My first experience at this Goodyear was stress free. I took my Hyundai in and the service manager Ali was more than helpful. When I called this location to secure my appointment they were so patient and sweet. I appreciate how helpful this place is and that they helped get my car in and out and made sure my car got done what it needed to get done.If your looking for THE BEST Goodyear to go to !! This review is long overdue. I was charged for services that were not performed at this Goodyear location in Freeport. My mechanic in Brooklyn confirmed for me that the parts were not even removed. In addition to being dishonest, they left grease prints and an empty coffee cup in my vehicle. Run away from this place like your hair is on fire. Dont go here you will regret it.

I always say having a repair shop you can trust is of utmost importance. Having moved to Long Island 3 years ago, I no longer had that any longer. That is, until I walked into Goodyear in Freeport. A little background, like most, i was impacted drastically this past year from a financial standpoint and my Jeep, which was already paid off, needed a lot of work to pass inspection. I was dreading this day like you can’t imagine. I was quoted almost $7,500 for repairs from a dealership weeks before. Ou explained everything to both Kevin the GM and Ali the service manager. After meeting them I immediately felt like I had known them my whole life. They took great care of me and my Jeep and saved me around $6,000 from what the dealership had stated repairs would be. Honest workers did a great job. I came in thinking I had slow leaks in my 2 rear tires, they found and fixed one leak at no charge and were honest enough to say they couldnt find anything wrong with the other. They definitely earned a repeat customer.

I came to this place for a flat tire... lady on the counter didnt give me any other options but paying 434.00 dollars plus 16 dollars origination fee that she gave me to sign. I have had just about every service they provide from an oil change, flat tires, inspection, brakes, wheel alignment, etc and have NEVER had a problem with anything. Worst place ever, I went there and told them the problem that my car had and asked them if they provided that type of service they replied yes, 2 house later they called me to pick up my vehicle and charged me over $250.00 to give me the diagnostic that I already knew and tell that they couldnt handle itDont go to that place, lots of complaints while I was there.

Traveled to NY recently, and even in the wake of all thats going on, these guys me feel safe and secure. Yes, the price quoted was different in the end but thats how an ESTIMATE works. All I wanted to be my vehicle fixed in a timely manner and to feel as I traveled back to my destination.

The women at the counter was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I purchased four tires from Goodyear in Freeport. Janice and Henry were extremely helpful and very accommodating. My original defective tires were still under warranty. Janice got on the phone with customer service and got me got me a substantial discount on the new purchase. She was very helpful and did all she could to satisfy a customer. Henry mounted the four new tires expeditiously. I will definitely be back to Goodyear of Freeport and would recommend it to everyone.

One of the main reasons I bring my car to Goodyear in Freeport is because of Janice Lamarca. She is wonderful! A lot of companies have employees that don’t care about their job or can’t be bothered with customers. Not Janice she always has a friendly welcome, knows everything about her company & the cars they fix. She is kind caring & knowledgeable. I always know when she’s there my car will get all the service it needs in a timely manner. You are very lucky to have her on your staff. She is one of a dying breed. Quoted me $55 for an oil change (after they knew the car make model and that it took synthetic) after it was done they told me $105. Ridiculous. I specifically went here rather than the other 10 places within a 5 mile radius because of this price quote and they told me it would be done in an hour. Took 2 hours. Double the price and double the time. Ended up giving me $10 off after an argument. Better go elsewhere and save the time, money, and your nerves.

I found a nail in my tire and it was losing air fast. The last thing I needed on a Sunday afternoon. I found this Goodyear 15 minutes before closing. The manager Jan was so nice. I was planning on getting tires but they didnt have my size in stock. So I was hoping they would just patch the flat. Jan not only took care of it, stayed beyond closing and get this, she didnt charge me. That never happens.I plan on going back to get the tires done there. Jan was unlike managers you find at these places. I cant say enough about the experience.

Beware, to park in Goodyear’s parking lot if you are not looking to spend money, just park my car there for only an hour and some big black guy I saw by the window gave me some nasty glares. Should have token a picture because the face on him shows what this mechanic shop represents. Very unfriendly!
