Very good service employees are sweet and kind .they also have a lot of patience ❤️❤️.(THE PEOPLE who make a bad comment are Karens and are very rude to the sweet young employees )

I bought a cake here for a family member that was having a milestone birthday. The young lady who helped me was very nice and very accommodating.She helped me find the cake I was looking for,And explained how she can make it fresh,because they didn’t have it in the store at the moment.I even told her that the birthday girl loved chocolate crunchies,so when I picked it up,she gave me a little extra! The cake was delicious and the ice cream was very fresh,I recommend highly!Marshmallow chocolate crunch cake is delish!!!

Nice place, very expensive, birthday cake when removed from box cake was only slightly more than 2 inches inches tall. Very deceiving in box. Paid 22 dollars and was basically 4 small slices, very small. Might as well of purchase 2 small Dixie cups for a dollar each in supermarket. This Place used to be much better and we will not be going here again

I have been going here for years!! About 3 years ago this carvel had new owners. They are always very nice and sweet and so are their employees!! I love coming here with my kids and getting ice cream. Before corona I would go to carvel with my kids and their friends, we would sit inside the store and laugh and eat ice cream during the summer, the employees were always helping us with whatever we want and they make the ice cream perfect. Only carvel i go to now!! Best ice cream, best customer service

I was there the other day, sign on front door says no mask no service.Inside were 4 teenage customers with no masks getting served by the owner.I complained and the owner just laughedI will never go backThere is another location very close on Merrick Road in Baldwin

The ice cream is creamy & good, but the cost of 1 cone is practically &5. Each. I personally think their prices are way overcharged. I dont buy there because of that. Only on a rare occasion but, the cost is the real problem. Its from greed getting more greedy.etc. people will go up and up until someone makes some protest against it. I know NY is high priced, but if other chain stores can sell a plain vanilla cone for. 50 to $1.00 each. Well thats where well go while its ongoing.
