Lots of clearance items to good to pass up. Great smelling pinecones for adding holiday cheer were 2 4 1. Now our home smells like the holidays cinnamon & apple scented pinecones.Just set them on the heating vents and wow, give it a try. Happy holidays! 2020

Went to get a gift box for a Christmas present. They always have what youre looking for. It was beautiful!

The shelves are often bare. The Sterling and the Rockford stores are well stocked. JoAnns had a big Christmas sale announced. When I arrived at 7 am for the 70% off, they had very little inventory. I have been going to this store for over 30 years and it was my happy place. I am really disappointed.

JoAnn fabrics never has everything I want. Like today I was looking for artists pallet knives. Round paint brushes. Everything was picked over.

I love this place but the social distancing was not followed by customers. Employees did a great job. But customers went in without masks and there was no one to enforce the COVID-19 guidelines.

Always happy to help you. Some of the best coupons ever, especially if you dabble in every craft! I have to travel about 30 min. to get to my destination so its not unusual for me to call first to make sure they have what Im looking for in stock. Rarely do they let me down.

It is the usual.... not many workers on the busy days. Sometimes the floors are swept. Like any other Joanns store.

If you are into sewing and craft this is the place to go. Not only do they have everything I needed they were very helpful.

I always spend a good hour or more in there. They have a great selection for a smaller store. And everyone is always nice. They always have great sales. Ill be back again.

My mother in law and wife love this place. It has everything you can imagine for arts and crafts, sewing, knitting and just about everything think else. Staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. You never feel out of place.

Staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Selection is good for the size of the store. This location was completely new in the last couple years, so everything is bright, clean, and well organized, even though I find some of the aisles rather cramped.

Nice variety. Sales all the time.Dont like when they send out coupons that can only be used for items that are not already on sale. Pretty hard to find much in the store that is not on sale.

Long wait. Only one cashier midday on a Saturday. She did her best but that store is short staffed. Store is well stocked and clean, otherwise.

Our Joann fabric store is a favorite store for me. They have a wonderful selection and the staff is always very pleasant and herlpful.

I was not happy, I found some jell pens that I wanted to buy. But there was no sales person around to help. They all had lick tabs on them so you needed a sales person to get them for you.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff; not the biggest inventory but they hit the high points!
