Before we even made the commitment, he sent us pictures and kept us in the loop about where the car was (it was held up due to weather). The car is exactly as he described over the phone. I went to American Auto Sales not sure if I was ready to purchase my next car or not. I ended up buying from them because Brad was so helpful in finding a car that really fit my needs at a great price. He was knowledgeable, he wasnt pushy and I can honestly say it was the ideal car buying experience!

Beyond disappointed with a recent experience. I reserved a full size van several months ago, to transport guests to and from my wedding reception.Made a personal visit to American a month before the wedding to confirm the reservation, all good.12 days prior to the wedding, I received a call from from Zip, the rental boy, informing me that the van was overbooked and I was not going to have the van I reserved for my reception. I was beyond upset and disappointed with this, and made this known to Zip.Thankfully, I was able to secure a full size van from a different rental agency.Later, the dealership owner called and apologized for the incident. She told me the van would now be available for me, and was gracious enough to offer at no cost.Im sorry.....too little, too late.....dont want or need the possibility for more last minute surprises.
