Went here to ship out some clothes and get some paper documents notarized. Miguel and Eric were fantastic. Loved how with ease they answered bilingually patrons questions. Definitely busy but the two kept the line moving. Miguel definitely cares about his store and so friendly. A way different experience than other UPS franchise stores on long island. As a former ups store employee, I appreciate how organized and efficient they were. Especially when it comes to pack and shipping. So often other stores pad prices. These guys were very honest and going by the book.Highly recommend using them and giving them your money over some of the other UPS stores.

I just moved back to Illinois from Freeport, NY. My furniture had already been moved, and the plan was to cram my car with things I would need immediately. Of course, during packing we discovered they wouldnt all fit in my car, and I didnt want to get a trailer for my vehicle to transport them. I decided to ship those items, but needed to have them arrive after a certain date or there wouldnt have been anyone to receive them. On top of that, I was vacating my old residence in order to prepare it for the new owner, so had booked a hotel room for a couple of days, and had no way to store the boxes until the date they could be shipped for the desired arrival date. The UPS Store offered to hold my items for a few days before shipping so that the delivery date would be the day after I arrived in my new place. I arrived yesterday and my three boxes just arrived a little while ago. PERFECT timing! I really appreciate the extra service and care the people at the UPS Store took to accommodate my needs. They really helped lighten my burden in a stressful time. I highly recommend this store for your shipping needs!

I really wish I wasnt put in a position to write a negative review, as Ive had good experiences at this location as a customer for some time especially with the front desk employees. But todays experience was just unacceptable to me. I think the taller white man with a beard I had this negative interaction with was a manager, but I didnt get his name. He assisted one of the front desk employees with a return I needed to send off. I had returned the same item recently before, but was surprised that this time there was a charge for packaging, and not the last time. It took me asking why just once before he got defensive right away saying it doesnt matter what happened the last time, along those lines. There were other people in the store, so it was especially embarrassing and uncalled for. He also told me thats what it says on the retailer in questions instructions, but didnt ask me if I had been notified by them with the barcode I provided. After all this he still wouldnt tell me what they offered in terms of packaging, so I had to ask him because I wasnt prepared with any. He had cut me off to tell me they do for $, and you can do that, right? I am not upset about having to pay this small fee, but rather the way I was treated and spoken to in a belittling and aggressive manner. Afterwards, I felt like they had treated me like a child. Im not sure if its the way I look that set him off, but I can only guess. I did have my mask on, and was respectful of the space, so I dont know what I did wrong. Say what you will about me, but I wish they would understand its not their intention that matters, its the outcome. And I deserve to have high expectations of respectful service anywhere I go. I wish I had spoken up about it right there, but I didnt because I was in a bit of shock. I wont feel comfortable returning to this location. Please be mindful about the way you treat people, no matter what they look like or if they happen to have a question.

I ship packages every month, and i was using another UPS store where they were very rude and there was always an issue. I found this spot, and I will never go to another one! Keep up the good work!

I put value in a company not when things go smoothly but when there are problems. I recently send out some headlights and they were damaged during shipping. I went back to the ups store and the manager was great about it. I went back in a week later to follow up on the insurance claim and he wasn’t happy how long ups Corporate was taking so he wrote me a check on the spot and said he would fight it out with corporate. This man made a customer for life and I will recommend them to anyone I know that ships a lot. This is how a business is supposed to be run.

I am so great full And lucky that I walked in this ups store. I had a item that I need to ship out an heavy item to AL actual weight was 140 lbs and I brought the item that needed to be pack up in a box to the ups store in Rockville Centre they charged me to for it and next they they cold me that the item couldn’t be shipped out because the box broke. They did not pack it properly so the box broke plus they told me that my item actual weight was 176lbs that they only ship up to 150lbs that my item need to be on a pallet and strapped on and they gave me the estimate shipping price 845 dollar. when I took my item brought it to this ups store they help me out bringing it inside I saw them taking care of the packaging which I was amazed the way this guy name Miguel work so quick and took care of everything. He put the heavy item in the scale and actual weight was 138lbs. He was able pack it up is a special way that Only a experience person with skills can do. Thank you guys. I am Loyal to this store🥰. Great energy !!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with UPS in California and were reluctant to use UPS again. Well we are sooo happy we did! The employees here are great and the owner Miguel is so accommodating. He custom made a box to ship our item and did it with care and patience to make sure our item arrived safely. You will not be sorry going to this location, although sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. But you have to wait at good restaurants too!😉

I drop off here about once a week. Even when there is a long line it moves very quickly. Staff are all courteous and professional.

This is officially one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been to in the country. First off the staff is extremely friendly, the place is brand new! Looks always nice and clean, there’s printing services from large prints to small prints, billboards, notary etc. I believe that this what a top of the line UPS store should be like. I enjoy going here I’m always welcomed with a smile and I get taken care of very quickly, I’m in and out, how it should be. I’ve been coming here for years I highly recommend it you will never be disappointed. There is also PO Boxs in the store which is also good to know for those who are looking for a PO Box. The spot is in a clean good location and there’s always parking.

I have been shipping with these guys for some time now and moved last year and still ship with them. They are truly Professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and my packages always get to destination a day earlier it seems. Love these people and always give me the confidence I need to ship. Very efficient and fast friendly service

I went here for the first time recently and met with Jerry followed by the owner Miguel. What a nice and friendly staff! They cut my box down to ensure it did not have any open space and they educated me on the importance of why I should not have open space in the box. On top of that, I came in right before they were closing. They literally stayed open late to help me, educate me and just chat, talk about remarkable service! I highly recommend this place!

I had a challenging situation. Selling a large painting to someone in Europe. Miguel was terrific helping me figure out the logistics, but where he was even more amazing was in designing and executing a packaging solution that completely protected the valuable painting without completely emptying my bank account. The ownership and management of this store is hands-on, effective, and customer friendly. And the employees are truly the best. A great place to go for all of your packaging and shipping needs (or even to just hang out for a few minutes).

Wow! Great customer service. Brought in a Cheilo (large instrument) and the owner started cutting up the oversized box I bought to make a perfect fit for the instrument. Really taught me that packing for shipping is a skill. If you need to ship something but are nervous about packing it yourself, they will definitely help. By the way, did I mention the owner VOLUNTEERED to pack the instrument correctly? I didnt even ask. I wish more business had this level of customer service. Id shop locally more often.

Came to this store after being treated badly at the Merrick store. Miguel, the owner, also operates the business was beyond a gentleman. He was helpful, insightful and went out of his way to make my shipment right even though what happened in the previous store was not his fault. They bent over backwards to make me happy and feel good about shipping my expensive item. I would recommend going out of your way to go here for any shipping needs you may ever have.

Wow where do I start. I paid $125 to ship an expensive collectible item and asked them to package it so I could see the final product. The girl who helped me was doing it then the other guy working there said they wouldnt do it then stopped her and told me to pack it myself. While packing it, it didnt fit so then he told me thats why they do the packing and then told me to take my money back and leave. I went to another store and they were great had no problem with anything.

Everytime I come into the store to ship something Im met with a smile and a warm welcome. Im attended to in a very professional manner. Im offered the best possible way to ship my item(s). The services provide are way exceed my expectations.

The young man there today was excellent. He helped multiple people at a time and greeted everyone who came in the door. This guy is superman. Everyone in the store had a great experience. He even went to my car and helped me bring in my treadmill that I was shipping.

The worst would be the UPS Store in Merrick by far‼️The Freeport Store employees were knowledgeable,patient and they offered other mailing options I might have been interested in. Thieves !! They tried to charge me 4$ for printing out the label when is free in other UPS stores. And I’m not talking for charging me for a box or bag to ship with. He wanted to charge me extra for that. I know I have to pay for that. Not for printing the label. I went to the one in Merrick and asked the guy there if it was meant to be charge for the label he Said NO!! No charge for printing labels. !!!Ladrones !!! I would like to say this UPS service was so good I sent some paper to my country Honduras from New York there were just 3 days I highly recommend it.

Miguel and Jesus were very helpful in printing some of my calligraphysize paper after it was written on two pages and it needed to fit on one.Miquel also created the correct size box that was needed to send a package to Puerto Rico. His knowledge of his equipment helped me cut oversize paper to the correct size without losing any of the contents.

Fast and quality service. Line is always moving. Has everything i need including blue prints printer. Miguel is great!
