and only a decent amount of things
Good selection
