Called them up because I was having issues with my oven. They came promptly and was very informative with the repair. I highly recommend their service!

Upfront and was on time. Having a bad dryer was no joke for me, since I have 4 kids. I called early morning and asked for same day service which they were able to provide. Luckily, Parts were on hand and our tech was done in an hour. Bravo!

This is a FAKE company. There is no company named Freeport Appliance Repair. The calls to this number go to a central dispatching service, and then they try to schedule local appliance repairmen in the area. Theres no accountability. When you get asked to pay for a part, you are paying the local technician, not Freeport Appliance Repair. If your part doesnt come in on time, you cant get your money back.

Very helpful, addressed the problem, very prompt and courteous. Came first day I called, and came back the next day with the new part and repaired my washing machine. The repair man was very polite and prompt.

They scheduled, charged us and have rescheduled twice now, and now again. They said they took credit card to hold the appt. only but would not charge. We have proof it was charged $75. No service rendered cause they keep calling and changing.

All he did was look at the front and look at the back said it is broke get a new one and left that cost me 50 hell I already knew it was broke did not explain nothing and was very unprofessional

This place is not a reliable place to do business. The technician came out to look at my refrigerator, told me that I need it a new compressor and that they will get with me later that day for price quote. I called them 3 times, to get an estimate and all 3 times they said that the technician will be calling me. It’s the next day and I still haven’t heard from them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quick to respond and very reasonable with pricing! The total price was for labor, parts and one service call even though the repairman came to my house twice! This is a very reliable, customer centered and honest company. I have your number on speed dial!

Do not use this company!! I had a Brand New dishwasher installed and when the technician was done he never checked to make sure it was running properly. When I used it, it ran most of the night. The next day when I checked the dishes they were still dirty and no water was ever used. I immediately called the company and was told someone would get back to me the next day. I never heard from anyone. I then asked for my $175.00 back. I still have not heard anything. I will be calling the manufacturer in the morning to see if running the dishwasher with NO water has done any damage and if it has I will be contacting an Attorney!

Thought the repair for my machine that was making all sorts of irritating sounds would cost me a bundle!! But I was wrong so I wished I had called sooner! My bill was reasonable and tech made my machine working great again no unusual sound of any kind can be heard anymore!

Freeport Appliance Repair. Says the service Brazoria County. I live in Richwood but they don’t service this area. Misleading!

I didn’t have any prior experience with Freeport Appliance Repair, but called them via the web. My washer Samsung has been acting up and I needed some help right away. Technician showed up in less than 2 hours and went over the top to not only fix the washer but educate me what to do in the future as prevention. I am grateful to the guy and to the company.

Great guys and great service! Called them late one night, made an appointment the next day and my dryer was fixed lickety-split. Service charge was reasonable and they let me pay with credit card over the phone, couldnt have been easier.

Not local.Will broker out to Houston appliance companies who charge an arm and a leg for simple repairs on the coast.

I am very happy with the work performed on my Samsung Dryer appliance. The repairman they sent out knew his stuff and did an amazing job diagnosing the problem. He was was very professional and did not play any games with pricing.

I googled appliance repair need me. This came up when I called she said they dont have techs in my area, angleton, she also said they dont have a physical address. Why does it show a physical address?

This place is not local (it is a call center) also they want to charge you before a tech even comes out... I would not trust them!

Shady and evasive. Charges more for paying cash money vs credit card.Dont recommend. Acts as if local..but comes from Houston
