I called and he said he was heading out for lunch. Told me to come down at 12:30 he would be back. I sat in my car until 12:45 he still was not back from his lunch so I got stood up.

What a wonderful help! John went out of his way to help replace a guitar string for my son. He also took the time to teach him how to do it himself, with many pointers along the way. His sense of humor, knowledge, and customer service made our day! Thank you!
