My spring broke. Spoke with Donna who is great. She said they were backed up and could give me an appointment no sooner than 5 days which I understood as we had Sunday & labor day in-between. In wasnt an emergency so all was fine for Thursday. Apparently they had time Wednesday so she called & said I still had my appointment but if I wish, could get it done that day. Sure! The worker was great, fast, professional and friendly, Matt was his name. He likes working there. I did not test the doors before he left. When I did, the springs being new & better quality, had more tension than my senior body could handle. I called the next morning & explained to Donna and she totally understood & set up for two others to come by at the end of their rounds. As scheduled 4;30pm. Within 15 minutes, all PERFECT.After years of dealing with all levels of workmanship, freeport garage is on the top and I recommend them with no hesitation.

Ordered during the pandemic. We ordered on line through the company and received help to do so by the office, rather than go into showroom. The product came in with a textured look, NOT at all what it looks like online. No one tells you that nor does it say it on the order! We asked lots of questions, however, do not order by phone or online! (INSTALLERS knowledgeable and helpful)

We have placed the order during the pandemic times and undoubtedly there was a delay with shipments. but we totally understand that. Other than that - the customer service was amazing. Dana in the office was very helpful with scheduling and payments over the phone. John - the installation guy was quick and accurate, cleaned after himself and educated us about the equipment. We are very happy with Freeport Garage Doors. additionally - very reasonable, i compared with 6 companies and only Costco was cheaper but not the same quality.

Arrived within promised time frame, friendly, worked fast, got the door back up and running, serviced and oiled everything and charged a very reasonable rate. Excellent service from initial call to the actual service. Great job, thank you!

Went to 2 Home Depots in the area, and both said, We dont carry that here. Youre best bet is to go to Freeport Garage Door.Both of those locations are nowhere near Freeport. I drove 12 miles to get there and immediately had what I needed. Fixed the problem I had with a clients garage door with a $20 part. Great service and nice to know they knew exactly what I needed and how to fix it.

I ordered a garage door and door opener. The garage door was absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. The garage door opener was top of the line and works with my phone. The service crew were very courteous, professional and did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and did not leave until the door was set up on my phone and I had a thorough understanding of all the options. Not what was I was expecting. I have spoken to a person twice, the initial phone call, desribing what I would like which included more than what they did. They left my bulb covers open for some reason and failed to replace the bulds. I was able to speak to the techician through my camera sys and said please call if you have questions. So I am dissapointed not only did they not leave me a bill or explantion of what they did not have in stock, when I call them on Saturday asking what was done, noone in the office knew. Today I get call from a woman and when I questioned the work- got defensvie and cut me off on the phone . I wont deal with that. Thank you for the 2 remotes, I cannot use you for future service.
