Best place in Freeport for shoes. Good prices and great service.

I buy shoes all the time from this store but not after today. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes for track but we needed to exchange for a half size bigger and mind you my daughter tried them on at the store and then once at home. So I took them back in the box with the receipt and the manager there was the rudest. She first tried to insinuate they were over 60 days old and the bottoms were dirty so she refused to exchange them. Whats even worse she was yelling at me in the store and being childish by saying she will be the manager working tomorrow so dont even try and that i should of cleaned them up to make it more believable. I will never give shoe carnival my business now and the store needs to have better selection when hiring and do something about this situation

I purchased two pairs of shoes and was given my total. I paid and went home. I looked at my receipt and found a charge on the receipt for a donation. I was not told about or asked if I wanted to donate. The associate added it to my receipt without asking. I contacted the store to get this reversed. However, I was told by the manager on duty to try calling back in two days. The manager I spoke with didnt know how to read on the receipt who the associate was that rang my sale. She refused after multiple requests to even provide me with her first name. The store could not provide me with a phone number for a regional office. They couldnt provide me with the store managers name. I was hung up on, put on an endless hold, and was told that they didnt know how to credit the charge back to my card. They didnt apologize, offer to look into the issue, and they were not willing to come up with any resolution to the issue. I now have a message into their corporate office to get it corrected and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware at this store. They add unauthorized charges to your card.

Nice selection of athletic and casual shoes. Great place to take the family or to just buy multiple items for yourself.

I would not recommend this store to anyone! We went there yesterday for the first time. The staff was very unprofessional. One staff member was standing outside smoking in front of the store, while the other one was literally sitting on the counter playing on his phone and did not even acknowledge that we walked in. Nobody even greeted us until we were leaving the store!As for the store itself, it is way too small. It felt very cramped. Selection for shoes was not impressive. Prices there seemed much higher than other places as well. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit.

Staff was helpful and the prices are amazing. I honestly have purchased more shoes in the last couple of months then I have in a year.

Decent selection of shoes, but small selection of mens slides and flip flops, and lack of some sizes for certain shoes and slides

Good for kids shoes and seasonal womens shoes.. Men... just avoid the selection of shoes.. theyre bad.. but they have steel toes!

Small store. Limited selection. Clean bathroom. Staff wasnt very friendly. Was not welcomed upon entering and not one employee asked if we needed help.

This store has very helpful staff and they are very nice. When i asked questions a nice young man answered them politely and showed me where shoes he would recommend. Do not believe shiloh bausman false accusations. Although hibbets is nice alternative to shoe carnival
