This store is a must-shop for anyone looking for a unique gift or, to no surprise, anything British. Lots of items are neatly organized into several micro-departments ranging from candy and cards to mugs and hats... and so much more. Shopping or not, its still fun stepping into this little piece of Great Britain from the comfort of Freeport.

I grew up going to this store and just recently stopped in to relive child hood memories and share the experience with my family the product was good as always but the staff was way to opinionated and unprofessional. I will continue to go for the sake of the goodies you can get but i dont plan on treating them with as much respect as i did the first time. Moral of the story is they need to hire good people with positive atitudes.

I wanted to make a purchase but was very turned off by conversation by employees. I work retail and on a much needed vaca. The last thing I wanted to hear was a loud conversation about masks. And was told I wasnt wearing mine correctly. Trust me I was. Ive been working with this (covid) from day one. Needless to say the purchase i was going to make turned into a no. Maybe there is a reason the store was empty. Sure wish I could have bought those earrings. Employees should really try to consider customers when they are in the store. You need them to stay in business .

I have been to a few stores similar to this one, but I would clearly say this is the best one given the past array of various products they sell. They have everything from food products to incredibly beautiful knitted sweaters from ireland, and then have a small assortment of jewelry topped off by various mens hats. The staff are incredibly helpful and you can see they take pride in the store. There are lots of good gifts to be bought here and if they dont have something they are usually willing to order it. The store is a little cramped when you walk around given its small footprint and loads of product. They do a good job and not allowing too many people in advance if it is a crowded day.

Always a treat to visit! A fantastic selection of certified British goods of nearly every kind, from housewares to clothing to food of all kinds. We always make sure to grab some candy and crisps while we’re here but the selection of jams, teas and even sausages is outstanding. Very friendly people to boot, always cheery and helpful. If you like British things or are curious to give them a try without traveling abroad, don’t hesitate to stop in!

Ive been to many British shops here in the US. This was probably my least favourite.Items were very over priced for my usual standards. For example, pickled onions I get elsewhere are $7. Here, they were around $14.Selection of foods was small. Lots of touristy stuff like tartan and traditional British clothing. Again, way over priced.

Lots of quirky and different things, a great place to visit when shopping for gifts. Also the quality of the merchandise was very nice. The staff was very helpful when I purchased an item that would be customized. Lots of wool products like caps and sweaters and capes, interesting edible items such as whole grain mustard made with Irish whiskey, which I did try and was yummy, and haggis in a can, which I declined to try, LOL.

We always stop by while driving through Freeport and its a much nicer store since they moved to this location. Good selection of Brit goods. Hit or miss on prices, household stuff and clothes are well priced, the snacks are pretty expensive though. They also have a fridge for sausage rolls, pasties and the like. Lovely staff.

So, yeah. If you want overpriced souvenirs from countries you arent going to visit, maybe stop here. Dont go here if you are an ex-pat looking for a fix of home, though ... the prices will make you queasy.

Nice shop but the prices are just insane, being from the UK looking for some things I missed I was shocked at how much they charge. Would have loved to buy there but no way will i pay 3 to 4 times what it costs in the UK! I think it is time to have relatives send a box from home. I understand shipping but really?

Wonderful folks behind the counter, and an enticing selection of flavors, textures, and trinkets.Goodies that the homesick might appreciate: Ribena, teas from Yorkshire and Taylors & Harrogate among many other good brands, bottled beverages both soft and spirited, a wide range of biscuits and other treats. Great teapot selection, amusing mugs and signs, and wonderful linen and woolen clothing from Ireland, England, and Scotland.
