Store was kind of empty lots of items on sale. New merchandise coming in this week. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Got some fantastic deals.

Could been better I was looking for something that probably they didnt have I ask but the said check in the floor and I she left to put something in the back instead of helping me whatevers she was putting in the back it could have wait and them help me she took like a minute or two and I couldnt wait and I left there was another lady also looking for something in pink shirt look it up 2/29/2020 so I was the second person walking away, they also look under stuff saw boxes in the floor no idea if thats the style of the store but the floor is floor display...anyway good luck pier 1, get more people on it maybe they do need help I know is a slow stuff but still I did saw that same lady who was putting something in the back trainings someone else I believe she was multi tasking so I blame the company for no having enough people and train correctly

I just love a store thats going out of business and offers a 10% discount. Laughable

I looked around & found the dining table I needed so I ask the tall young lady with glasses if they offer delivery and she replied “we don’t deliver for free”. I told her I was not asking about free shipping. She said “well before we get started ..we don’t deliver for free.” Her reply was rude but in a soft spoken way. It was odd. I had to leave the store because before this happened.. the sales lady with her coat on ..asked me if I need help. I asked her one question about a half moon dresser and she replies “go up front to order it.” What did I do to make those two sales ladies be upset I am just shopping and looking. Do I look poor or too Hispanic to be in their store. I am not allowed to look or shop? What is going on?

Old blonde cashier was very nasty...poor customer service.

Outstanding display. Great clearance section. I want to buy everything. Exquisite cards. Facemasks should be sturdyThe ribbon fastener broke after 1 usage.

Customer service and friendliness is a virtue this Pier location does not have, also limited selection.
