I was on the short time line of getting a power lift recliner, as i had ordered 1 online from (Ill leave nameless) long and short, I ordered it some time ago, found out the item was lost?And I really needed one as I was preparing for shoulder surgery.This was on the Monday evening, and the following Thursday I was needing for when I came home Thursday afternoon surgery.So, the next day after (the lost recliner story)Being Tuesday morning, I called Abe Krasne Furniture in Fremont, and on the second ring of the phone, i spoke to a man named Nico.I arranged to stop up at the store that Tuesday afternoon, with a small trailer in tow in case i need to haul it home upon finding what I like, i then met Nico.The young man he is had shown me, and with a wealth of knowledge, helped me pick the best fit and price.Next step, at the counter, I said to Nico,Its a long shot on a Tuesday evening to ask, but what are the chances of getting it delivered to Valley, Nebraska tomorrow?He then contacted the warehouse people, looked at me and said we can deliver tomorrow You could have knocked me over with a feather!I really like all the people at Abe Krasne,That are friendly not pushy, in you face sales people and, they are happy to help with your purchase.And because my wife and I have shopped there before, the other reasons are parking is simple, you dont have to walk a mile, there arent elbow to elbow people on the sales floor, with a nice selection of products to choose from.Nico also added, theyll contact me upon arrival the next day which the delivery driver did.My wife was home, it was nice to return home, the recliner all set and ready to go.The 1st picture is the one I had chosen, with the help of Nico.Again, many thanks to all atAbe Krasne FurnitureMark Mathews

Frank and Matt are awesome. When moving in the new table it was covered so it wouldnt get any scratches. They were very careful with to make sure it didnt hit any doorways. They also arrange the table and chairs where we wanted them. They even offered to take the leaf out for us. Great guys. Very polite. Great home town service.

Just had our couch delivered and the guys were phenomenal! Frank and Jayden and the other team member really made sure to get our couch in the house the easiest and safest way possible. Only took them about thirty minutes to unload and setup! Although we waited a little over a month longer than our estimated arrival date, we received our couch WAY sooner than we would have if we had gone through NFM. Definitely recommend Abe Krasne!

Our first experience with Krasnes was more casual . We came in, looked, and purchased.But during the interaction it became evident that our salesperson, Jenny Goodrich, knew her stuff! Her interior design skills were just what I needed for a potentially bigger project on our main level that would set a new, refreshing, updated tone for our home. Ive been buying furniture and flooring from Krasnes since the 70s and have ALWAYS been completely satisfied. Their quality and customer service are top-notch, which is great because I prefer shopping locally! Last week Anne helped me choose the perfect recliner as a Christmas gift for my husband. Frank and Matt just delivered it and took great care to set it up as a surprise for Gary. All three were very professional and very personable--just like everyone else Ive known at Krasnes!

Good luck finding that ANYWHERE in Omaha. Fremont is fortunate to have such a great company right here in downtown.

Late on a Saturday morning my elderly mother informed me that her refrigerator quit working. The Krasne team was able to deliver the right product at the right time and with great care. I love shopping and daydreaming at Krasne Home Furnishings. My first experience shopping there was in 1995. The most recent was yesterday. Found the perfect sofa at the perfect price and appreciated the personal customer service - as always.

We have a Lazy Boy Recliner that broke. I called Cindy at Krasne and she had someone come look at it that day. The tech needed to have it in the shop to repair so we set up the following Monday that they would come get the chair. The next day I got a call it was done and they delivered it back to me by 2:30. To me the customer service was wonderful and the whole issue was handled perfectly.
