This was the Best experience we’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are what we found at Range Rover Freeport. We’ve purchased several cars over the years and I have never been able to remember the name of the salesperson or the staff a hour after leaving. It’s the next day and we can happily say that Joe Gomez, Paul in the finance dept. and Rick Meyer, who showed me all the features of my car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off the lot, are the BEST group of people to have worked with. Kind, courteous and the best part is they know their stuff. We weren’t pushed into buying extra packages we didn’t want or need and we were treated like close friends even though we just walked in off the street. Being in the car business its great to see another dealership and management team go above and beyond for their clients. I had an emergency and Mike the Service Manager was kind enough to do everything in his power to get my Range Rover rushed into service and got me a loaner car the same day. Service means a lot when you are buying a vehicle so dont go elsewhere if youre buying a Range Rover because I called other dealers and they told me I was out of luck for weeks and I would be without my car. Just don’t…they’ll tell you in the sales pitch that your car will be picked up and a loaner dropped off for service which just doesn’t happen. We were sold a lemon which was certified btw and it’s been nothing but trouble. A leaking coolant line which they wanted us to wait two weeks for an appointment and drive at our own risk and refusal to pick up our car. Our backup camera has never worked which is a hassle in and of itself. We’ve left multiple messages to speak with the GM and we’ve never received a call back which is simply unacceptable. Please spend your money at a different dealer.
The service department is a complete abomination, a total zero! Since leasing my 2020 Land Rover discovery, I’ve had nothing but issues with the “service advisors” who work there. They act as though they’re doing you a favor. It’s evident to me that training is not part of the program at Land Rover of Freeport. Despite bringing the recurring issues to the attention of the Manager there has been no change. Furthermore, filing a complaint with LandRover USA doesn’t seem to make a difference either as it falls on deaf ears. Very disappointing.
We got a phone call from Susan to come test drive the discovery. When we got there she was not there and they brought out a 2018 car to test drive. When we asked where the 2021 cars were they said they didnt have any available. We went there to drive the car we wanted to buy, not a 4 year old car that is outdated. The salesman than said he can speak to his manager but the manager refused to speak to us for some reason. They then said if we come back in 1 hour they can get us a 2021 to test drive. Complete waste of time! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Horrible customer service. There are other dealerships to get cars from

He was easy to get in contact with when I needed him, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He got me the car of my dreams and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience! The most pleasant and easy car buying experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a new 2021 Range Rover sport from Mike Fiore who came recommended by a colleague of mine. My fiancé and I live in New York City and both have very busy schedules. Mike was extremely accommodating and worked diligently to help us accomplish our goals. I rode the train out to Freeport from NYC and Mike picked me up from the train and I was on my way with my new car in less than 1 hour. The follow up was amazing as they had a product specialist call me to review in detail all the cool new features of the car. 5 starts for a his entire process couldn’t be more happy.

If I could giver Zero stars I absolutely would. The level of unprofessionalism at Land Rover of Freeport is highly disturbing in this climate that we live in. I reached out to the sales department to get the General Mangers Contact number (Tony Anton) To which my Fiancé just experienced some racial discrimination so we wanted to report the event to the general manager. To my surprise Arianna answered the phone and when I requested for Mr. Antons number, immediately I was pulling teeth for a simple request. She responded with snark sarcasm when all I requested was his number. She gave me a run around, how he did not have a direct contact number, then proceeded to give me his extension, and when I requested the full number she cynically responded, didnt you call here? After I asked again she repeated to give me his extension! Is this how you treat your customers at Land Rover? I was Baffled! This has to be the environment here at Land Rover Of Freeport. I am highly disappointed and I will write to corporate.

Very Poor Managent. I bought a 60k Land Rover used online from another state. I had a few issues, some Im still dealing with. The lack of professionalism here is upsetting when spending so much money. I had problems getting a call back from the Finance Dept. and some other issues and details due to lack of communication. They also didnt transfer my plates correctly and almost got my license suspended. (Got a letter from my state) And still they dont care. I dont blame it on the sales guy he was great and the only one working. But I would not trust them to service my car. Just very poor care and professionalism
*This review is for their website functionality as I did not visit the location or speak with anyone here.*I noticed my engine/transmission indicator light came on the other day, so I hopped on google, found my nearest dealer/garage, and was starting to make an appointment for service... when the website literally diagnosed my issue (gas cap wasn’t fully tightened) and solved my entire problem in about 3 minutes. I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I am that I didn’t have to go all the way out there, waste my time, or waste any of these people’s time, for such a quick solve! I purchased my Land Rover Range Rover Sport a few months ago and have tried to have the app installed for my auto start feature. Each time I have returned to have this feature installed, (there system wasnt working properly for the auto start to be installed.. i came another time,, and no one was available to do it.. i show up today, to have it done, and I was told that it is not done on Sundays. I was always told I could come in anytime they were open.The receptionist was more interested in going back and forth with me about no one being here to assist, instead of getting me the manager I asked for. When she did proceed to advise Steve of the issue, he didnt come to address me right away. He wasnt with another customer or on the phone. (His office is glass). I had to send the receptionist back in to get him.He did ask Troy to assist me after telling me that there is no one available on Sundays to help me with this issue. Thankfully Troy heard me, assisted me professionally and answered my questions. He made sure that I was all set before leaving.Moral of the story for the folks at Land Rover Freeport. Do not be so quick to dismiss the needs of a customer that has purchased a luxury vehicle from you. The vehicle is only part of it. It is the customer service that holds the greatest value. Be clear with your customers about the availability of your employees to service your customers. It isnt welcoming here and I wish that I had made another choice. However, hopefully Troy Johnson will continue to be the example for them.

They dont treat you properly, as I went there to inquire about the car told them by budget too, so the sales person ALEX showed me the car in my range that how much I want to spend monthly, and he showed me Discovery sport and also got the test drive too according to that, though I was already driving an Evoque at the time. But things changed when I started Inquiring about the offers and the other cars, first i asked about the Velar, he gave me the numbers and then when I asked him about the RANGE ROVER SPORT the reply came as Its to Expensive for you, you cannot afford it. it seems to be like this is the way you treat people when they come to you with the budget, and willing to increase their budget to drive a nice vehicle.So next time make sure who so ever comes to your dealership treat them nicely.

One of the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. The sales representative seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered after I waited 20 minutes for a sales representative. He had such a hostile attitude. I was interested in purchasing the Range Rover Sport, but after his attitude I left the dealership. Thankfully I left because I ended up purchasing a Mercedes.
Amazing place to get your Land Rover or Jaguar. Everything was quick and easy. Ask for Alex, he was a great help for us. Very helpful and super honest about everything from the start. On the financial part, Peter, the financial manager helped us sort everything and made it a breeze, definitely ask for him as well. I went and met with Steven Suydam and had a great experience. He was personable, friendly and the entire experience felt very family oriented. He went above and beyond to meet my needs as a new mom and get me the best deal as possible. He was patient with me while I decided what was best for me and my family. I leased a discovery sport in white with black trim and couldn’t be happier! All of the staff who I interacted with were professional, kind and practiced social distancing which made me feel comfortable with my new baby there during the car pick up. They also left me some goodies/accessories in the trunk that I wasn’t expecting! I love how the car drives and the seats are a lot more comfortable than my previous car (BMW).

I am not a person with professional car knowledge, but I can feel the unusual place of the car. In January, my car had abnormal engine noise at high speed. I thought it was because the oil needed to be replaced, so I went Freeport, the service staff have repeatedly emphasized that your free replacement is in March. As a parent, the child is in the car, and the car problem makes me very nervous, so I spent almost 500 dollars to change the oil and check the problems . but the problem was not found, Did not solve it, so I went back again, tech and I test drive my car together, he heard the problem, but said there is no way, bla bla no problem, rest assured, are you kidding me, we reversed the roles, me and You say this, do you accept it? I am very angry, but there is no way. The problem is still there and I need to solve it. I went to glen cove to clarify the problem. After a tech test drive, I found the problem. My problem was solved within a few days. Then freeport is not professional, this is not the best Is it good evidence? Very disappointing place.

If car buying is an experience then its a MURDER here!!1. Went to buy a Range Rover Sport with two kids 4 and 18 months old. I had gone through inventory well and knew which exactly car I wanted to buy before going to showroom.2. Waited for 6 hours to sign the papers just to hear more lies from them: lots of paper waiting in the printer, will have to wait for 30mins more (what cheap lies to they sell). So ended up asking to send the car home for a later day and agreed sign the papers then, and was told delivery guy will explain features in the car to me.3. The car came home 2 days later. The delivery guy was interested in signing the papers, getting notarized the papers. Explained central console before I signed the paper and as soon as he got his papers he left the place leaving behind the the Pandora box (car with so many features) to figure out for myself. I had to go through YouTube videos to figure out each small things.I was not even told about the remote app that I can use on the phone to start my car.4. I open the trunk to find boxes, all weather mats and other things in it to clean for myself.4. Called the manager about my concerns, who states will figure out what was the problem and call me back..Its been more than a month no call back from manger, no feedback review from showroom.If I have to give one word for this showroom PATHETIC.A street side junk car dealer will give you better services than here.

Initially I had a shaky start with the dealership and one of their sales reps, but after speaking directly with the manager Steve he placed me in the hands of another manager, Mark. Mark listened to my concerns and priorities pertaining to purchasing a Discovery. Mark partnered me with Michael Fiore. Michael listened to my wishes, answered all of my questions, and quickly broke down the financial portion. Michael and Mark were fantastic! Michael emailed me promptly with responses and reviewed all necessary information with me in a professional manner. Within days I left the lot with the car I wanted! Thank you Michael!
