Staff was friendly and willing to help, however their service behind store is a mess. Literally took them a month to tell me something I want was not available. What a joke. I would give it 1 star if it’s not for the staff who work there.

Honestly, this is one of the better GameStops Ive been to, but even then there are some serious shortcomings.Staff has usually been fine. Theyll ask the upselling questions they have to, but rarely have I ever seen any forceful or manipulative attempts.Usually I just stop in, check to see whats up coming on the release list or trade in something that Im too lazy to sell on craigslist.The major shortcoming is when it comes to supplies. During big console releases, this store simply does not have enough. Ive waited overnight for a PS5 restock and they had 7. 7 Consoles TOTAL, including the XBox X.. Also, each customer was allowed to purchase 2 consoles. So basically, if youre there for a console release, if youre not within the first 4 people in line, youre out of luck.

Managers suck, trade in value is a rip off. Floor associates are friendly but the whole advertisement routine is terrible. If I buy a simple utem, I dont want to hear pre orders. The yearly subscription is meh at best, they sell your info to 3rd parties, but all stores do that these days.

I mean.. Gamestop is kind of a dying company. When you enter here you hear a robotic welcome to Gamestop from one of the kods behind the counter.. Bleh.The selection is so packed with non-box packaging (because they take any game back) that its terrible trying to find something.The kids who work there are also always talking about non-work, unrelated and sometimes NSFW things without even thinking.Honestly, check Craigslist first, someone somewhere wants to sell the game you want.

They have lots of pre-owned and new games. Staff there is fairly nice and they have really good deals going on. I recently bought watch dogs, sniper elite 3, and Call Of Duty Imfinite warfare legacy edition.

I came to replace my sons xbox one controller. I misplaced my receipt as a proof that i purchased it from gamestop. He was still very helpful to replace the controller of course after checking the barcode. I think his name is Kevin?...

The workers here are cool and you can hate on Fortnite with them. Preorder lines are short too since no one really is in this city.

I went to this store to return an online order I recently purchased. Associate tried to cheat me and tried to process partial refund. He finally accepted my return for full refund when I am about walk out of the store with my items after almost an hour. Very disappointed with rude and unacceptable treatment for an hour. .
